中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)教學(xué)反思研究

【摘要】:任何教師的成長都是在對日常教育教學(xué)經(jīng)驗不斷提出疑問和反思的過程中進行的,越來越多的事例也證明了教師的教學(xué)反思水平和反思能力直接決定著教師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量和整體形象,因此,學(xué)科教學(xué)反思對于教師而言永遠都是自己要面臨的最重要研究課題之一。關(guān)于中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思的情況,該論文試從緒論著手展開五個章節(jié)來對其進行初步的研究和論述。緒論部分闡述了相關(guān)選題緣由,教學(xué)反思的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思的概念進行了界定。論文第一章主要陳述了關(guān)于中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思的五個意義,它幫助成長中的中學(xué)生塑造起健全的人格和健康的心理素質(zhì)、幫助教師與學(xué)生之間建立起平等和諧的新關(guān)系、它是中學(xué)語文教師進行自我提升和專業(yè)發(fā)展的有效途徑、是適應(yīng)語文課程特性和改善語文教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的內(nèi)在需求、是實施“語文新課標(biāo)”的內(nèi)在要求;第二章主要分析了影響中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思的內(nèi)、外在主要因素;第三章在緒論和第一、二章的基礎(chǔ)上重點論述了中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思的內(nèi)容以及途徑,其中準(zhǔn)備階段中的反思內(nèi)容主要是圍繞當(dāng)下中學(xué)語文教學(xué)中“缺什么、教什么、怎么教”的問題來提出和展開的;施教過程中的反思強調(diào)的是對課堂上不可預(yù)測的突發(fā)性事件所做出的及時反思和處理;課堂教學(xué)結(jié)束后的反思內(nèi)容則是針對“教得怎么樣、接下來如何教”問題所提出的反思;其次,在分析和綜合了眾多學(xué)者的研究及一線中學(xué)語文教師所撰寫的教學(xué)反思的基礎(chǔ)上,該章節(jié)提出了中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思的五個途徑;論文的第四章是在深入到一線中學(xué)語文教學(xué)和教師文化的實踐及調(diào)查中所得出的當(dāng)下中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思的現(xiàn)實狀況,并對這些現(xiàn)狀作了進一步的分析;論文的最后一個部分,即第五章基于全面的視角,分別從國家、學(xué)校和社會層面的支持與配合的角度出發(fā),提出了促進中學(xué)語文教師教學(xué)反思實踐的保障體系。
[Abstract]:The growth of any teacher is carried out in the process of questioning and reflecting on the teaching experience of daily education. More and more examples also prove that teachers' teaching reflective level and ability directly determine the quality and overall image of teachers. Subject teaching reflection is always one of the most important research topics for teachers. On the situation of teaching reflection of middle school Chinese teachers, this paper tries to carry out five chapters from the introduction to carry on the preliminary research and discussion to it. The introduction part expounds the reason of the related topics, the domestic and foreign research status of teaching reflection, and on the basis of this, defines the concept of teaching reflection of middle school Chinese teachers. The first chapter mainly states the five meanings of the reflection on the teaching of middle school Chinese teachers. It helps the growing middle school students to shape the sound personality and the healthy psychological quality, and helps to establish a new relationship of equality and harmony between the teachers and the students. It is an effective way for middle school Chinese teachers to carry out self-promotion and professional development, to adapt to the characteristics of Chinese curriculum and to improve the present situation of Chinese teaching, and to implement the "New Curriculum Standard of Chinese". The second chapter mainly analyzes the main internal and external factors that affect the teaching reflection of the middle school Chinese teachers, the third chapter mainly discusses the content and the way of the middle school Chinese teachers' teaching reflection on the basis of the introduction and the first and second chapters. The content of reflection in the preparatory stage mainly revolves around the question of "what is lacking, what to teach and how to teach" in the middle school Chinese teaching at present; The reflection in the process of teaching emphasizes the prompt reflection and treatment of the unexpected and unpredictable events in the classroom, and the reflection content after the end of the classroom teaching is directed at the question of "how to teach, how to teach next"; Secondly, on the basis of analyzing and synthesizing the research of many scholars and the teaching introspection written by the first-line middle school Chinese teachers, this chapter puts forward five ways of teaching introspection of middle school Chinese teachers. The fourth chapter of the paper is in the first line of Chinese teaching and teacher culture in the practice and investigation of the current middle school Chinese teachers to reflect on the reality of the situation, and made a further analysis of these situations; The last part of the thesis, the fifth chapter, based on a comprehensive perspective, respectively from the national, school and social levels of support and cooperation, proposed to promote the teaching of Chinese teachers in secondary schools to reflect on the practice of the security system.
