【摘要】：促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康成長是班主任的主要工作,是班級管理的重要目標(biāo)。凝聚力高的班級有利于學(xué)生的成長和發(fā)展,但現(xiàn)在普通高中班級的凝聚力普遍不高,有提升空間,本文主要從班級管理的角度,探討如何完善和改進(jìn)班主任管理風(fēng)格去提高班級的凝聚力。本研究綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等研究方法,對江門市新會東方紅中學(xué)高三級的班級凝聚力的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,并結(jié)合本年級的班主任管理風(fēng)格,分析班主任管理風(fēng)格對班級凝聚力的影響。本研究主要從班級規(guī)章制度的認(rèn)同、班級目標(biāo)的一致、師生關(guān)系和諧程度、同學(xué)關(guān)系和諧程度、學(xué)生的團(tuán)體意識五個維度進(jìn)行班級凝聚力的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)班級管理制度的落實情況、班級目標(biāo)的達(dá)成情況、學(xué)生團(tuán)體意識影響班級凝聚力。同時探討了民主型、專制型、放任型三種管理風(fēng)格的班主任所帶的班的凝聚力情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)民主型管理風(fēng)格所帶的班的凝聚力最高,專制型管理風(fēng)格帶的班的凝聚力一般,放任型管理風(fēng)格帶的班的凝聚力是最差的。針對調(diào)查結(jié)果,提出完善和改進(jìn)管理風(fēng)格,提高班級凝聚力的建議。本研究的價值在于探討了班主任管理風(fēng)格對班級凝聚力的影響,并針對三種管理風(fēng)格提出相應(yīng)的建議,在實踐中為普通高中的班主任如何完善自己的管理風(fēng)格,建設(shè)凝聚力高的班級提供一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Promoting the healthy growth of students is the main work of class teachers and an important goal of class management. A class with high cohesion is conducive to the growth and development of students, but the cohesion of ordinary high school classes is generally not high, and there is room for improvement. This paper mainly from the perspective of class management, This paper discusses how to perfect and improve the management style of the class teacher to improve the cohesion of the class. This study synthetically uses the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method and so on research method, carries on the investigation and the analysis to the Jiangmen city Xinhui Dongfanghong middle school high grade class cohesive force present situation, and unifies this grade the class teacher management style, Analyze the influence of management style of class teacher on class cohesion. The present situation of class cohesion is investigated from the following five dimensions: the identification of class rules and regulations, the consistency of class objectives, the harmonious degree of teacher-student relationship, the harmonious degree of student relationship, and the students' group consciousness. It is found that the implementation of the class management system, the achievement of the class objectives and the students' group consciousness affect the cohesion of the class. At the same time, it discusses the cohesion of the class brought by the class teachers with democratic, autocratic and laissez-faire management styles, and finds out that the cohesion of the classes brought by the democratic management style is the highest, and the cohesion of the class with the autocratic management style is general. Class cohesion with laissez-faire management style is the worst. According to the investigation results, the author puts forward some suggestions to perfect and improve the management style and improve the cohesion of class. The value of this study is to explore the influence of the management style of the head teacher on the cohesion of the class, and to put forward corresponding suggestions on the three management styles, in order to improve the management style of the class teacher in the ordinary senior high school in practice. Building a cohesive class provides a certain reference value.
