中學(xué)生管理存在的問題、原因及對策

【摘要】:學(xué)生是國家的未來,是國家富強、社會穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的生力軍,但由于中學(xué)生管理體制的不健全,中學(xué)生從小養(yǎng)成的不良性格特征等,已導(dǎo)致了 “校園暴力”頻繁、心理健康寬泛化、早戀頻繁、上網(wǎng)成癮、農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生輟學(xué)等問題。針對這一現(xiàn)實情況,如何讓學(xué)生健康成長和快樂學(xué)習(xí)的同時,從而也養(yǎng)成良好的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、行為習(xí)慣,并逐漸具備獨立的自治能力和生活能力,行之有效的學(xué)生管理非常重要。在正確合理地把握學(xué)生管理的概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從加強中學(xué)生管理的必要性入手,運用文獻(xiàn)法、觀察法、訪談法等對義務(wù)教育階段的中學(xué)生管理存在的問題進(jìn)行研究。首先,對中學(xué)生管理的概念、中學(xué)階段學(xué)生的發(fā)展特征和類型等進(jìn)行剖析;緊接著重點分析當(dāng)前中學(xué)生管理存在的問題及原因,并針對中學(xué)生管理存在的問題及原因提出了解決對策。在中學(xué)生管理問題上,一是對頻繁出現(xiàn)的“校園暴力”問題多角度分析,提出從個人、家庭、學(xué)校和社會多方面協(xié)作的預(yù)防和制止策略。二是對當(dāng)前中學(xué)生心理健康問題進(jìn)行總結(jié),認(rèn)識到心理健康問題已寬泛化,提出完善心理健康教育的內(nèi)容體系、加強對心理健康教育的組織管理等有效對策。三是對中學(xué)生的早戀問題正確分析,找出導(dǎo)致早戀的主要原因,從而引導(dǎo)男女同學(xué)正常交往,通過開展適合中學(xué)生的活動來預(yù)防中學(xué)生的早戀。四是針對目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)暢通導(dǎo)致中學(xué)生上網(wǎng)成癮而影響到正常的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,呼吁加強青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德和法制教育,提倡學(xué)校組織專門人才在自己的網(wǎng)站上加強心育的教化與熏陶,更要充分利用好學(xué)校、社會和家庭建立“三結(jié)合”的心理健康教育網(wǎng)絡(luò),同時家長要在學(xué)生面前以身作則,做好榜樣,從而讓學(xué)生健康使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)。五是針對目前農(nóng)村的義務(wù)教育階段的中學(xué)生仍大量輟學(xué)的現(xiàn)象,分析造成輟學(xué)的原因,加強轉(zhuǎn)變家長觀念做好與孩子的溝通的力度,使初中生順利升學(xué)或與就業(yè)接軌。在以上的基礎(chǔ)上,最后對如何加強中學(xué)生管理提出了三個建議:一是學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒其它國家各具特色的學(xué)生管理,二是讓學(xué)生管理走向科學(xué)化,三是建立和諧的師生關(guān)系。綜上所述,研究運用教育管理學(xué)的理論,正文第一部分對加強中學(xué)生管理的必要性,中學(xué)生的發(fā)展特征和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了論述;然后第二部分對當(dāng)前中學(xué)生管理存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié);第三部分針對中學(xué)生管理存在的問題及原因結(jié)合古今和中外文獻(xiàn)提出了應(yīng)對的辦法和策略;最后,對如何加強中學(xué)生管理提出了自己的建議?傊,希望通過科學(xué)有效的中學(xué)生管理保障每個初中生快樂學(xué)習(xí)和健康成長,從而把他們培養(yǎng)成全面發(fā)展的新一代社會主義人才!
[Abstract]:Students are the future of the country, a new force in the country's prosperity and strong, and the steady development of the society. However, due to the imperfect management system of middle school students and the unhealthy personality characteristics developed by middle school students from childhood, this has led to frequent "school violence". Broad mental health, frequent early love, Internet addiction, rural junior high school students drop out and other problems. In view of this reality, how to make students grow up healthily and learn happily, and thus form good life, study, behavior habits, and gradually have independent autonomy and living ability, Effective student management is very important. On the basis of correctly and reasonably grasping the concept of student management, starting with the necessity of strengthening the management of middle school students, this paper studies the problems existing in the management of middle school students in the stage of compulsory education by using the methods of literature, observation and interview. First of all, the concept of middle school students' management, the characteristics and types of middle school students' development are analyzed, and then the problems and reasons of middle school students' management are analyzed. At the same time, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems and causes of middle school students' management. On the management of middle school students, the first is to analyze the frequent problems of "campus violence" from many angles, and put forward the prevention and suppression strategies of cooperation among individuals, families, schools and society. The second is to summarize the current mental health problems of middle school students, realize that the mental health problems have been broad, and put forward some effective countermeasures such as perfecting the content system of mental health education and strengthening the organization and management of mental health education. The third is to correctly analyze the problem of early love among middle school students, find out the main reasons leading to early love, so as to guide the normal communication between boys and girls, and to prevent the early love of middle school students by carrying out activities suitable for middle school students. Fourth, in view of the Internet addiction of middle school students caused by the current Internet flow, which affects their normal study and life, it calls for strengthening the moral and legal education of teenagers on the Internet, and advocating the schools to organize specialized personnel to strengthen the cultivation and edification of mental education on their own websites. Moreover, we should make full use of the school, the society and the family establish the "three combinations" mental health education network, at the same time, the parents should set an example in front of the students and set a good example, so that the students can use the network healthily. Fifth, in view of the phenomenon that the middle school students in the rural compulsory education stage are still dropping out in large numbers, this paper analyzes the causes of the drop out, strengthens the efforts to change the parents' concept and communicate well with the children, so that the junior high school students can enter the school smoothly or connect with the employment. On the basis of the above, three suggestions are put forward on how to strengthen the management of middle school students. One is to learn from the students' management in other countries, the other is to make the students' management more scientific, and the third is to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. To sum up, the study uses the theory of education management, the first part of the text discusses the necessity of strengthening the management of middle school students, the development characteristics and current situation of middle school students; Then the second part analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and causes of middle school students' management; the third part puts forward the countermeasures and strategies for the problems and causes of middle school students' management combined with the ancient and modern Chinese and foreign literature; finally, Some suggestions on how to strengthen the management of middle school students are put forward. In short, I hope that through scientific and effective management of middle school students to ensure that every junior high school students happy learning and healthy growth, so as to train them into an all-round development of the new generation of socialist talents!
