【摘要】：語文公開課是現(xiàn)在語文課堂教學(xué)中一種較為特殊的教學(xué)實(shí)踐研究活動(dòng),是教師展現(xiàn)課堂教學(xué)風(fēng)采的平臺(tái),是教師現(xiàn)階段教學(xué)水平的體現(xiàn),也是語文教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)中的關(guān)鍵事件。新手語文教師是學(xué)校語文教學(xué)的新生力量,他們的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)不論是對(duì)他們個(gè)人的職業(yè)發(fā)展還是對(duì)語文教育的發(fā)展都至關(guān)重要,語文公開課是他們專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)中不可或缺也不可忽視的關(guān)鍵事件。本文筆者站在一個(gè)新手教師的立場(chǎng)上,在搜集整理分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料和實(shí)踐案例資料的前提下,從理論上對(duì)“新手教師”、“專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)”、“公開課”三個(gè)相關(guān)概念作出了闡釋,在厘清公開課與常態(tài)課關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,從促進(jìn)新手教師專業(yè)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和積累、提升新手教師的專業(yè)能力、增強(qiáng)新手教師的專業(yè)情意、提高新手教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展意識(shí)方面認(rèn)定了公開課在新手語文教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)中的正面價(jià)值和積極作用。并依托個(gè)案,從新手語文教師公開課的準(zhǔn)備階段、實(shí)戰(zhàn)階段、公開課后評(píng)價(jià)及反思論述了公開課在新手語文教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)中的重要的位置。最后,分析了公開課給新手語文教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)帶來的負(fù)面影響和消極作用,并給出了相應(yīng)的解決措施和改進(jìn)建議。目前,對(duì)語文公開課的評(píng)價(jià)褒貶不一,初入職的新手語文教師對(duì)公開課的認(rèn)識(shí)也不夠全面。筆者站在新手語文教師的立場(chǎng)上,分析語文公開課在新手教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)中發(fā)揮的作用,揭示語文公開課存在的價(jià)值,提醒大家關(guān)注公開課的正面的、積極的作用,通過教師的全面認(rèn)識(shí)、正確對(duì)待、身體力行,卸掉附加在語文公開課身上的“功利性”元素,回歸正途,成為語文教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)交流、教學(xué)研討、提高教學(xué)水平的一種途徑。希望可以幫助新手語文教師正確且全面認(rèn)識(shí)公開課,從而更好的運(yùn)用公開課的價(jià)值,改進(jìn)公開課,促進(jìn)專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Chinese open class is a special teaching practice research activity in the present Chinese classroom teaching. It is the platform for teachers to show the style of classroom teaching, the embodiment of teachers' present teaching level, and the key event in the professional growth of Chinese teachers. Novice Chinese teachers are the new force in Chinese teaching in schools. Their professional growth is of great importance to their personal professional development and to the development of Chinese education. Open Chinese course is an indispensable and important event in their professional development. On the basis of a novice teacher's position, the author, on the premise of collecting and analyzing relevant literature and practical cases, makes a theoretical analysis of "novice teacher" and "professional growth". On the basis of clarifying the relationship between open class and normal class, the three related concepts of "open class" have been explained. On the basis of clarifying the relationship between open class and normal class, we should promote the learning and accumulation of professional knowledge of novice teachers, enhance the professional ability of novice teachers, and enhance the professional feelings of novice teachers. In the aspect of improving the consciousness of professional self-development of novice teachers, the positive value and positive role of open courses in the professional growth of novice Chinese teachers are confirmed. Based on the individual cases, this paper discusses the important position of the open course in the professional growth of the novice Chinese teachers from the preparation stage, the actual combat stage, the post-class evaluation and reflection. Finally, this paper analyzes the negative effects and negative effects of the open class on the professional growth of novice Chinese teachers, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions for improvement. At present, the evaluation of the Chinese open class is mixed, and the new Chinese teachers' understanding of the open class is not comprehensive enough. From the standpoint of the novice Chinese teachers, the author analyzes the role of the Chinese Open course in the professional growth of the novice teachers, reveals the value of the Chinese Open course, and reminds everyone to pay attention to the positive and positive role of the Open course. Through the teachers' comprehensive understanding, correct treatment, practice, removing the "utilitarian" element attached to the Chinese open class and returning to the right way, it becomes a way for the Chinese teachers to carry out teaching communication, teaching discussion and improving the teaching level. Hope to help novice Chinese teachers to understand the open class correctly and comprehensively, so as to better use the value of the open class, improve the open class, promote professional growth.
