中學(xué)新入職青年教師師德問題及提升研究

【摘要】:隨著教育改革的不斷深化發(fā)展,高等教育的普及,越來越多接受過高等教育的八零、九零后大學(xué)生成為新一代教師的主力軍。與具有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的,在教師崗位任教多年的教師相比,新入職的當(dāng)代青年教師,雖然在大學(xué)校園里接受了系統(tǒng)化、理論化的教育理念知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí),但他們所學(xué)到的理念知識(shí)到底能否轉(zhuǎn)化為真正的師德進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,還有待其進(jìn)入教師行業(yè)后進(jìn)一步考證。對(duì)于新教師來說,參加工作的最初幾年,是最關(guān)鍵的時(shí)期,是新入職教師將熟悉實(shí)際教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭炀毥逃虒W(xué)技能的關(guān)鍵階段,決定著新入職青年教師此后的成長方向和自我修養(yǎng)的起點(diǎn)高度。教師最初接觸到的工作影響著其今后素質(zhì)的提高,從而影響著整個(gè)教師行業(yè)素質(zhì)的高度。對(duì)新入職的青年教師來說,入職階段的師德培訓(xùn)對(duì)其自身的道德素養(yǎng)發(fā)展有著導(dǎo)向性的作用,尤其能夠促進(jìn)整個(gè)教師隊(duì)伍的師德水平更上一層,以來推動(dòng)中學(xué)的素質(zhì)教育。由于當(dāng)前對(duì)師德要求與實(shí)際師德培育工作之間有一定差距,導(dǎo)致新教師在師德方面存在困擾。因此,明確師德要求,提升新入職青年教師師德,完善新入職教師師德培育制度成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。要提升當(dāng)前我國中學(xué)新入職教師的師德及專業(yè)素養(yǎng),首先必須了解當(dāng)前我國中學(xué)新入職教師師德情況的現(xiàn)狀。在筆者實(shí)習(xí)期間,針對(duì)新入職教師及學(xué)生群體進(jìn)行的問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,我國新入職青年教師師德的整體水平雖有一定的提升,但仍存在不近人意的地方,有很大的上升空間,作者總結(jié)中學(xué)新入職教師師德的近況、產(chǎn)生的問題同時(shí)分析問題的原因,建設(shè)性的提出了幾點(diǎn)提升師德的觀點(diǎn)。不斷改進(jìn)新入職青年教師師德培育制度,營造有利于提升青年教師師德的良好氛圍。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of educational reform and the popularization of higher education, more and more 80% of them have received higher education. After 1990, college students became the main force of the new generation of teachers. Compared with the experienced teachers who have been teaching for many years, the new young teachers have accepted systematic and theoretical knowledge learning of educational ideas in university campuses. However, whether they can translate the idea knowledge into real teachers' morality and practice is still to be further studied after they enter the teaching profession. For new teachers, the first few years of work are the most critical period for new teachers to transform their familiarity with actual educational activities into skilled teaching skills. It determines the growth direction and the starting point of self-cultivation of the new young teachers. Teachers' initial contact with the work will affect the improvement of their quality in the future, thus affecting the quality of the whole teaching profession. For the new young teachers, the teachers' moral training at the beginning stage plays a leading role in the development of their own moral literacy, especially it can promote the teachers' moral level to a higher level, and promote the quality education in the middle schools. There is a certain gap between the requirements of teachers' ethics and the actual cultivation of teachers' ethics, which leads to the new teachers' troubles in the aspect of teachers' ethics. Therefore, it is urgent to clarify the requirements of teachers' ethics, to promote the new young teachers' ethics, and to perfect the new teachers' ethics cultivation system. In order to improve the teachers' ethics and professional accomplishment of the new middle school teachers in our country, we must first understand the current situation of the new teachers' ethics in our country. During the period of the author's practice, the results of the questionnaire survey for the new teachers and students show that although the overall level of teachers' ethics has been improved, there are still some unsatisfactory areas, and there is a great room for improvement. The author summarizes the recent situation of teachers' ethics of new middle school teachers, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some constructive points of view on how to promote teachers' ethics. Constantly improve the new young teachers' ethics cultivation system, create a good atmosphere conducive to the promotion of young teachers' ethics.
