三維語法教學法在高中英語課堂教學的實證研究

【摘要】:語法在英語教學中的地位舉足輕重。教師在經(jīng)歷各輪英語語法教學的迭代之后,在應試教育的背景下,多數(shù)依舊采用傳統(tǒng)語法教學法。Larsen-Freeman(1991)的三維語法教學法注重在真實的語言環(huán)境中構(gòu)建語言結(jié)構(gòu)、意義和語用,這既遵循了高中生新課程大綱(2012)的精神,又符合高考英語改革后應試能力與綜合語言能力并重的趨勢。本研究在高中英語新課程標準背景下,以江西省上饒市某中學高二年級兩個理科普通班90名學生為研究對象,采用實驗法檢驗三維語法教學法在高中英語課堂的有效性,并通過問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法調(diào)查高中生對英語語法學習和三維語法教學法的態(tài)度。本實驗選取人教版高中英語選修六第一、二單元語法點——虛擬語氣為目標語法,實驗時間歷時3周,實驗分為三個步驟:一、隨機選取江西省上饒市某中學兩個平行班為實驗對象,其中高二(9)班為實驗組,高二(11)班為對照組,并進行實驗前測;二、在為期一周的語法教學實驗中,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)語法教學法,實驗組使用三維語法教學法,實驗結(jié)束后對實驗組學生進行問卷調(diào)查和訪談,并收集數(shù)據(jù);三、實驗結(jié)束后一周對兩組學生進行實驗后測。本實驗結(jié)果采用SPSS22統(tǒng)計軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):1)實驗班和對照班的成績在后測中有顯著差異(Sig.=0.0000.05),說明三維語法教學法比傳統(tǒng)語法教學提高了學生的語法成績,證實了其有性。2)問卷調(diào)查和訪談數(shù)據(jù)表明,學生喜歡三維語法教學法,認為它不但能幫助提升英語成績,還能培養(yǎng)綜合語言運用能力;3)大部分學生依然認為語法學習很重要,是提升英語高考成績的重要途徑。本研究對高中英語教學的啟示是:高考改革新背景下,高中英語語法教學應隨之而變,用新的三維語法教學能讓學生在輕松的學習氛圍中提高英語語法學習效率。
[Abstract]:Grammar plays an important role in English teaching. After going through various iterations of English grammar teaching, most teachers still adopt the traditional grammar teaching method. Larsen-Freemann 1991) to construct language structure, meaning and pragmatics in the real language environment under the background of examination-oriented teaching. This not only follows the spirit of the new curriculum outline of high school students (2012), but also accords with the trend of both exam-oriented ability and comprehensive language competence after the reform of college entrance examination. Under the background of the new English curriculum standard in senior high school, this study takes 90 students of two general science classes in a senior middle school in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province as the research object, and uses the experimental method to test the effectiveness of the three-dimensional grammar teaching method in the English classroom of senior high school. The attitude of senior high school students towards English grammar learning and three dimensional grammar teaching method was investigated by questionnaire and interview. In this experiment, the target grammar is chosen as the target grammar of the sixth elective six units of high school English. The experiment lasts for three weeks. The experiment is divided into three steps: first, the subjunctive mood of English is divided into three steps: 1. Two parallel classes in a middle school in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, were randomly selected as the experimental group and the control group as the control group. Secondly, in the grammar teaching experiment for one week, The control group used the traditional grammar teaching method, the experimental group used the three-dimensional grammar teaching method, after the experiment, the students of the experimental group were investigated and interviewed, and the data were collected. Thirdly, the two groups of students were tested one week after the end of the experiment. The results of this experiment are analyzed by SPSS22 software. The results show that there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the post-test. The results show that the three-dimensional grammar teaching method can improve the students' grammar scores compared with the traditional grammar teaching, and confirm the students' scores. 2) the questionnaire survey and the interview data show that the three-dimension grammar teaching method can improve the students' grammar scores. Students like the three-dimensional grammar teaching method, which can not only help improve English achievement, but also cultivate comprehensive language use ability. Most students still think that grammar learning is very important, which is an important way to improve English college entrance examination results. The implications of this study for senior high school English teaching are as follows: under the new background of college entrance examination reform, English grammar teaching in senior high school should be changed with the help of new three-dimensional grammar teaching, which can enable students to improve their English grammar learning efficiency in a relaxed learning atmosphere.
