【摘要】：近年來中國的教育體制正在不斷地革新,針對當(dāng)前的中國現(xiàn)狀來講,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造型的人才對國家的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。對于學(xué)校來說培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性人才的關(guān)鍵就在于營造一個良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,踐行適合學(xué)生成長的教育,從而使學(xué)生在能力與學(xué)習(xí)成績上得到最大程度的提高。創(chuàng)造性傾向是有利于學(xué)生產(chǎn)生創(chuàng)造性行為的心理傾向,它屬于創(chuàng)造力的要素。沒有創(chuàng)造性傾向的學(xué)生,其創(chuàng)造力將很難得到發(fā)展。許多學(xué)校在新課程的倡導(dǎo)下提出了高效課堂的模型框架,這對于改善學(xué)生課堂環(huán)境、提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)新性傾向以及促進學(xué)習(xí)成績的提高有著重要的影響。本研究以光谷實驗中學(xué)的“幫學(xué)課堂”為實例,深入探討“幫學(xué)課堂”對于創(chuàng)新性課堂環(huán)境、中學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性傾向以及學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響�！皫蛯W(xué)課堂”是光谷實驗中學(xué)提出的一種新的課堂模式,它強調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)要以學(xué)生為主,老師的任務(wù)在于為學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中提供有效的幫助�！皫蛯W(xué)課堂”的基本框架包括：導(dǎo)學(xué)、研學(xué)、應(yīng)用、思考這四大環(huán)節(jié)。研究被試選取光谷實驗中學(xué)剛?cè)雽W(xué)的七年級4個班級178名中學(xué)生,在一個學(xué)期內(nèi),采用同一教師分別在兩個實驗班運用“幫學(xué)課堂”來教學(xué),再選取兩個成績相當(dāng)?shù)钠胀ò噙\用傳統(tǒng)的方式來教學(xué)。施測問卷分別選取華中師范大學(xué)胡琳梅修訂的創(chuàng)造性課堂環(huán)境量表以及由臺灣學(xué)者王木榮修訂的威廉斯創(chuàng)造性傾向問卷,兩份問卷都具有良好的信效度。最終問卷通過spss17.0進行方差分析以及相關(guān)分析。研究表明：1.運用“幫學(xué)課堂”的班級創(chuàng)造性課堂環(huán)境得分高,創(chuàng)造性課堂環(huán)境支持師生的創(chuàng)造性思維活動和創(chuàng)造性教學(xué),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造性人格和創(chuàng)造力,“幫學(xué)課堂”更能營造創(chuàng)造性的課堂環(huán)境。2.“幫學(xué)課堂”可以提高初中生的學(xué)習(xí)成績,運用“幫學(xué)課堂”的學(xué)生,學(xué)期末的語文成績比學(xué)期開始的語文成績有明顯的提高。3.運用“幫學(xué)課堂”進行教學(xué)的中學(xué)生有更高的創(chuàng)新性傾向,創(chuàng)造性傾向高的學(xué)生有豐富的想象力、強烈的好奇性、敢于對困難挑戰(zhàn)、敢于冒險。4.中學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性的課堂環(huán)境與創(chuàng)造性傾向以及學(xué)業(yè)成績呈顯著正相關(guān)。三者中的一方顯示高水平,其他兩個方面都顯示出高水平,高創(chuàng)造性的課堂環(huán)境下,學(xué)生具有高創(chuàng)造性傾向,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績也會比較優(yōu)秀。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's educational system is constantly innovating. According to the current situation of China, it is of great significance to train creative people for the development of our country. For the school, the key to cultivate creative talents is to create a good learning environment and practice the education suitable for the students' growth, so that the students' ability and academic achievement can be improved to the greatest extent. Creative tendency is a psychological tendency which is beneficial to students to produce creative behavior, and it belongs to the element of creativity. Students who do not have creative tendencies will find it difficult to develop their creativity. Many schools put forward the model framework of efficient classroom under the new curriculum, which has an important impact on improving the students' classroom environment, improving students' innovative tendency and promoting the improvement of their academic performance. Taking the "help classroom" of Guanggu Experimental Middle School as an example, this study explores the influence of "help learning classroom" on innovative classroom environment, creative tendency of middle school students and academic achievement. The "help study classroom" is a new classroom model put forward by Optical Valley Experimental Middle School. It emphasizes that learning should be student-oriented, and the teacher's task is to provide effective help for students in their study. The basic frame of "help study classroom" includes four links: guidance, research, application and thinking. In this study, 178 middle school students in 4 classes of grade 7 who had just entered the optical valley experimental middle school were selected. In one semester, the same teacher was used in the two experimental classes to use "help class" to teach. Then select two equal grades of ordinary classes to use the traditional way to teach. The scale of creative classroom environment revised by Hu Linmei of Central China normal University and the Williams Creative disposition questionnaire revised by Taiwan scholar Wang Mulong were selected respectively. Both questionnaires have good reliability and validity. The final questionnaire was analyzed by spss17.0 and correlation analysis. The study shows that 1: 1. The creative classroom environment of "help learning class" has a high score. Creative classroom environment supports teachers and students' creative thinking activities and creative teaching, and cultivates students' creative personality and creativity. Help to learn the classroom can create a creative classroom environment. 2. "help to learn classroom" can improve junior high school students' academic achievement, the students who use "help study classroom" have obvious improvement in Chinese scores at the end of term than at the beginning of term. The middle school students who use "help to learn classroom" have higher creative tendency, students with high creative tendency have rich imagination, strong curiosity, dare to challenge difficulties, dare to take risks. 4. The creative classroom environment of middle school students is positively correlated with their creative tendency and academic achievement. One of the three shows a high level, the other two aspects show a high level, high creative classroom environment, students have a high creative tendency, students' academic performance will be better.
