成都市金花實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校體育課程內(nèi)容研究

【摘要】:作為社會(huì)問題,青少年體質(zhì)下降的原因復(fù)雜,但學(xué)校體育質(zhì)量不高是重要原因之一。學(xué)校體育是指以在校學(xué)生為參與主體的體育活動(dòng),通過培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的體育興趣、態(tài)度、習(xí)慣、知識(shí)和能力來增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的道德和意志品質(zhì),促進(jìn)學(xué)生的身心健康。體育課是學(xué)校體育的中心工作。因此要提高學(xué)校體育質(zhì)量,必須從提高體育課質(zhì)量入手。體育課程質(zhì)量受體育課程內(nèi)容、體育教師、場(chǎng)地器材、學(xué)生等諸多因素的綜合影響,而體育課程內(nèi)容是其中最關(guān)鍵的因素之一�!扼w育(與健康)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》實(shí)施以來,由于在職體育教師在上學(xué)期間缺乏課程理論相關(guān)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),在職期間也缺乏課程理論的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn),因此,多數(shù)體育教師不具備獨(dú)立地設(shè)計(jì)、執(zhí)行體育課程的能力。由此造成的現(xiàn)實(shí)后果是,體育課程內(nèi)容缺乏科學(xué)性、實(shí)用性、健身性和文化性。體育課程內(nèi)容主要憑體育教師的主觀感知決定。因此,加強(qiáng)體育課程內(nèi)容的研究十分必要。本文通過對(duì)初中體育課程理論進(jìn)行綜述梳理,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法等,以成都市金花實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校為個(gè)案,以該校7名體育教師和153名學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)該校學(xué)校體育和體育課程內(nèi)容的現(xiàn)狀、體育課程內(nèi)容選擇的影響因素等進(jìn)行了研究。主要研究結(jié)論如下:1、體育課程內(nèi)容受到體育教師的習(xí)慣和學(xué)科知識(shí)能力的制約,由體育教師自行選擇、安排,課程內(nèi)容不固定。2、體育教師的數(shù)量、學(xué)生對(duì)體育課的認(rèn)識(shí)、學(xué)校環(huán)境及場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施制約了體育課程內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)。3、體育課程內(nèi)容選擇要考慮學(xué)生的興趣愛好,基礎(chǔ)實(shí)用,因地制宜,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面和諧發(fā)展。4、體育教師的專業(yè)水平與體育課程實(shí)施相匹配的硬件設(shè)施是制約體育課程內(nèi)容開發(fā)的主要因素,學(xué)生身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和如何選擇課程內(nèi)容是體育課程開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:As a social problem, the reasons for the decline of teenagers' physique are complicated, but the poor quality of school physical education is one of the important reasons. School physical education refers to the physical activities in which students take part in sports activities. By cultivating students' sports interests, attitudes, habits, knowledge and abilities, they can enhance their physical fitness and cultivate their moral and willpower qualities. To promote the physical and mental health of students. Physical education is the central work of school physical education. Therefore, to improve the quality of physical education, we must start with improving the quality of physical education. The quality of physical education curriculum is influenced by many factors, such as physical education curriculum content, physical education teacher, field equipment, students and so on, and the physical education curriculum content is one of the most important factors. Since the implementation of "Sports (and Health) Curriculum Standard", Due to the lack of the relevant knowledge of curriculum theory and the systematic training of curriculum theory during the school period, most PE teachers do not have the ability to design and carry out physical education curriculum independently. The realistic consequence is that the physical education curriculum is lack of science, practicability, fitness and culture. Physical education curriculum content mainly depends on the subjective perception of PE teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research of physical education curriculum content. This paper summarizes the theory of physical education curriculum in junior high school, and takes Jinhua Experimental School in Chengdu as a case, and takes 7 PE teachers and 153 students as the objects of investigation. The present situation of physical education and physical education curriculum contents and the factors influencing the selection of physical education curriculum contents were studied. The main conclusions are as follows: the physical education curriculum content is restricted by the PE teachers' habit and subject knowledge ability, the PE teachers choose, arrange, the curriculum contents are not fixed, the number of PE teachers, the students' understanding of PE class. The school environment and site facilities restrict the content design of physical education curriculum. The content selection of physical education curriculum should consider the students' interests and hobbies, be practical, and suit measures to local conditions. In order to promote the harmonious development of students in an all-round way, the hardware facilities that match the professional level of PE teachers with the implementation of PE curriculum are the main factors restricting the development of PE curriculum content. Students' physical and mental development characteristics and how to choose curriculum content are the key to physical education curriculum development.
