【摘要】：青春期是每個(gè)人成長過程中都將經(jīng)歷的一個(gè)特殊時(shí)期,人的生理和心理都將在這一時(shí)期發(fā)生巨大變化。青春期性健康教育有助于青少年更好的度過青春期,形成健康的生活意識和行為。我國的青春期性教育開始得比較晚,由于受到封建思想和傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響,家長幾乎不會和孩子討論性,加之應(yīng)試教育的導(dǎo)向,學(xué)校性教育也因?yàn)檎n時(shí)少、師資緊缺而難以開展。伴隨著青少年生理性早熟和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息泛濫,由于青少年青春期性健康教育滯后而導(dǎo)致的社會問題也日益突出。因此,本研究以初中生的青春期性健康教育為立足點(diǎn),探索如何在初中生物教學(xué)中開展青春期性健康教育,希望通過實(shí)踐研究將青春期性健康教育落到實(shí)處。利用在廣東省東莞市樟木頭中學(xué)教育實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會,筆者在初中生物教學(xué)中進(jìn)行了青春期性健康教育的實(shí)踐研究。首先,分別以訪談和問卷調(diào)查的形式對樟木頭中學(xué)的7位生物教師和246名學(xué)生樣本進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解該校青春期性教育開展情況和學(xué)生的青春期性健康知識現(xiàn)狀,以及師生對生物教學(xué)中開展青春期性健康教育的態(tài)度。其次,通過研究人教版初中生物學(xué)教材和課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),筆者找出教材中適合滲透青春期性健康知識的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,結(jié)合前期學(xué)生知識現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果,有針對性的設(shè)計(jì)課堂教學(xué),用生物課堂教學(xué)與專題講座相結(jié)合的方式,在課堂學(xué)習(xí)和主題活動的時(shí)間里,有計(jì)劃有目的地進(jìn)行青春期性健康教育的實(shí)踐。最后,在實(shí)踐教學(xué)結(jié)束后對學(xué)生進(jìn)行青春期性健康知識后測,通過前后測問卷的方差檢驗(yàn)分析,得出研究結(jié)果。研究結(jié)果表明：在初中生物教學(xué)中開展青春期性健康教育,能顯著提升學(xué)生的青春期性健康知識。不論是性生理知識方面,還是性心理、性觀念知識方面,學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出來的知識掌握情況均較青春期性教育實(shí)踐前有明顯提升,該校生物教師也對此次研究給予了充分肯定。對研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行綜合分析,得出研究結(jié)論：在初中開展青春期性健康教育是十分必要的,這有利于學(xué)生掌握相關(guān)知識,提高自我健康意識,而且生物課堂教學(xué)和專題講座相結(jié)合是將學(xué)校青春期性健康教育落到實(shí)處的最重要的方式之一。本研究是對學(xué)校青春期性健康教育的一次實(shí)踐探索,受時(shí)間和資源等限制使得本研究存在一些不足,但在很大程度上幫助了學(xué)生對青春期性健康知識的了解,同時(shí)也期望能為生物教師在課堂開展青春期性健康教育提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Adolescence is a special period that everyone will experience in the process of growing up. Adolescent sexual health education is helpful for adolescents to get through puberty and form healthy life consciousness and behavior. Puberty sex education in China began relatively late. Because of the influence of feudal ideas and traditional concepts, parents hardly discuss sex with their children. In addition, due to the guidance of exam-oriented education, sex education in schools is also due to the lack of school hours. Teachers are in short supply and difficult to carry out. Along with teenagers' physiologic precocity and network information flooding, the social problems caused by adolescent sexual health education lags behind. Therefore, based on adolescent sexual health education of junior high school students, this study explores how to carry out adolescent sexual health education in junior high school biology teaching, hoping to put puberty sexual health education into practice through practical research. Taking advantage of the opportunity of teaching practice in Zhangmu Middle School in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province, the author carried out a practical study on adolescent sexual health education in biology teaching in junior high school. First of all, 7 biology teachers and 246 students in Zhangmu Middle School were investigated by interviews and questionnaires to understand the development of adolescent sex education and the status of adolescent sexual health knowledge of students. And the attitude of teachers and students to carry out adolescent sexual health education in biology teaching. Secondly, by studying the biology textbook and curriculum standard of junior middle school, the author finds out the teaching content which is suitable for permeating the knowledge of puberty sex health in the teaching material, combined with the investigation result of the present situation of students' knowledge in the early stage, designs the classroom teaching pertinently. With the combination of biology classroom teaching and special lectures, the planned practice of adolescent sexual health education is carried out in the time of classroom study and thematic activities. Finally, after the end of practice teaching, the students were tested after puberty sexual health knowledge, and the results were obtained by the analysis of variance of the questionnaire before and after the test. The results show that adolescent sexual health education in junior high school biology teaching can significantly improve students' knowledge of adolescent sexual health. In terms of sex physiology knowledge, sexual psychology and sexual concept knowledge, the students' knowledge mastery was obviously improved than that before puberty sex education practice. The biology teacher of this school also gave full affirmation to this study. Through comprehensive analysis of the results of the study, it is concluded that it is very necessary to carry out adolescent sexual health education in junior high school, which is helpful for students to master relevant knowledge and improve their self-health awareness. And the combination of classroom teaching and lectures is one of the most important ways to carry out adolescent sexual health education. This study is a practical exploration of adolescent sexual health education in schools. Limited by time and resources, this study has some shortcomings, but to a large extent, it helps students to understand the knowledge of adolescent sexual health. At the same time, it is expected to provide reference for biology teachers to carry out adolescent sexual health education in class.
