中小學教師ICT應用能力培訓績效自評系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:教育部《教育信息化十年發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2011—-2020)》中明確指出:“基礎教育信息化是提高國民信息素養(yǎng)的基石,是教育信息化的重中之重”。而基礎教育信息化績效評估研究是是國家教育信息化戰(zhàn)略的核心工作環(huán)節(jié),對于基礎教育信息化的發(fā)展起著非比尋常的作用,進一步開展相關(guān)的研究工作迫在眉睫,有必要將該課題作為今后教育科研的戰(zhàn)略制高點。在這樣的政策背景下,中小學教師的ICT(信息與通信技術(shù))應用能力的提升工作將會成為今后基礎教育信息化發(fā)展的一個側(cè)重點,為此教育部動用了大量的經(jīng)費和人力開展了中小學教師ICT應用能力培訓工程,目的是提升我國中小學教師的ICT應用水平,使信息技術(shù)發(fā)揮促進學校教學的功效。但是,接受培訓后的中小學教師其ICT應用能力是否已經(jīng)提升到了預期的水平,還需要進行檢驗,因此我們有必要對他們參與培訓的績效進行評估。本研究依托于國家開放大學全國中小學教師信息技術(shù)應用能力提升工程項目,設計并實現(xiàn)了一個績效評估系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)以《中小學教師信息技術(shù)應用能力標準》為設計依據(jù),實現(xiàn)了用戶的培訓績效自評和問卷的發(fā)布、回收、統(tǒng)計分析等功能。通過該系統(tǒng)我們可以考核中小學教師參與ICT應用能力培訓的績效,以檢驗他們經(jīng)培訓后的ICT應用能力是否達到了預期的水平。本系統(tǒng)所得績效評估的結(jié)果,可以作為今后的教師信息技術(shù)應用能力培訓的重要參考,也可以為相關(guān)部門制定教育信息化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略獻計獻策。本論文主要包含以下工作:(1)概述國內(nèi)外基礎教育信息化績效評估的研究現(xiàn)狀,從中獲取對本系統(tǒng)設計和開發(fā)有用的信息;針對本系統(tǒng)的功能需求搜集大量相關(guān)的技術(shù)文獻作為技術(shù)儲備,適當?shù)貜闹薪梃b部分設計思路來進一步完善本系統(tǒng)。(2)“中小學教師ICT應用能力培訓績效自評系統(tǒng)”的需求分析和設計:需求分析從功能性需求分析和非功能性需求分析兩方面分開闡述,系統(tǒng)設計方面包括系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設計、功能設計和數(shù)據(jù)庫設計。(3)“中小學教師ICT應用能力培訓績效自評系統(tǒng)”的實現(xiàn)和應用研究:基于PHP語言和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫的開發(fā)環(huán)境來實現(xiàn)本系統(tǒng)的功能,并在局域網(wǎng)環(huán)境下對本系統(tǒng)的功能進行測試,分析測試結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education's ten-year plan for the development of education informatization (2011-2020) clearly points out that "the informatization of basic education is the cornerstone of improving the national information literacy and the most important part of the education informatization". The performance evaluation of basic education informatization is the core of the national education information strategy, which plays an unusual role in the development of basic education informatization, so it is urgent to further develop the relevant research work. It is necessary to take this subject as the strategic commanding point of educational research in the future. In such a policy context, the upgrading of the ICT application ability of primary and secondary school teachers will become a focus in the development of information technology in basic education in the future. Therefore, the Ministry of Education has used a large amount of funds and manpower to develop the ICT application ability training project for primary and secondary school teachers. The purpose is to improve the application level of ICT for primary and secondary school teachers in China and to make information technology play a role in promoting school teaching. However, whether the ability of ICT application of primary and secondary school teachers after training has improved to the expected level, still needs to be tested, so we need to evaluate the performance of their participation in the training. This study is based on the National Open University National Project of improving the ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Information Technology Application. A performance evaluation system is designed and implemented. The system is based on the Information Technology Application ability Standard of Primary and Secondary School Teachers. User training performance self-evaluation and questionnaire release, recovery, statistical analysis and other functions. Through this system, we can evaluate the performance of the primary and middle school teachers participating in the ICT application ability training to test whether their ICT application ability has reached the expected level after the training. The results of the performance evaluation can be used as an important reference for the training of teachers'IT application ability in the future, and can also provide suggestions for the relevant departments to formulate the development strategy of educational information technology. This paper mainly includes the following work: 1) summarize the research status of the performance evaluation of basic education informatization at home and abroad, and obtain useful information for the design and development of the system; In view of the functional requirements of the system, a large number of related technical documents are collected as technical reserves. The requirement analysis and design of "performance evaluation system of ICT application ability training for primary and middle school teachers": requirement analysis from functional requirement analysis and non-functional requirement analysis. In order to analyze the two aspects separately, System design includes system architecture design, Function design and database design.) the realization and application research of the performance evaluation system of ICT application ability training for primary and middle school teachers: based on the development environment of PHP language and MySQL database, the function of the system is realized. The function of the system is tested in LAN environment, and the test results are analyzed.
