中學(xué)生指長比與田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:研究目的:研究顯示人類第二根手指長度(Second Finger Length,2D)與第四根手指長度(Fourth Finger Length,4D)的比率(Digit Ratio of 2D and4D,2D:4D)與運(yùn)動(dòng)能力具有密切聯(lián)系。不論性別是男是女,指長比與后天的發(fā)展沒有關(guān)系。2D:4D是所表現(xiàn)出的睪酮濃度在出生前就已經(jīng)定型,睪酮濃度會(huì)影響大腦右半球和空間認(rèn)知能力。目前對(duì)人類指長比的研究最廣泛的是2D:4D,這方面的研究已經(jīng)被生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域重視。目前國際上對(duì)2D:4D有一定研究,而對(duì)2D:4D比值與運(yùn)動(dòng)技能關(guān)系研究報(bào)道甚少,特別是與田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的關(guān)系報(bào)導(dǎo)基本沒有。運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的學(xué)習(xí)能力對(duì)于體育教學(xué)和競(jìng)技訓(xùn)練至關(guān)重要,因此研究2D:4D比值與運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)系對(duì)提高學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的質(zhì)量和效率具有十分重要的意義。為了驗(yàn)證假說,本研究調(diào)查了中學(xué)生的指長比,探索其與田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的學(xué)習(xí)能力的關(guān)系。調(diào)查對(duì)象:本研究在學(xué)校和學(xué)生知情同意下,在四川省彭州市選取了一所中學(xué)開展調(diào)查,學(xué)??cè)藬?shù)518人,排除有手部畸形、手指損傷者和相片不清晰者11人,總共有效人數(shù)507人。在有效人數(shù)中隨機(jī)選取240人(男女各120人),隨機(jī)分成6組,每組40(男女各20)人,進(jìn)行技能學(xué)習(xí)與測(cè)評(píng)。技評(píng)等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)分為A(100—90分)、B(89—80分)、C(79—70分)、D(69—60分)、E(60分以下)五個(gè)等級(jí)。研究方法:學(xué)生手指自然伸直,五指靠攏,雙手貼在3mm厚玻璃上,手掌中寫上學(xué)生姓名,用樂視2s手機(jī),在玻璃另一面拍下整個(gè)掌面。然后在電腦上用Photoshop CS5測(cè)量手指長,量出左右手的2D和4D長度(從最接近掌心的手指折痕中點(diǎn)到手指頂端)。以跑類:擺臂、小步跑、后蹬腿;跳類:起跳;投擲類:腳步為訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容,每次的教學(xué)完,學(xué)生練習(xí)時(shí)間為10min,隨后馬上進(jìn)行技評(píng)。采用SPSS經(jīng)行數(shù)據(jù)處理分析。研究結(jié)果:1.跳:起跳(踏板)動(dòng)作技評(píng)等級(jí)A組的男、女右手指長比(RR)與技評(píng)成績相關(guān)系數(shù)分別是㧟0.930和㧟0.842,顯著性檢驗(yàn),P=0.000和P=0.000,P0.01,存在高度相關(guān)性。起跳(踏板)動(dòng)作技評(píng)等級(jí)A組的男、女左手指長比(LR)與技評(píng)成績相關(guān)系數(shù)分別是㧟0.843和㧟0.792,顯著性檢驗(yàn),P=0.000和P=0.000,P0.01,存在高度相關(guān)性和中度相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果顯示,男生和女生指長比(RR、LR)越低,所對(duì)應(yīng)的(踏板)成功數(shù)越高,技評(píng)成績?cè)胶?即運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力越好。男、女生右手指長比(RR)與運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力存在負(fù)相關(guān)性。2.跑:(1)擺臂技評(píng)等級(jí)A組的男、女生右手指長比(RR)與技評(píng)成績相關(guān)系數(shù)分別是㧟0.709,㧟0.733,顯著性檢驗(yàn),P=0.000,P=0.000,P0.01,都存在中度相關(guān)性。(2)小步跑技評(píng)等級(jí)A組的男、女右手指長比(RR)與技評(píng)成績相關(guān)系數(shù)分別是㧟0.694,㧟0.468,顯著性檢驗(yàn),P=0.001,P0.01和P=0.037,P0.05,存在中度相關(guān)性和低度相關(guān)性。(3)后蹬跑技評(píng)等級(jí)A組的男、女右手指長比(RR)與技評(píng)成績相關(guān)系數(shù)分別是㧟0.461和㧟0.483,顯著性檢驗(yàn),P=0.041,P=0.031,P0.05,都存在低度相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果顯示,男、女生右手指長比(RR)越低,所對(duì)應(yīng)的動(dòng)作技評(píng)成績?cè)胶?即運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力越好。男、女生右手指長比(RR)與運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力存在負(fù)相關(guān)性。3.投擲:在投擲技評(píng)等級(jí)A組男、女生的右手指長比(RR)分別與技評(píng)成績相關(guān)系數(shù)分別是㧟0.843,㧟0.792,顯著性檢驗(yàn),P=0.000,P=0.000,P0.01,存在高度相關(guān)性和中度相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果顯示,男、女生的右手指長比(RR)越低對(duì)應(yīng)的投擲技評(píng)成績?cè)胶?即運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力越好。男、女生右手指長比(RR)與運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力存在負(fù)相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:在田徑項(xiàng)目中,無論是徑賽(跑),還是田賽(跳、投)項(xiàng)目,尤其是在跳項(xiàng)目中,技評(píng)等級(jí)A組男、女生右手指長比(RR)越低,動(dòng)作技評(píng)成績?cè)胶?學(xué)習(xí)能力越好。由此推斷出,男、女的右手指長比(RR)越低,運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)效率越高,與運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力越好,所以指長比(2D:4D)與田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)技能學(xué)習(xí)能力存在負(fù)相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Research purposes: the study showed that the ratio of human second finger length (Second Finger Length, 2D) to fourth finger lengths (Fourth Finger Length, 4D) was closely related to exercise ability. The concentration of testosterone will affect the cognitive ability of the right hemisphere and space in the brain before birth. The most widely studied human finger length ratio is 2D:4D. This research has been paid much attention to in the field of biology. There are some studies on 2D:4D at present, and few reports on the relationship between 2D:4D ratio and sports skills are reported, especially The relationship between the skills of track and field has not been reported. The learning ability of sports skills is very important to physical education and competitive training. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between the ratio of 2D:4D and the learning of sports skills to improve the quality and efficiency of the learning skills. To explore the relationship between the length ratio and the learning ability of track and field skills. Object of investigation: under the informed consent of the school and the students, this study selected a middle school survey in Pengzhou, Sichuan province. The total number of schools was 518, excluding hand deformities, finger injuries and 11 persons with unclear picture, and a total of 507 effective people.
