初中班級(jí)氛圍的類型及影響因素研究

【摘要】:班級(jí),在我國(guó)是學(xué)生生活期間的重要場(chǎng)域,其氛圍直接關(guān)系學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。1962年,哈爾平和克羅夫特正式采用"學(xué)校組織氛圍"(School Organizational Climate)這個(gè)概念來(lái)描述學(xué)校的組織行為,并被迅速而且廣泛應(yīng)用于教育管理領(lǐng)域。此后,有關(guān)學(xué)校氛圍的研究如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)。然而,關(guān)于班級(jí)氛圍(Class Climate)的研究目前還處于起步階段。本研究通過(guò)對(duì)班級(jí)氛圍的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理與分析發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)外和國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于班級(jí)氛圍的相關(guān)研究較少,而且在發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨著核心概念模糊、研究方法單一、測(cè)量工具空缺、研究對(duì)象單一、本土研究少、研究結(jié)果未能合理運(yùn)用等局限。借助學(xué)校氛圍的研究理論和研究方法,對(duì)班級(jí)氛圍展開了研究。什么是班級(jí)氛圍?如何對(duì)它進(jìn)行描述和定義?班級(jí)氛圍有哪些類型?如何對(duì)班級(jí)氛圍進(jìn)行測(cè)量?影響班級(jí)氛圍的因素有哪些?如何采取有效的措施完善班級(jí)氛圍的建設(shè)?為了回答上述問(wèn)題,本研究首先從自身工作中的現(xiàn)實(shí)困惑方面闡述了選擇本研究主題的原因,并對(duì)有關(guān)班級(jí)氛圍類型及影響因素的當(dāng)前文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了一定的梳理和分析。論文接下來(lái)闡明了本研究的研究問(wèn)題和本研究的設(shè)計(jì)。研究設(shè)計(jì)主要包括研究方法和研究對(duì)象的選擇、研究問(wèn)卷的設(shè)計(jì)、資料的收集與分析、問(wèn)卷的統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。由于沒(méi)有專門針對(duì)班級(jí)氛圍測(cè)量的問(wèn)卷,本研究對(duì)江光榮的《我的班級(jí)》問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行了修訂。修訂后的問(wèn)卷包括師生關(guān)系、秩序紀(jì)律、同學(xué)關(guān)系、班級(jí)士氣四個(gè)因素28道題目,經(jīng)過(guò)檢驗(yàn),問(wèn)卷信效度良好,可以作為科研工具使用。本研究使用SPSS19.0軟件對(duì)問(wèn)卷的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)聚類分析,得出班級(jí)氛圍的五種類型:開放型氛圍、自主型氛圍、管教型氣候、控制型氛圍、渙散型氛圍。通過(guò)個(gè)案的訪談和觀察,本研究進(jìn)一步分析了班級(jí)氛圍的影響因素,試圖探討班級(jí)氛圍建設(shè)中存在問(wèn)題與解決途徑。希望本研究能夠幫助教師考察和了解班級(jí)氛圍的類型和影響因素,并為教師提供可行的教育建議和改進(jìn)班級(jí)氛圍的策略。
[Abstract]:Class, in our country, is an important field of students' life, and its atmosphere is directly related to the healthy growth of students. In 1962, Hal and Croft formally adopted the concept of "School organizational atmosphere" or "School Organizational Climate" to describe the organizational behavior of the school. And has been quickly and widely used in the field of education management. Since then, research on the school atmosphere has sprung up. However, the research on Class atmosphere is still in its infancy. Through the analysis and analysis of the class atmosphere, it is found that there are few researches on the class atmosphere at home and abroad, and in the process of development, the core concepts are vague, the research method is single, and the measurement tools are vacant. The research object is single, the native research is few, the research result can not be used reasonably and so on. With the help of the research theory and method of school atmosphere, the class atmosphere is studied. What is class atmosphere? How do you describe and define it? What are the types of class atmosphere? How to measure the atmosphere of class? What are the factors that affect the atmosphere of the class? How to take effective measures to improve the construction of class atmosphere? In order to answer the above questions, this study first expounds the reasons for choosing the subject of this study from the aspect of realistic confusion in its own work, and analyzes the current literature on the types of class atmosphere and the influencing factors. The thesis then explains the research problems and the design of this study. The research design includes the selection of research methods and research objects, the design of research questionnaires, the collection and analysis of data, the statistics and analysis of questionnaires. Since there is no questionnaire for class atmosphere measurement, this study revised Jiang Guangguang's my Class questionnaire. The revised questionnaire includes 28 questions including teacher-student relationship, order and discipline, classmate relationship and class morale. After testing, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as a scientific research tool. In this study, SPSS19.0 software was used to cluster the data of the questionnaire, and five types of class atmosphere were obtained: open atmosphere, autonomous atmosphere, discipline-oriented climate, control-oriented atmosphere and lax atmosphere. Through individual interviews and observations, this study further analyzes the influence factors of class atmosphere, and attempts to explore the existing problems and solutions in the construction of class atmosphere. It is hoped that this study can help teachers to investigate and understand the types and influencing factors of class atmosphere, and to provide teachers with feasible education suggestions and strategies to improve class atmosphere.
