【摘要】:化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)在化學(xué)教學(xué)和化學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用,近年來,我國新課改對化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)提出了新的要求,教育管理部門也更加重視化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的開展實(shí)施狀況。然而,由于各個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的不平衡性,導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的重視程度、投入力度、師資力量、教育資源等方面都還存在一定的不足;诖,本人從自身工作實(shí)際出發(fā),展開了對唐山市古冶區(qū)農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,并將此作為論文的研究課題。本研究選取唐山市古冶區(qū)王輦莊鄉(xiāng)、習(xí)家套鄉(xiāng)、大莊坨鄉(xiāng)、范各莊鎮(zhèn)、卑家店鎮(zhèn)的五所農(nóng)村初中為研究范圍,將70位化學(xué)教師和抽樣調(diào)查的200位同學(xué)作為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查、教師訪談、實(shí)地觀察的形式對唐山市古冶區(qū)王輦莊鄉(xiāng)、習(xí)家套鄉(xiāng)、大莊坨鄉(xiāng)、范各莊鎮(zhèn)、卑家店鎮(zhèn)的五所農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀展開了深入調(diào)研,以期全面了解掌握古冶區(qū)農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的基本現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出符合古冶區(qū)農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)實(shí)際并具有針對性、實(shí)踐性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性的對策建議,希望對豐富和完善農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)工作起到積極的意義。目前針對某一區(qū)域的農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)狀況的研究特別少,尤其是對于河北省這樣的一個(gè)教育大省,在這方面的研究幾乎沒有。而現(xiàn)階段對于農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的研究內(nèi)容多集中于化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)資源的配置和平衡性問題,本研究采用實(shí)證研究的方法對唐山市古冶區(qū)的五所農(nóng)村初中的化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,從教師與學(xué)生兩個(gè)不同的角度出發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了兩份不同的調(diào)查問卷,實(shí)施了周密的調(diào)研。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對有效的調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的統(tǒng)計(jì)和細(xì)致合理的分析,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)教師在化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)與學(xué)生在化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)中的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際分析成因,提出合理的對策建議。調(diào)研結(jié)果表明,由于受實(shí)驗(yàn)條件、教師傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)觀念、教師自身素質(zhì)等因素的限制,古冶區(qū)農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的開展實(shí)施差強(qiáng)人意。通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)大多數(shù)教師能夠掌握化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的常規(guī)操作和實(shí)驗(yàn)藥品的配制,但仍然有一部分老師不能完整熟練的掌握化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的常規(guī)操作和實(shí)驗(yàn)藥品的配制。同時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)大多數(shù)教師希望通過開展多種形式的化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)技能培訓(xùn)來提高自身素質(zhì),從而更好的促進(jìn)化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的開展實(shí)施。因此,加強(qiáng)古冶區(qū)農(nóng)村初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)勢在必行。通過對古冶區(qū)農(nóng)村五所初中學(xué)生的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)生們都喜歡化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),也希望教師多進(jìn)行化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的教學(xué),并意識到化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的開展實(shí)施對提高化學(xué)成績具有重要意義。但農(nóng)村化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件較差,使學(xué)生沒有太多的機(jī)會去參與和完成化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。因此,本研究提出了以下對策:一是重視化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)員的人員配備和專業(yè)素質(zhì)的提升;二是加強(qiáng)對實(shí)驗(yàn)室基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)和管理;三是轉(zhuǎn)變化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)觀念,落實(shí)新課改要求;四是建立高效多元的培訓(xùn)體系,強(qiáng)化教師的實(shí)驗(yàn)技能,希望能為其他農(nóng)村地區(qū)初中化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的開展提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Chemical experiment teaching plays a vital role in the development of chemistry teaching and chemistry. In recent years, new curriculum reform has put forward new demands on chemistry experiment teaching. The educational administration department also pays more attention to the implementation of chemical experiment teaching. However, the imbalance of economic and social development in various regions leads to the development of chemical experiment teaching. There are still some shortcomings in the teaching of rural chemistry, such as the degree of attention, the intensity of investment, the strength of teachers, and the educational resources. Based on this, I started the investigation and Research on the present situation of the chemistry experiment teaching in the rural junior middle school in Guye District of Tangshan City, and took this as the research topic of the paper. This study selected Tangshan Guye District Wang Nian Zhuang Township, Xi Jia Township, Dang Tuo Township, van Ge Zhuang Town, the five rural junior middle school in the humble home town of the research scope, 70 chemical teachers and the sample survey of 200 students as the research object, through the questionnaire survey, teacher interview, field observation form of Tangshan City Guye District Wang Chuang Township, Xi Jia Xiang, dzhuang Tuo Township, Fan Village, The present situation of Chemistry Experiment Teaching in five rural junior middle schools in Bei Jia town is investigated in depth to understand the basic status and the main problems of the chemical experiment teaching in the rural junior middle school in Guye district. On this basis, it is pointed out that it is pertinent, practical and practical in accordance with the practice of Chemistry Experiment Teaching in rural junior middle school in Guye district. Practical countermeasures and suggestions, hope to enrich and improve the rural junior high school chemistry experiment teaching work play a positive significance. At present, the study of the chemical experiment teaching situation of rural junior middle school in a certain area is very few, especially for a large province such as Hebei Province, the research in this respect is almost not. The research content of Chemistry Experiment Teaching in junior middle school is mostly concentrated on the allocation and balance of the chemical experiment teaching resources. This study investigates the present situation of chemical experiment teaching in five rural junior middle schools in Guye District of Tangshan City, and designs two different parts from two different angles of teachers and students. In order to find out the present situation and the existing problems in the chemistry experiment teaching and the students in the chemical experiment study, the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, and the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The results show that, due to the limitations of the experimental conditions, teachers' traditional teaching ideas and teachers' own qualities, the implementation of the chemistry experiment teaching in rural junior middle schools in Guye district is poor. Through the investigation, most teachers can master the routine operation of chemical experiments and the preparation of the actual drugs, but there are still some teachers who can not. A complete and proficient master of the routine operation of chemical experiments and the preparation of experimental drugs. At the same time, it is found that most teachers hope to improve their own quality by developing various forms of chemical experiment skills training, thus better promoting the implementation of chemical experiment teaching. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the chemistry experiment teaching in rural junior middle schools in Guye district. Through the investigation of five junior middle school students in the rural areas of Guye District, it is found that the students all like chemistry experiment, and they also hope that teachers should carry out more teaching in chemical experiments, and realize that the implementation of chemical experiment teaching is of great significance to the improvement of chemical results. But the conditions of the rural chemistry experiment are poor, so that students have not much opportunity to participate. Complete chemical experiment. Therefore, this study puts forward the following countermeasures: first, pay attention to the staffing and professional quality of the chemical experimenter; two is to strengthen the construction and management of laboratory infrastructure; three is to change the teaching concept of chemical experiment, to implement the requirements of the new curriculum reform; four is to establish a high efficient and multiple training system and strengthen the experiment of teachers. Skills, hoping to provide some reference and reference for other rural areas in junior middle school chemistry experiment teaching.
