【摘要】：2009年4月,國家體育總局、教育部聯(lián)合下發(fā)《關(guān)于開展全國青少年校園足球活動的通知》,提出開展“校園足球”活動。2009年10月14日,全國青少年校園足球聯(lián)賽開幕式在青島市天泰體育場舉行,標(biāo)志著中國青少年校園足球活動正式啟動。作為貴州省重要城市之一的六盤水市,其校園足球開始蓬勃發(fā)展。2015年被貴州省體育局、省教育廳認(rèn)定命名為貴州省青少年校園足球活動布局城市,并有17所學(xué)校被評為全國校園足球特色學(xué)校,2016年有14所學(xué)校被評為全國校園足球特色學(xué)校。本研究以六盤水市中學(xué)校園足球的開展現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,抽樣調(diào)查了六盤水市(鐘山區(qū)、盤縣、水城縣、六枝特區(qū))4個縣、區(qū)、特區(qū)的36所中學(xué)(包括12所全國青少年校園足球特色學(xué)校、12所城區(qū)中學(xué)、12所鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中學(xué))。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法及邏輯分析法,對六盤水市中學(xué)校園足球的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究分析,提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策,旨在能為六盤水市中學(xué)校園足球更好的發(fā)展提供理論參考依據(jù)。通過調(diào)查研究分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1、校園足球特色學(xué)校均開設(shè)足球課,但普通中學(xué)足球開課率較低,并且開課的學(xué)校中部分教師認(rèn)為現(xiàn)有足球課時安排不合理,有的課時過多,有的落實不到位。2、校園足球特色學(xué)校課外足球開展尚可,普通中學(xué)相對落后,缺乏專門人員進(jìn)行組織和指導(dǎo)。3、除了校園足球特色學(xué)校外,很多學(xué)校沒有成立足球隊,訓(xùn)練制度不完善。4、六盤水市各縣、區(qū)(特區(qū))都在積極舉辦校園足球聯(lián)賽,參賽隊伍、比賽規(guī)模也在不斷擴(kuò)大,但普通中學(xué)比賽積極性有待提高。5、校園足球特色學(xué)校場地器材設(shè)施較完善,城區(qū)中學(xué)和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中學(xué)場地器材設(shè)施相對落后,場地缺乏是制約六盤水市中學(xué)校園足球發(fā)展的瓶頸。6、體育師資隊伍總體趨于年輕化,足球?qū)ｍ椊處熒?足球培訓(xùn)力度雖在不斷加大,但效果一般,足球師資仍是影響六盤水市中學(xué)校園足球發(fā)展的重要因素。7、班主任、家長對學(xué)生參與足球運(yùn)動支持度不夠,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對校園足球的開展重視程度也有待提高。針對以上存在的問題,提出以下發(fā)展對策:加強(qiáng)足球課程開設(shè)和合理化建設(shè);加強(qiáng)課外足球的組織和管理,強(qiáng)化運(yùn)動安全防范;提高訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量,提高參賽積極性;完善場地器材設(shè)施建設(shè),強(qiáng)化足球師資,加大培訓(xùn)力度的同時提高培訓(xùn)效率;提高有關(guān)部門對校園足球的重視程度,建立評價體系;加強(qiáng)校園足球文化建設(shè),提高學(xué)生參與度;加快升學(xué)考試中體育項目的改革進(jìn)程,贏得家長和班主任的支持。
[Abstract]:In April 2009, the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the notice on the launching of the National Youth Campus Football activities, proposing to carry out the activities of "Campus Football." on October 14, 2009, The opening ceremony of the National Youth Campus Football League was held at Tiantai Stadium in Qingdao City, marking the official start of Chinese Youth Campus Football activities. As one of the most important cities in Guizhou Province, Liupanshui City's campus football began to flourish. In 2015, it was named by Guizhou Sports Bureau and provincial education department as the layout city of youth campus football activities in Guizhou Province. And 17 schools were named National Campus Football School, and in 2016, 14 schools were named National Campus Football School. Taking the present situation of campus football in Liupanshui City as the research object, this study investigated 4 counties and districts in Liupanshui City (Zhongshan District, Pan County, Shuicheng County, Liuzhi Special Zone). There are 36 secondary schools (including 12 national youth school football schools, 12 urban middle schools and 12 township high schools) in the Special Administrative region (SAR). By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of the development of middle school football in Liupanshui, and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures. The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the better development of middle school football in Liupanshui. Through investigation and analysis, we can draw the following conclusion: 1, football courses are offered in schools with special characteristics of campus football, but the rate of football classes in ordinary middle schools is low, and some teachers in the schools that open the courses think that the existing football class hours are unreasonable and some of them have too many hours. Some of them are not in place. 2. Some schools with special characteristics of campus football can carry out extracurricular football, while ordinary middle schools are relatively backward and lack specialized personnel to organize and guide .3. in addition to schools with special characteristics on campus football, many schools have not set up a football team. The training system is not perfect. Every county, district (special zone) of Liupanshui City is actively holding the campus football league, and the participating teams and the scale of the competition are also constantly expanding. However, the enthusiasm of ordinary middle schools needs to be improved. 5. The facilities of campus football characteristic schools are relatively perfect, while the facilities of urban middle schools and township middle schools are relatively backward. Lack of site is the bottleneck restricting the development of middle school football in Liupanshui. The teaching staff of physical education tends to be younger in general, there are fewer special football teachers, and the intensity of football training is increasing, but the effect is general. Football teachers are still an important factor affecting the development of secondary school football in Liupanshui. The teacher in charge and parents are not enough to support the students to participate in football. The school leaders also need to improve the degree of attention to the development of campus football. In view of the above problems, the following development countermeasures are put forward: strengthening the establishment and rationalization of football courses, strengthening the organization and management of extracurricular football, strengthening sports safety prevention, improving the quality of training and increasing the enthusiasm for participation; Improve the construction of site equipment and facilities, strengthen football teachers, increase training efforts and improve training efficiency; improve the degree of attention to campus football, set up an evaluation system, strengthen the construction of campus football culture, enhance the participation of students; Speed up the reform process of sports in entrance examination and win the support of parents and class teachers.
