【摘要】：2013年12月23日中央辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的意見(jiàn)》,從三個(gè)層面把社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀概括為24個(gè)字,即國(guó)家層面:富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧;社會(huì)層面:自由、平等、公正、法治;個(gè)人層面:愛(ài)國(guó)、敬業(yè)、誠(chéng)信、友善�！皭�(ài)國(guó)、敬業(yè)、誠(chéng)信、友善”是個(gè)人層面上社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的一種凝練,是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義社會(huì)公民的價(jià)值引領(lǐng)、價(jià)值追求和價(jià)值規(guī)范。其中,友善作為公民的價(jià)值規(guī)范,為高中生友善價(jià)值觀的培育提供了根本指引,應(yīng)成為高中生的價(jià)值追求。高中生作為祖國(guó)的未來(lái)、民族的希望和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的生力軍,他們能否樹(shù)立社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀事關(guān)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的前途和命運(yùn)。因此,本文選取高中生作為研究對(duì)象,從高中生和教師兩部分著手,深入實(shí)地調(diào)研,對(duì)高中生友善價(jià)值觀教育進(jìn)行深入研究,并根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):高中生友善價(jià)值觀及其教育狀況存在亟待解決的問(wèn)題;教師對(duì)友善價(jià)值觀認(rèn)知存在偏差;教師友善價(jià)值觀的示范作用弱�；谡{(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題,本文從個(gè)人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)四個(gè)方面分析影響高中生友善價(jià)值觀形成及教育的原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從高中生身心發(fā)展規(guī)律出發(fā),并結(jié)合調(diào)查中學(xué)高中部的實(shí)際,提出了高中生友善價(jià)值觀教育的對(duì)策,即加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng),發(fā)揮榜樣示范作用,建立健全長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,培育良好的友善價(jià)值觀環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:On December 23, 2013, the General Office of the Central Committee issued opinions on cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, which summarized the socialist core values into 24 words from three levels, namely, the national level: rich and strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious; Social level: freedom, equality, justice, rule of law; personal level: patriotic, professional, honest, friendly. "Patriotic, dedicated, honest and friendly" is a kind of condensed socialist core values on the personal level. It is the value guide, value pursuit and value norm of the citizens of socialist society in our country. Among them, friendliness, as the value norm of citizens, provides the basic guidance for the cultivation of high school students' friendly values, and should become the value pursuit of high school students. High school students as the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation and the new force of socialism with Chinese characteristics, whether they can set up the socialist core values is related to the future and destiny of the socialist cause. Therefore, this paper selects high school students as the research object, from the high school students and teachers two parts, in-depth field investigation, to high school students friendly values education in-depth research. According to the results of the investigation, it is found that there are some problems to be solved urgently in high school students' friendly values and their educational situation; teachers' cognition of friendly values is biased; and the demonstration of teacher-friendly values is weak. Based on the problems found in the investigation, this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the formation and education of high school students' friendly values from four aspects: individual, family, school and society, and on this basis, starting from the law of high school students' physical and mental development. Combined with the investigation of the high school department, the author puts forward the countermeasures of high school students' friendly values education, that is, to strengthen personal cultivation, to play an exemplary role, to establish and improve the long-term mechanism, and to foster a good environment of friendly values.
