【摘要】：初中是青少年成長(zhǎng)過程中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵階段,教育管理方法和手段的不當(dāng),導(dǎo)致問題學(xué)生的多樣性表現(xiàn)也成為現(xiàn)代初級(jí)中學(xué)領(lǐng)域較為普遍的教育事相,加上,教師缺乏對(duì)問題學(xué)生管理的重視,采取放任自流的教育態(tài)度,以及缺乏對(duì)問題學(xué)生心理、思想品德、行為、學(xué)習(xí)特征全面系統(tǒng)的了解,不合理的教育管理策略也成為問題學(xué)生的形成根源。因此,通過文獻(xiàn)資料、個(gè)別訪談、課堂觀察、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和個(gè)案研究的方法,以邢臺(tái)市初中問題學(xué)生管理為研究對(duì)象,在全面系統(tǒng)調(diào)查了解問題學(xué)生表現(xiàn)特征,以及教育管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出問題學(xué)生的轉(zhuǎn)化對(duì)策。主要得出如下研究結(jié)論:(1)邢臺(tái)市初中多數(shù)問題學(xué)生的心理問題和個(gè)體行為問題不嚴(yán)重,其中,性格暴躁心理、違規(guī)違紀(jì)、心煩意亂、情緒波動(dòng)大、性格孤僻方面的問題突出,憂郁、遇事回避、經(jīng)常緊張心理一般,自卑、自殺傾向、網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮、妒忌、害羞心理不嚴(yán)重。(2)邢臺(tái)市初中問題學(xué)生的思想品德素質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)問題比較嚴(yán)重,特別是在偏科、厭學(xué)、沒有明確學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、遲到、早退、曠課、上課注意力不集中、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正、不會(huì)合理安排學(xué)習(xí)、不服從管理、缺乏正義感、不愿幫助他人、缺少感恩、不關(guān)心集體利益方面的問題突出。(3)邢臺(tái)市初中教師忽視對(duì)問題學(xué)生的妒忌、害羞、經(jīng)常緊張心理的教育管理,試圖通過說服教育法來解決自卑、憂郁、心煩意亂、自殺傾向的心理異化問題,難以從根本上把握學(xué)生的心理問題,對(duì)于問題學(xué)生情緒波動(dòng)大、遇事回避、性格暴躁、網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的心理問題過多的批判處分反而會(huì)激發(fā)學(xué)生的對(duì)抗情緒,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生缺乏對(duì)教師的信任。(4)邢臺(tái)市初級(jí)中學(xué)教師不注重對(duì)問題學(xué)生缺乏正義感、不愿幫助他人、缺少感恩、自私自利、不愿虛心請(qǐng)教、不會(huì)合理安排學(xué)習(xí)方面的教育管理;教師對(duì)于問題學(xué)生的行為問題管理主要采用批評(píng)處分和回家反省兩種手段。(5)情感教育策略和活動(dòng)矯正策略能夠幫助問題學(xué)生孤僻的性格明顯得到改善,提高課堂參與的積極性,增強(qiáng)問題學(xué)生自信。初中問題學(xué)生的教育轉(zhuǎn)化對(duì)策可以從情感教育中構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系及班級(jí)文化,智育教育中考慮問題學(xué)生實(shí)際,道德教育依托現(xiàn)實(shí)又超越現(xiàn)實(shí),審美教育中滲透追尋生命本體的意義幾個(gè)方面展開。
[Abstract]:Junior middle school is a key stage in the process of young people's growth. The improper educational management methods and means have led to the diversity of the problem students becoming a common educational issue in the field of modern junior high schools. Teachers lack of attention to the management of problem students, adopt a laissez-faire educational attitude, and lack a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the psychological, moral, behavioral and learning characteristics of the students. Unreasonable educational management strategy has also become the root of problem students. Therefore, through the methods of literature, individual interview, classroom observation, questionnaire survey, data statistics and case study, taking the problem student management of Xingtai junior middle school as the research object, the author investigates the performance characteristics of the problem students in a comprehensive and systematic way. On the basis of the current situation of education management, the paper puts forward the transformation countermeasures of the problem students. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the psychological problems and individual behavior problems of most of the problem students in Xingtai junior high school are not serious. Among them, the problems in the aspects of personality irritability, violation of discipline, upset, emotional fluctuation and aloof personality are prominent. Depression, avoidance, constant nervousness, inferiority complex, suicidal tendency, Internet addiction, jealousy, shyness) Xingtai junior high school students' ideological and moral quality and learning problems are relatively serious, especially in partial discipline and school weariness. No clear learning goals, late, early withdrawal, absenteeism, class attention is not focused, learning attitude is not correct, will not reasonable arrangements for learning, do not accept from management, lack of sense of justice, unwilling to help others, lack of gratitude, Xingtai junior middle school teachers neglect the educational management of jealousy, shyness, and often nervous psychology of the problem students, and try to solve the inferiority complex, depression and anxiety by persuading the education law. The problem of psychological alienation of suicidal tendency makes it difficult to grasp the psychological problems of students fundamentally. Too much critical punishment of psychological problems of Internet addiction will stimulate students' antagonistic emotions, resulting in students' lack of trust in teachers.) Xingtai junior middle school teachers do not pay attention to the problem students lack sense of justice, do not want to help others, lack of gratitude. Selfish, unwilling to ask modestly, will not reasonably arrange the education management of learning; Teachers' behavior problem management of problem students mainly adopts critical punishment and home reflection. 5) emotional education strategy and activity correction strategy can help the problem students to obviously improve their isolated character and improve their enthusiasm for classroom participation. Strengthen the confidence of problem students. The educational transformation countermeasures of junior middle school problem students can construct harmonious teacher-student relationship and class culture from emotional education, consider problem students' reality in intellectual education, and moral education depends on reality and transcends reality.
