【摘要】:一所老學(xué)校面對(duì)客觀存在的學(xué)校發(fā)展生源瓶頸,猶如一棵老樹終年不得解渴。但學(xué)校沒有坐以待斃,而是緊跟時(shí)代步伐,積極探索,把握"核心素養(yǎng)"理念;聯(lián)系教學(xué)實(shí)際,巧妙滲透"核心素養(yǎng)"理念;主動(dòng)突破發(fā)展瓶頸,積極謀劃尖子生培養(yǎng)方略,終于讓這棵老樹大旱逢甘露,長出新芽,綻放新花。
[Abstract]:An old school faces an objective bottleneck of school development, like an old tree that can't quench its thirst all year.But instead of waiting for death, the school has followed the pace of the times, actively explored and grasped the concept of "core literacy"; combined teaching practice with the concept of "core literacy"; actively broke through the bottleneck of development and actively planned a strategy for training top students.Finally let this old tree drought meet nectar, grow new buds, blooming new flowers.
