【摘要】：新一輪的基礎(chǔ)教育改革在全國(guó)各地鋪展開來,核心理念是:為了中華民族的復(fù)興,為了每一位學(xué)生的發(fā)展。這就決定了我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育課程體系要進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變。如何讓每一位學(xué)生都得以發(fā)展,從古至今,是國(guó)內(nèi)外每一位教育工作者共同關(guān)注的話題。在信息科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,各種移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備出現(xiàn)在我們的生活中,課程與現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)相結(jié)合,使因材施教成為了可能,微課用于分層教學(xué)恰好能滿足這種需求。在化學(xué)學(xué)科分層教學(xué)中運(yùn)用微課,為每個(gè)層次的同學(xué)都提供了適合的學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái),提高教學(xué)效率,分層作業(yè)、分層考核更有利于提升學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)。論文綜述了微課和分層教學(xué)的國(guó)內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀,解析了微課與分層教學(xué)的概念和特點(diǎn),提出了微課應(yīng)用于分層教學(xué)的教學(xué)策略,整個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)從學(xué)生的學(xué)情出發(fā),以微視頻為核心,微課件融入教師教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),微練習(xí)與學(xué)生任務(wù)相聯(lián)系,微反思融入評(píng)價(jià)之中。重點(diǎn)是設(shè)計(jì)了微課在高中化學(xué)分層教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的教學(xué)案例,并且在高一化學(xué)教學(xué)中進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)踐研究。根據(jù)月考成績(jī)選取兩個(gè)無明顯差異的班級(jí)進(jìn)行對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)班采用微課結(jié)合分層教學(xué)的教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行教學(xué),以考試成績(jī)?yōu)橹匾膮⒄諛?biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行分層,學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、練習(xí)題、課堂提問、作業(yè)、評(píng)價(jià)等各個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)都分層設(shè)置,并設(shè)計(jì)微課進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)踐,實(shí)驗(yàn)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)班成績(jī)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照班。微課用于分層教學(xué),能夠培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自學(xué)能力,提高課堂教學(xué)效果。課前自主學(xué)習(xí)讓課堂學(xué)習(xí)變得更容易、更輕松,還能提高學(xué)生能動(dòng)性,使學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)積極性都有提高,微課與分層相結(jié)合的教學(xué)模式在高中化學(xué)教學(xué)中是一種切實(shí)可行的教學(xué)模式。
[Abstract]:A new round of basic education reform spread throughout the country, the core idea is: for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, for the development of every student.This decided our country elementary education curriculum system to carry on the transformation.How to make every student develop is a common concern of every educator at home and abroad.With the rapid development of information science and technology, all kinds of mobile terminal devices appear in our life. The combination of curriculum and modern information technology makes it possible to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.The application of microcourses in the stratified teaching of chemistry courses provides a suitable learning platform for students at each level, and improves teaching efficiency, stratification of homework, and assessment of stratification, which is more conducive to enhancing students' interest in learning and academic achievement.This paper summarizes the domestic research status of micro-lesson and layered teaching, analyzes the concept and characteristics of micro-lesson and layered teaching, and puts forward the teaching strategy of applying micro-lesson to layered teaching. The whole link starts from the students' learning situation and takes micro-video as the core.The micro courseware is integrated into the teacher's teaching design, the micro exercise is related with the students' tasks, and the micro reflection is integrated into the evaluation.The key point is to design the teaching case of the application of microcourse in chemistry stratification teaching in senior high school, and carry on the teaching practice research in the chemistry teaching of senior high school.According to the results of the monthly test, two classes with no significant difference were selected for the control experiment.The experimental class adopts the teaching method of microcourse combined with stratified teaching. Taking the test results as an important reference standard, the students are stratified, learning objectives, exercises, classroom questions, assignments, evaluation and other teaching links are set up at different levels.After the experiment, the result of the experimental class is better than that of the control class.Micro-class is used in stratified teaching, which can cultivate students' self-study ability and improve classroom teaching effect.Self-regulated learning before class makes classroom learning easier and easier. It can also improve students' initiative and improve their academic performance, interest and enthusiasm.The combination of micro-class and stratification is a feasible teaching mode in chemistry teaching in senior high school.
