保定市區(qū)初中師生關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:受現(xiàn)代教育理念的影響,師生關(guān)系正悄然發(fā)生著改變,隨著師生關(guān)系問題研究的不斷深入,越來越多的人認(rèn)識到師生關(guān)系是多層次、多性質(zhì)交織而成的多維關(guān)系體系,師生關(guān)系包含心理關(guān)系、人際關(guān)系、工作關(guān)系。當(dāng)前,師生關(guān)系還存在不和諧的方面,存在著教育觀、學(xué)生觀偏差,師生缺少情感互動,師生地位不平等、師生關(guān)系隔膜化、功利化的問題,這些問題不但影響教師和學(xué)生的發(fā)展,還影響著和諧師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建。基于保定市五所初中的教師和學(xué)生為研究對象,在實地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究教師與學(xué)生對理想師生關(guān)系和現(xiàn)實師生關(guān)系的認(rèn)識,包括心理關(guān)系、人際關(guān)系、工作關(guān)系的認(rèn)識,對師生關(guān)系面臨的問題進(jìn)行了深刻總結(jié),并為和諧師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建提供自己的意見和建議。在對師生關(guān)系發(fā)展深入理解的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),造成師生關(guān)系不和諧的原因包括學(xué)生主體意識淡薄,缺乏溝通技巧,教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和專業(yè)能力有待提高,師生關(guān)系還受到應(yīng)試教育和網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的影響。對此,在深入分析師生關(guān)系問題產(chǎn)生的原因之后,結(jié)合掌握的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)資料樹立師生關(guān)系的新理念,提升教師專業(yè)素質(zhì),轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生心態(tài)、培養(yǎng)溝通能力,完善教學(xué)評價、注重人文關(guān)懷,營造良好的社會和家庭氛圍方五個方面對和諧師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建提出了相應(yīng)的對策,以促進(jìn)和諧師生關(guān)系的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of modern educational concept, teacher-student relationship is changing quietly. With the deepening of the research on teacher-student relationship, more and more people realize that teacher-student relationship is a multi-level, multi-nature multi-dimensional relationship system.Teacher-student relationship includes psychological relationship, interpersonal relationship and working relationship.At present, there are still some disharmonious aspects of teacher-student relationship, such as educational view, deviation of student view, lack of emotional interaction between teachers and students, unequal status of teachers and students, separation of teacher-student relationship and utilitarianism.These problems not only affect the development of teachers and students, but also affect the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.Based on the research of teachers and students in five junior middle schools in Baoding City, on the basis of field investigation, this paper deeply studies teachers' and students' understanding of ideal teacher-student relationship and realistic teacher-student relationship, including psychological relationship and interpersonal relationship.The understanding of the working relationship makes a deep summary of the problems faced by the teacher-student relationship and provides its own opinions and suggestions for the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship.In the process of understanding the relationship between teachers and students, it is found that the causes of the disharmony include the weak consciousness of students' subject, the lack of communication skills, the improvement of teachers' professional accomplishment and professional ability.The teacher-student relationship is also affected by examination-oriented education and network culture.In view of this, after deeply analyzing the causes of the problem of teacher-student relationship, combining with the data of investigation, the author sets up a new concept of teacher-student relationship, promotes teachers' professional quality, changes students' mentality, trains communication ability, and consummates teaching evaluation.In order to promote the development of harmonious teacher-student relationship, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from five aspects of paying attention to humanistic care and creating a good social and family atmosphere for the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship.
