貴陽市高中足球特色學(xué)校校園足球開展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:為提高校園足球普及水平,奠定中國(guó)足球發(fā)展的人才基礎(chǔ),不斷豐富體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,強(qiáng)化體育課和課外鍛煉,校園足球作為新課程改革之后的一種體育形式,在全國(guó)學(xué)校推行,切在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的中小學(xué)設(shè)立足球特色學(xué)校。2015年,貴陽市九所高中足球特色學(xué)校通過了教育部首次審批。通過對(duì)貴陽市高中足球特色學(xué)校開展現(xiàn)狀的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)校園足球開展過程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,為以后的校園足球開展提供參考。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地考察法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)2015年審批后貴陽市建立的觀山湖區(qū)第一高級(jí)中學(xué)、貴陽市第一中學(xué)等九所高中足球特色學(xué)校的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,分析得出以下結(jié)論:貴陽市九所高中足球特色學(xué)校分布在貴陽市的七個(gè)區(qū)縣,其分布與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平成正比,僅息烽縣、修文縣和花溪區(qū)三個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)略落后的區(qū)縣沒有足球特色學(xué)校;九所高中足球特色學(xué)校的資金投入高于普通中小學(xué),尤其是在2015年獲批為足球特色學(xué)校后均有一定程度的增加,但九所學(xué)校之間的投入存在較大差距;九所足球特色學(xué)校體育教師隊(duì)伍趨于年輕化,學(xué)歷均在本科及以上,體育教師參與足球相關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)多,但受過專業(yè)系統(tǒng)足球訓(xùn)練的教師比例偏低,現(xiàn)有專門的足球教師運(yùn)動(dòng)水平、裁判水平和執(zhí)教水平總體不錯(cuò);九所學(xué)校均開設(shè)足球課程和課外活動(dòng),但其課時(shí)安排、課外活動(dòng)的組織形式有所差異,觀山湖一中的大課間足球活動(dòng)和校園“世界杯”比賽形式值得推崇;九所學(xué)校均擁有草坪式的足球場(chǎng)地,但標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一,獲批足球特色學(xué)校后各校的器材均有所增加和豐富,但呈現(xiàn)出一定的差異性,場(chǎng)地不足同樣是這些學(xué)校足球發(fā)展最大的困境;學(xué)生總體比較喜歡足球,家長(zhǎng)和班主任對(duì)于高一學(xué)生參加足球活動(dòng)總體較為支持,尤其是加入校隊(duì)的學(xué)生家長(zhǎng),希望通過足球考取大學(xué),而對(duì)于高二高三的學(xué)生,他們?nèi)哉J(rèn)為應(yīng)該以學(xué)業(yè)為重;九所學(xué)校均有足球校隊(duì),其隊(duì)員來源基本都為校內(nèi)選拔或校內(nèi)特長(zhǎng)生,校隊(duì)基本上都能保持長(zhǎng)訓(xùn)狀態(tài);校園足球四級(jí)聯(lián)賽制在貴州已基本形成,九所學(xué)校均積極參與,其成績(jī)?cè)谫F陽乃至貴州省足球比賽中均處于領(lǐng)先位置,但唯有觀山湖一中有機(jī)會(huì)參與全國(guó)性的比賽。根據(jù)上述問題提出以下建議:教育部門以及學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要加大執(zhí)行力度,提高足球資金投入;豐富校內(nèi)足球比賽,積極參加校外足球聯(lián)賽;科學(xué)開展足球教學(xué)課程,積極發(fā)現(xiàn)和培養(yǎng)足球人才;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)足球的興趣,豐富開展足球活動(dòng);完善足球場(chǎng)地建設(shè),豐富足球器材;體育教師積極參加培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),引進(jìn)外聘教練;轉(zhuǎn)變家長(zhǎng)及班主任老師等思想觀念。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the popularity of campus football, lay the talent foundation for the development of Chinese football, enrich the content of physical education activities, strengthen physical education and extracurricular exercise, campus football is a form of physical education after the new curriculum reform.In 2015, nine high school football specialty schools in Guiyang city were approved by the Ministry of Education for the first time.Through the research on the present situation of the characteristic school of high school football in Guiyang, we find the advantages and disadvantages in the course of the development of campus football, and provide a reference for the future development of campus football.By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, interview, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper analyzes the first high school in Guanshan Lake area, which was established in Guiyang City after approval in 2015.The present situation of nine high school football characteristic schools such as No.1 Middle School in Guiyang City is investigated and studied, and the following conclusions are drawn: nine high school football characteristic schools in Guiyang City are distributed in seven districts and counties of Guiyang City.Its distribution is directly proportional to the level of local economic development. Only three economically backward districts, Xifeng County, Xiuwen County and Huaxi District, do not have football characteristic schools, and nine high school football characteristic schools have a higher investment than ordinary primary and secondary schools.In particular, the number of football specialty schools has increased to a certain extent since they were approved in 2015, but there is a big gap in investment among the nine schools. The number of PE teachers in nine football specialty schools tends to be younger and their qualifications are all at or above the undergraduate level.There are many opportunities for PE teachers to participate in football related learning and training, but the proportion of teachers who have received professional system football training is on the low side, and the existing specialized football teachers' sports level, referee level and teaching level are generally good;All the nine schools have set up football courses and extracurricular activities, but their class hours and extracurricular activities are different.Nine schools all have lawn type football field, but the standard is different, after the approval football characteristic school each school equipment has increased and the rich, but presents the certain difference, the space insufficiency is also these schools soccer development biggest difficult position;Students generally prefer football. Parents and class teachers generally support the participation of senior one students in football activities. In particular, parents who join the school team hope to be admitted to university through football, while for students in Grade two, senior three,They still think that study should be the priority; all nine schools have football school teams, and their players are basically selected from their own schools or students with special abilities on campus, and the school teams can basically maintain a long training state. The four-level league system for campus football has basically been formed in Guizhou.The nine schools are all active participants, their achievements in Guiyang and even Guizhou Province football competition are in the leading position, but only the first middle school in view of mountains and lakes have the opportunity to participate in national competitions.According to the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward: education departments and school leaders should strengthen the implementation of football, increase the investment of football funds, enrich the football matches in schools, actively participate in the football league outside the school, and carry out the teaching courses of football scientifically.Actively discover and train football talents, cultivate students' interest in football, enrich football activities, perfect football field construction, enrich football equipment, actively participate in training and study, and introduce external coaches;Change parents and class teachers and other ideas.
