【摘要】：教師作為推動(dòng)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,其成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展受到了社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,學(xué)術(shù)界中關(guān)于教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的研究已成為熱門研究話題。在理論性思辨研究已不足以滿足教師發(fā)展研究的現(xiàn)狀下,本選題通過對(duì)一位中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師教育生活的敘事研究,基于教師個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵事件,探究影響其專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的因素和促進(jìn)其成長(zhǎng)的途徑,能夠?yàn)榻處熝芯刻峁⿲?shí)例的補(bǔ)充。為避免敘事的神圣和理想化,本研究選取的研究對(duì)象是一名有三十多年教齡的普通一線中學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師,她身上充分體現(xiàn)著一位一線教師“普通但不平凡”的經(jīng)歷,更易與讀者產(chǎn)生情感上的共鳴。筆者通過到該研究對(duì)象工作的學(xué)校進(jìn)行觀察、聽課、訪談、閱讀其教學(xué)日志等方式收集一手資料,并整理匯總成教育生活事件,以敘述故事的形式加以呈現(xiàn),進(jìn)而探究其成長(zhǎng)的要素,以期為關(guān)心教師發(fā)展的人們提供實(shí)證的借鑒。本研究由四個(gè)部分構(gòu)成:第一部分主要介紹了研究的背景,通過梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料研究,找到本研究的獨(dú)特視角,提出了研究的目的、意義,以及研究對(duì)象選擇的合理性。第二部分主要通過敘事的方式,生動(dòng)細(xì)致地再現(xiàn)研究對(duì)象教育生活的關(guān)鍵事件,并加入了研究者自己的情感體驗(yàn)。第三部分主要從研究對(duì)象的成長(zhǎng)階段、影響因素兩方面對(duì)其成長(zhǎng)故事進(jìn)行分析闡釋。最后一個(gè)部分重點(diǎn)闡釋了被研究者的成長(zhǎng)故事對(duì)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的一般啟示。
[Abstract]:As the backbone force to promote the development of education, teachers' growth and development have been widely concerned by the society. The research on teachers' professional growth has become a hot research topic in academic circles.Under the condition that theoretical speculative research is no longer sufficient to meet the needs of teacher development research, this topic is based on a narrative study of the educational life of a middle school Chinese teacher, based on the key events occurring in the teacher's individual growth experience.Exploring the factors that affect their professional growth and the ways to promote their growth can provide an example supplement for teachers' research.In order to avoid the sacredness and idealization of narration, the research object of this study is an ordinary first-line middle school Chinese teacher with more than 30 years of teaching age. She fully embodies the "ordinary but extraordinary" experience of a first-line teacher.It is easier to have emotional resonance with the reader.The author collected primary data by observing, listening, interviewing and reading the teaching log of the school where the research object worked, and arranged and summarized the events of educational life, which were presented in the form of narrative stories.And then explore its growth elements, in order to provide empirical reference for people concerned about the development of teachers.This research is composed of four parts: the first part mainly introduces the background of the research, through combing the domestic and foreign related literature research, find the unique perspective of this study, put forward the purpose and significance of the research.And the rationality of research object selection.The second part mainly through the narrative way, vividly and meticulously reproduces the research object education life key event, and has joined the researcher own emotion experience.The third part mainly analyzes and explains the growth story from two aspects: the growth stage of the research object and the influencing factors.The last part mainly explains the general enlightenment of the researcher's growth story to the teacher's professional development.
