高一化學學困生的成因分析及轉化策略的研究

【摘要】:科技的高速發(fā)展,尤其是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展給我們的生活帶來了巨大的變化,世界的變化也是瞬息萬變,現(xiàn)代生活對我們的綜合素質(zhì)要求也越來越高,為了提高我國全民的綜合素質(zhì),國家提出了實施素質(zhì)教育的教育方針。素質(zhì)教育要求面向全體學生,全面提高學生的思想道德、文化素養(yǎng)、科學技能、勞動能力和身心素質(zhì)。但是筆者通過一年的教學實踐調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)由于化學學科自身的特點、學生自身心理素質(zhì)、家庭教育等種種原因,一些學生在化學學習中依然存在較大的困難,遠達不到素質(zhì)教育的要求,嚴重影響到學校的教學質(zhì)量,學校和在校的一線教師都很想要解決這一問題,所以本文通過問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法等詳細地分析化學學困生的成因,找到合適有效的轉化策略,有效地轉化學困生,這是非常有現(xiàn)實意義的。全文共分為七個部分:第一章:重點說明了課題提出的原因;國外和國內(nèi)外對“學困生”的研究現(xiàn)狀;研究的對象、方法及目的。第二章:主要介紹“學困生”的概念、“化學學困生”的概念;學困生轉化的理論基礎。第三章:主要對隨機抽取的兩個學校(延安中學和延安第四中學)的各60名學生進行問卷調(diào)查及結果分析;第四章:詳細分析學困生的成因(內(nèi)部因素和外部因素):內(nèi)因主要包括學習興趣缺乏、學習動機不足、學習方法不科學和學習習慣不良、基礎知識薄弱,不當?shù)臍w因等。外因包括家庭教育、學校教育、社會教育和學科特點等;第五章:根據(jù)化學學困生的成因提出具體的轉化的策略;第六章:選取三名典型的學困生對其追蹤觀察并進行教育干預,取得不錯效果;第七章:主要是對全文進行了總結和反思。實踐證明只要老師采取合適的策略對學生一直進行耐心的引導,學校家庭社會三股教育形成合力,同時通過學困生自身的不斷努力一定可以讓每一位學生達到素質(zhì)教育的要求。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of the Internet has brought great changes to our life, the change of the world is changing, modern life is more and more high requirements on our comprehensive quality, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of our people, the state proposed the implementation of quality education education. Quality education for all the students, improve the students' Ideological and moral, cultural literacy, scientific skills, labor ability and psychological quality. One year teaching practice survey found that due to the characteristics of chemistry itself but by the author, the students' psychological quality, family education and other reasons, some students still have great difficulties in learning chemistry, far less to the requirement of quality education, seriously affect the quality of teaching in schools, schools and school teachers are trying to solve this problem, so this paper. The causes through questionnaire and interview with the chemical analysis of the students with learning difficulties, to find a suitable and effective transformation strategy, effectively transforming students with learning difficulties, this is a very practical significance. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first chapter: mainly explains the reasons of foreign and domestic; the research status of "underachievers"; research objects, methods and purpose. The second chapter mainly introduces the "underachievers" concept, "the concept of chemistry students; students with learning difficulties in the theoretical base for the transformation. The third chapter: mainly two schools were randomly selected for middle school (Yanan and Yanan the fourth middle school) questionnaires and results analysis of the 60 students; the fourth chapter: analysis of causes of students with learning difficulties (internal factors and external factors): the internal factors include the lack of interest in learning, learning motivation, learning method is not scientific and learning habits, basic knowledge of thin Weak, improper attribution. External factors include family education, school education, social education and the characteristics of the subject; the fifth chapter: according to the chemical causes of students with learning difficulties to propose specific transformation strategy; the sixth chapter chooses three typical students on the observation and education intervention, and achieved good results; the seventh chapter is a summary and reflection. Practice has proved that as long as the teacher take appropriate strategies for students has been patiently guide, school family and social education of three shares at the same time through the concerted efforts of students on their own efforts can make every student to meet the demands of quality education.
