面對情緒化的學生如何有效開展德育工作

【摘要】:班主任要出色地完成初中生德育工作首先要在常規(guī)工作中把握學生的心理特征和狀況并結合班級實際個案分析其心理狀況的成因,這是做好初中生德育工作的基礎。此外,班主任要在日常的工作中針對學生的心理特點,進行差異化的德育,既要分析初中生心理存在的共性,又要了解初中生的個性差異。
[Abstract]:In order to accomplish the moral education of junior high school students in a good way, the head teacher must first grasp the psychological characteristics and conditions of the students in the routine work and analyze the causes of their psychological condition in combination with the actual cases of the class, which is the basis of doing the moral education work of the junior high school students well. The teacher in charge of class should carry on the differentiated moral education according to the psychological characteristic of the students in the daily work, not only analyze the generality of the psychological existence of the junior high school students, but also understand the personality difference of the junior high school students.
