情境教學(xué)模式在中學(xué)太極拳教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:太極拳是我們中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化載體下創(chuàng)造出的一種剛?cè)嵯酀㈥庩柦Y(jié)合的武術(shù)套路。它隨著時代的發(fā)展,在不斷的發(fā)展過程中,歷經(jīng)了數(shù)多個階段的蛻變而形成了當(dāng)今我們所看到的集防身、健身、養(yǎng)身于一體的體育項目,它無論是增強練習(xí)者的身體素質(zhì),還是提高其思想道德修養(yǎng)都具有重要意義,由此成為我國普及程度最高的一種武術(shù)藝術(shù)形式。中學(xué)生正處于生理快速成長和心理逐步成熟的階段,適當(dāng)?shù)奈湫g(shù)教育對其身心健康成長具有重要意義。2010年8月國家教育部辦公廳聯(lián)合國家體育總局辦公廳下發(fā)的《全國中小學(xué)生系列武術(shù)健身操》明確提出了中小學(xué)實施武術(shù)教育的意義、方式與策略。在此背景下,廣大中小學(xué)校不僅積極開展國家統(tǒng)一規(guī)定的武術(shù)健身操教學(xué)活動,而且也進一步加強對太極拳的教育活動,部分地區(qū)甚至還將其納入中招體育加試之中。然而深入了解分析,由于各方面原因,當(dāng)前中學(xué)太極拳教學(xué)效果并不理想,與預(yù)期的教學(xué)目標(biāo)相去甚遠(yuǎn)。文章以“情境教學(xué)模式在中學(xué)太極拳教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究”為題,在簡要論述情境教學(xué)的基本概念、教學(xué)特征、教學(xué)手段、教學(xué)模式以及中學(xué)太極拳教學(xué)的內(nèi)容特點、教學(xué)對象特征和所存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實驗的方式,系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計了中學(xué)太極拳情境教學(xué)模式的實驗教學(xué)目標(biāo)、實驗教學(xué)內(nèi)容、實驗教學(xué)策略、實驗教學(xué)實施方式與評價方式等進行實踐。據(jù)此對實驗組與對照組得出的數(shù)據(jù)進行了調(diào)查統(tǒng)計、對比分析和討論。文章主要得出以下幾個結(jié)論:1.在中學(xué)太極拳教學(xué)中引用境教學(xué)模式的教學(xué)效果要優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式;2.情境教學(xué)模式具有明確的目的性、鮮明的針對性、獨特的技巧性與形象的直觀性,通過創(chuàng)設(shè)情境、引入情境、體驗情境、拓展情境與再現(xiàn)情境五個步驟實施具體的情境教學(xué)活動;3.本文將情境教學(xué)分為實物情境和語言情境作為核心的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,采用設(shè)計手段和教學(xué)類型,以學(xué)生參與和互動為核心,靈活實施情境教學(xué)方案;4.運用情境教學(xué)模式提高了學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)水平,并在技能水平、情感水平與認(rèn)知水平方面都要明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)合以上的研究內(nèi)容,文章提出教師在教學(xué)過程中一定要根據(jù)教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)對象特征情況,預(yù)先制定情境教學(xué)計劃,熟悉教材內(nèi)容,不可死板硬套。并不斷提高自身的技術(shù)水平和綜合素質(zhì),積極探索情境教學(xué)模式的設(shè)計與實施活動。而且教師在課堂上要時刻觀察教學(xué)對象的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、進度與效果的情況,對情境教學(xué)模式中的部分教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法進行靈活轉(zhuǎn)變,以實現(xiàn)太極拳情境教學(xué)效果最優(yōu)化。另外,授課中在遵守情境教學(xué)步驟的同時,也可結(jié)合其他教學(xué)手段,正確把握運用,從而提高教學(xué)的效果。最后,建議將情境教學(xué)模式引入到其他武術(shù)項目的教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練中去,不斷探索和實踐,從而完善情景教學(xué)模式在武術(shù)中的運用,構(gòu)建出科學(xué)完善的武術(shù)情境教學(xué)體系。無論情境教學(xué)模式在太極拳教學(xué)的運用中成功與否,都可以給體育教學(xué)方面提供新的思路,也為進一步推動武術(shù)教學(xué)的改革提供參考和實踐支持。
