邯鄲市城區(qū)初中大課間體育活動(dòng)中存在的問(wèn)題及應(yīng)對(duì)策略

【摘要】:大課間體育活動(dòng)是學(xué)校體育的重要組成部分,參與人數(shù)多,涉及范圍廣,活動(dòng)內(nèi)容靈活,組織形式多樣,是展示校園文化的途徑之一,也是青少年幾乎在校的每一天都要進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)。對(duì)提高學(xué)生身體健康水平,豐富校園生活是十分必要的。教育部印發(fā)《切實(shí)保證中小學(xué)生每天一小時(shí)校園體育活動(dòng)的規(guī)定》,再次強(qiáng)調(diào)要落實(shí)大課間體育活動(dòng),并將其活動(dòng)時(shí)間和內(nèi)容,納入教學(xué)計(jì)劃,列入教學(xué)課表。但是在實(shí)際開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀中,存在很多亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文以邯鄲市城區(qū)初中大課間體育活動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),隨機(jī)選取了10所學(xué)校,運(yùn)用實(shí)地考察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談等方法,進(jìn)行了深入了解,剖析出存在的主要問(wèn)題。研究的結(jié)論如下:(1)邯鄲市初中大課間體育活動(dòng)開(kāi)展?fàn)顩r并不是很理想。雖然,教育局有明確的大課間體育活動(dòng)目的、任務(wù)及開(kāi)展條例,但每所學(xué)校實(shí)際操作與應(yīng)然狀態(tài)存在很大的差距和不足。一方面,沒(méi)有真正認(rèn)識(shí)到大課間體育活動(dòng)的重要性。另一方面,監(jiān)管力度不夠,沒(méi)有落到實(shí)處。(2)有些學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不夠重視大課間體育活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,致使對(duì)其資金方面的投入、宣傳工作、鼓勵(lì)措施、監(jiān)督體系等存在很大的缺陷。(3)體育教師對(duì)大課間體育活動(dòng)的投入不夠,對(duì)內(nèi)容活動(dòng)的研發(fā)少,體育科研的交流少,學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)的熱情低,對(duì)學(xué)生喜愛(ài)的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的了解存在偏差。(4)班主任及其他任課教師對(duì)大課間體育活動(dòng)的認(rèn)可程度低,配合默契程度低,重視程度不夠。(5)學(xué)生參與積極性有待提高,對(duì)活動(dòng)目的認(rèn)識(shí)不清楚,逆反心理強(qiáng)烈,單調(diào)的內(nèi)容和巨大的學(xué)習(xí)壓力,致使厭倦情趣高漲。(6)家長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)生參與的支持力度不夠,一切以學(xué)習(xí)為重的思想嚴(yán)重,阻礙學(xué)生的參與。(7)邯鄲市重點(diǎn)中學(xué)一中的大課間體育活動(dòng)特色鮮明。但城區(qū)初中大課間體育活動(dòng)的有效開(kāi)展,需要校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、體育教師、班主任及認(rèn)課教師、學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)的共同協(xié)作,方可實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Large class sports is an important part of school physical education. It has a large number of participants, has a wide range of activities, flexible activities, and various forms of organization. It is one of the ways to display campus culture. It's also an activity that teenagers have to do almost every day in school. It's good for improving students' health. It is very necessary to enrich campus life. The Ministry of Education has issued the regulations on ensuring the physical activities of Primary and Middle School students every day, stressing once again the need to implement the sports activities between large classes and to incorporate the time and content of their activities into the teaching plan. But in the actual situation, there are many problems to be solved. This paper takes the current situation of physical activity in junior middle school in Handan city as the starting point, selects 10 schools randomly, and makes use of the field investigation. Questionnaires, interviews and other methods, in-depth understanding, analysis of the main problems. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1) Handan junior high school sports activities are not very good. Although, The Bureau of Education has clear goals, tasks and regulations for large class sports activities, but there is a big gap between the actual operation and the supposed state of every school. On the one hand, On the other hand, insufficient supervision and enforcement) some school leaders do not pay enough attention to the development of large class sports activities, resulting in investment in their financial aspects, publicity work, Encouragement measures, supervision system and so on have great defects. 3) PE teachers do not invest enough in large class sports activities, less research and development of content activities, less exchange of sports scientific research, and low enthusiasm for learning new knowledge. There is a deviation in the understanding of sports items that students like. (4) the level of recognition of large class sports activities is low, the level of cooperation and tacit understanding is low, and the degree of attention is not enough. 5) the enthusiasm of students to participate in the sports activities remains to be improved. Lack of clear understanding of the purpose of the activity, strong rebellious psychology, monotonous content and enormous pressure of study result in the upsurge of boredom and interest. 6) the parents' support for students' participation is not strong enough, and all the thoughts of focusing on learning are serious. Hindering the participation of students in Handan City, the characteristics of large class sports activities in Handan City key Middle School No. 1 Middle School are distinct. However, the effective development of physical activities in urban junior middle schools requires school leaders, physical education teachers, class teachers and course recognition teachers. The cooperation between students and parents can be realized.
