新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)中學(xué)民族健身操校本課程建設(shè)的可行性研究

【摘要】:強(qiáng)化學(xué)校體育是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育、促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的重要途徑,對于促進(jìn)教育現(xiàn)代化、建設(shè)健康中國和人力資源強(qiáng)國,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢具有重要意義。《體育與健康》課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(修訂稿2011年)中指出:在實(shí)施課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的過程中,各地、各?筛鶕(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求分別制定地方體育與健康課程實(shí)施方案和學(xué)校體育與健康課程實(shí)施計(jì)劃,教師應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況合理設(shè)計(jì)并有效實(shí)施體育與健康課的教學(xué),提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。校本課程是以學(xué)校為基礎(chǔ)的,針對當(dāng)?shù)睾捅拘=處煹膶?shí)際情況、學(xué)生的需要和興趣而開發(fā)的供學(xué)生選擇的多樣化的課程。民族健身操具有民族性、健身性等特點(diǎn),針對不同水平段的學(xué)生教授不同的內(nèi)容,不僅有利于利于學(xué)生了解家鄉(xiāng)少數(shù)民族的文化,促進(jìn)民族團(tuán)結(jié),還能有效的推廣和傳播民族文化。對于民族健身操進(jìn)入進(jìn)行兵團(tuán)中學(xué)校本課程的研究是響應(yīng)時(shí)代的號(hào)召,跟隨政策的趨勢,挖掘和弘揚(yáng)民族傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的需要。本研究著眼于新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)的體育課程內(nèi)容,選取了新疆第二師的兵團(tuán)中學(xué)為樣本,采用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、邏輯分析等多種研究方法對民族健身操引入新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)校本課程是否具有可行性進(jìn)行了研究分析,結(jié)合主觀方面與客觀方面的可行性研究,最后得出如下結(jié)論:(1)該課程響應(yīng)國家政策和新疆當(dāng)?shù)氐膶?shí)際情況,在新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)發(fā)展具有一定的優(yōu)勢。(2)民族健身操引入新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)校本課程建設(shè)具有必要性。從新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)的體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容和現(xiàn)狀方面,學(xué)生的興趣方面等來分析,都顯示該課程的引入具有一定的必要性。(3)民族健身操引入新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)校本課程建設(shè)具有可行性。從主觀方面來說,校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師、學(xué)生對于想要學(xué)習(xí)民族健身操認(rèn)識(shí)上雖然略有欠缺,但是都對民族健身操的學(xué)習(xí)意愿上大多表示認(rèn)同。從客觀方面來說,國家的政策制度對于校本課程的開展是大力支持的。在課程內(nèi)容方面,民族健身操的定義,特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用價(jià)值等非常符合新疆兵團(tuán)的地方文化,適合當(dāng)?shù)貙W(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí),新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)也大多沒有開展過民族健身操課程的學(xué)習(xí)。在師資方面,新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)的專門人才較少,但是相近專業(yè)的人才資源較豐富,為民族健身操的開展創(chuàng)造了可能性。最后在場地器材設(shè)施方面,新疆兵團(tuán)中學(xué)基本都可以滿足民族健身操課程的開展。因其具有可行性,那么在校本課程建設(shè)的過程中需采用以下策略幫助其開展:(1)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)高度重視學(xué)生的素質(zhì)體質(zhì)發(fā)展,支持新課程的開展及推廣;(2)多方聯(lián)手培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的參與熱情和學(xué)習(xí)興趣;(3)適當(dāng)投入經(jīng)費(fèi),改善教學(xué)環(huán)境;(4)定期總結(jié)與反饋。
[Abstract]:Strengthening school physical education is an important way to carry out quality education and promote the all-round development of students. It can promote the modernization of education and build a healthy China and a powerful human resource country. Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is of great significance. In the Curriculum Standards for physical Education and Health (2011 revised draft), it is pointed out that in the course of implementing the curriculum standards, Each school may draw up the local physical education and health curriculum implementation plan and the school physical education and health curriculum implementation plan separately according to the standard request, the teacher should reasonably design and carry out the physical education and health lesson teaching according to the actual situation. To improve the quality of teaching. School-based courses are school-based courses developed for students to choose from in accordance with the actual conditions of local and local teachers, students' needs and interests. National aerobics have a national character. According to the characteristics of fitness, students at different levels teach different contents, which is not only helpful for students to understand the culture of minority nationalities in their hometown, but also promote national unity. The research on the entry of national aerobics into the school-based curriculum of Bingtuan Middle School responds to the call of the times and follows the trend of policy. This research focuses on the physical education curriculum content of Xinjiang bingtuan middle school, selects the Xinjiang 2nd division of bingtuan middle school as the sample, adopts the literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, etc. Logic analysis and other research methods have studied the feasibility of introducing national calisthenics into the school-based curriculum of Xinjiang Bingtuan Middle School, combining the feasibility study of subjective and objective aspects. Finally, we draw the following conclusion: 1) the course responds to national policies and the actual situation in Xinjiang. The development of Xinjiang bingtuan middle school has some advantages. (2) it is necessary to introduce national aerobics into the construction of school-based curriculum in Xinjiang bingtuan middle school. In terms of curriculum content, the definition, characteristics, and application value of national aerobics are very consistent with the local culture of Xinjiang Bingtuan and are suitable for the study of local students. Most of Xinjiang Bingtuan Middle Schools have not conducted the study of national calisthenics courses. In terms of teachers, Xinjiang Bingtuan Middle School has fewer specialized personnel, but similar professional talent resources are more abundant. It has created the possibility for the development of national aerobics. Finally, in the field equipment and facilities, Xinjiang bingtuan middle school can basically satisfy the development of the national aerobics course.
