以齊魯名師為導向的中小學教師素質現(xiàn)狀實證研究

【摘要】:社會在不斷發(fā)展,作為奮斗在教育一線的中小學教師,順應時代發(fā)展、不斷提升自身素質,無論是對于社會還是對于個人而言都至關重要!渡綎|省中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2011—2020年)》也明確要求,“把建設一支師德高尚、業(yè)務精湛、結構合理、充滿活力的高素質專業(yè)化教師隊伍擺在突出重要的位置”。但是目前山東省中小學教師整體素質不得而知。齊魯名師建設工程是省教育廳重點實施的、立足高端領軍人才培養(yǎng)的、為打造山東省未來教育家隊伍而進行的一項長期項目。本文旨在以齊魯名師標準為尺度,找出中小學教師素質問題所在,從而為提升全省中小學教師素質提出建議。本文首先結合當前社會現(xiàn)狀,論述了選題緣由、研究意義以及介紹了相關概念,并通過對相關研究進行回顧與總結,提出了本文的研究思路與方法。其次,介紹了“齊魯名師建設工程”、齊魯名師的評選條件,并對已經評選出的兩期齊魯名師們進行了簡單的梳理。在培養(yǎng)期結束后,齊魯名師在教育理論與實踐、教學水平與能力、科研能力與創(chuàng)新意識等方面都有了顯著提升。再次,開展了關于中小學教師素質現(xiàn)狀的問卷調查,并對樣本的選取與分布、問卷的設計與編制以及問卷的發(fā)放與回收做了詳細說明。通過對回收的數(shù)據進行處理與分析,初步了解了目前中小學教師的素質現(xiàn)狀,再以之與齊魯名師相比較,得出在職業(yè)理想、創(chuàng)新精神、知識儲量、科研能力及名聲威望等方面還有一定差距。最后,基于以上的調查、分析結果,從加強師德建設、鼓勵發(fā)展創(chuàng)新、倡導終身學習及提升科研能力等方面,提出了具體的針對性建議,以期能夠為提升中小學教師素質帶來些許幫助。
[Abstract]:Society is constantly developing, as primary and secondary school teachers struggling in the front line of education, in keeping with the development of the times, constantly improve their own quality, Both for society and for individuals, the "outline of Shandong Province's Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2011-2020" also clearly requires, "to build a teacher of high moral integrity, consummate professional skills, and a reasonable structure," Energetic, high-quality and specialized teachers are placed in a prominent and important position. "but at present, the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers in Shandong Province is not known. The Qilu famous teacher Construction Project was carried out by the Provincial Education Department with a focus on the training of high-end military leaders. A long-term project to build a contingent of future educators in Shandong Province. The purpose of this paper is to find out the quality problems of primary and secondary school teachers according to Qilu famous teacher standard. In order to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in the province, this paper first discusses the reason, significance and related concepts of the topic, and through the review and summary of the relevant research, combined with the current social situation, the paper discusses the reason of the topic, the significance of the research and the related concepts. The paper puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the "Qilu famous teacher construction project", the selection conditions of Qilu famous teacher, and briefly combs the two Qilu famous teachers who have been selected. After the end of the training period, Well-known teachers in Qilu have greatly improved their educational theory and practice, teaching level and ability, scientific research ability and innovation consciousness, etc. Thirdly, a questionnaire survey has been conducted on the present situation of teachers' quality in primary and secondary schools, and the selection and distribution of samples have been carried out. The design and compilation of the questionnaire and the issuance and recovery of the questionnaire are explained in detail. Through the processing and analysis of the recovered data, the present quality situation of primary and secondary school teachers is preliminarily understood, and then compared with Qilu famous teachers. Finally, based on the above investigation and analysis results, from strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics and encouraging the development of innovation, we can draw a conclusion that there are still some gaps in the fields of professional ideal, innovation spirit, knowledge reserves, scientific research ability and reputation and prestige. In order to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers, some specific suggestions are put forward in this paper, such as advocating lifelong learning and improving the ability of scientific research.
