公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平問題研究

【摘要】:公立普通高中有別于私立普通高中,其資金主要來源于國家財政撥款,應(yīng)當(dāng)公平地服務(wù)于全體國民。教育公平既需要在法律、政策、體制等宏觀層面體現(xiàn)公平,也需要在班級行政管理、教師教學(xué)管理、學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理等微觀層面落實公平。從過去關(guān)于教育公平的研究成果來看,關(guān)注宏觀層面的教育公平相對較多,關(guān)注微觀層面的教育公平相對較少。目前,要真正實現(xiàn)教育公平,從微觀層面落實教育公平顯得越來越重要。高中生處在高考的最前沿,在現(xiàn)有的高考體制下,高中教育公平問題特別是公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平問題顯得十分突出。本研究以公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平為研究對象,以H省J市兩所公立普通高中為例,運(yùn)用正義論和多元智力理論,通過訪談、問卷調(diào)查,從理論和實踐兩個層面融合探討公立普通高中班級管理存在的教育公平問題,并提出相應(yīng)的策略。本研究分為六大部分。第一部分是導(dǎo)論。介紹了本研究的選題緣由、研究意義;梳理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),確定研究起點、研究方法和研究思路。第二部分是公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平理論探討。在界定公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平核心概念的基礎(chǔ)上,重點闡述了本研究的理論基礎(chǔ),即正義論和多元智力理論。第三部分是公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平調(diào)查研究。在介紹調(diào)查設(shè)計和調(diào)查過程的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了調(diào)查資料的整理分析,得出了調(diào)查結(jié)論與啟示。第四部分是公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平問題分析。主要從班級教學(xué)管理忽視了教育公平,班級行政管理偏離了教育公平,班級社團(tuán)管理制約了教育公平三個方面,分析了公立普通高中班級管理存在的教育公平問題。第五部分是公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平策略探討。提出了以教育公平為基礎(chǔ)完善班級教學(xué)管理,以教育公平為動力強(qiáng)化班級行政管理,以教育公平為導(dǎo)向引領(lǐng)班級社團(tuán)管理。第六部分是結(jié)語,簡要概括了本研究的基本結(jié)論。因此,在既定的宏觀政策和教育環(huán)境條件下,公立普通高中班級管理所出現(xiàn)的教育公平問題,主要取決于班級教學(xué)管理、班級行政管理和班級社團(tuán)管理問題的解決,需要班主任、科任老師和學(xué)生自身共同努力。公立普通高中班級管理的教育公平問題研究,對解決基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域的教育公平問題具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The public ordinary high school is different from the private ordinary high school, its funds mainly come from the state financial allocation, and should serve the whole nation fairly. The education fairness not only needs to embody the fairness in the macroscopic level such as law, policy, system, etc. It is also necessary to implement equity at the micro level, such as class administration, teacher teaching management, student association management, etc. From the past research results on education equity, there is relatively more attention to the macro level of education equity. At present, it is more and more important to realize the educational fairness at the micro level in order to realize it. High school students are at the forefront of the college entrance examination, and under the present college entrance examination system, The problem of high school education equity, especially that of the public ordinary high school class management, is very prominent. This study takes the educational fairness of the public ordinary high school class management as the research object, and takes two public ordinary high schools in J city of H province as an example. By using the theory of justice and multi-intelligence, through interviews and questionnaires, this paper discusses the problem of educational fairness in the class management of public senior high school from the two aspects of theory and practice. This research is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction. It introduces the reason of this research, the significance of the study, combs the relevant literature, determines the starting point of the research. The second part is about the theory of educational fairness in the class management of public senior high school. On the basis of defining the core concept of educational fairness in the class management of public senior high school, the theoretical basis of this research is expounded emphatically. The third part is the investigation and research on the educational equity of class management in public senior high school. On the basis of introducing the investigation design and the investigation process, the author makes a collation and analysis of the investigation data. The author draws the conclusion and enlightenment of the investigation. Part 4th is the analysis of the educational fairness of the class management in the public general high school. It mainly neglects the education fairness from the class teaching management, and the class administration deviates from the education fairness. The management of class associations restricts education fairness in three aspects. This paper analyzes the problem of educational fairness in the class management of public senior high school. Part 5th is the discussion of the strategy of educational fairness in the class management of the public ordinary high school, and puts forward that the class teaching management should be perfected on the basis of educational fairness. The 6th part is the conclusion, which briefly summarizes the basic conclusions of this study. Therefore, under the conditions of the established macro policy and educational environment, the author puts forward the following conclusions: 1. To strengthen the class administration with educational equity as the motive force, and to guide the class association management with the education equity as the guide. Part 6th is the conclusion. The problem of educational fairness in the class management of public senior high schools mainly depends on the solution of the problems of class teaching management, class administration and class association management. The research on the educational equity of the class management in the public general high school is of great significance for solving the problem of the educational equity in the field of basic education.
