【摘要】：高中體育課程改革的過(guò)程中,開(kāi)設(shè)一些技術(shù)較為簡(jiǎn)單、難度低、娛樂(lè)性較強(qiáng)、社會(huì)流行的,適合青少年身心需要的項(xiàng)目。起源于我國(guó)鐵路退休職工游戲的氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)是從排球運(yùn)動(dòng)衍生而來(lái)的,它繼承了排球的運(yùn)動(dòng)健身功能觀賞價(jià)值,同時(shí)具有自己獨(dú)特娛樂(lè)性和休閑價(jià)值。氣排球具有球體大、球質(zhì)軟、飛行慢、易控制、傷害少、趣味高、娛樂(lè)強(qiáng)、適合人群廣等特點(diǎn),在全國(guó)各省市迅速流行,成為老年人中最為喜愛(ài)的健身修心的休閑運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,參與的人群越來(lái)趨于年輕化,逐步向青少年學(xué)生推廣和普及。氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)和功能與現(xiàn)代高中學(xué)生的身體特點(diǎn)和心理特點(diǎn)非常的吻合,能夠滿足高中學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)需要,培養(yǎng)他們的運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣和興趣。所以,氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)入高中校園體育課堂具有可行性。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)山東省部分普通高級(jí)中學(xué)氣排球課程開(kāi)設(shè)情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查、分析研究,重點(diǎn)對(duì)山東省高級(jí)中學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)氣排球課程的可行性進(jìn)行了分析和論證,同時(shí)探析了山東高級(jí)中學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)氣排球課程的已經(jīng)具備的有利條件和面臨的問(wèn)題和困難,提出了針對(duì)性的建議和措施,從而推動(dòng)氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)在山東省高中校園得到更好地推廣和普及。通過(guò)分析調(diào)查結(jié)果,得出以下的觀點(diǎn):1.氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)是集健身和娛樂(lè)與一體的、修身養(yǎng)心的項(xiàng)目,它的特點(diǎn)和價(jià)值適合所有人群參與,這些特點(diǎn)和功能有利于促進(jìn)高中階段青少年身心健康和社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力的提高,滿足青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)健身的需要。2.氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)在山東省高級(jí)中學(xué)還處于空白狀態(tài),學(xué)校開(kāi)設(shè)的課程還是以籃球、足球、田徑等傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目為主,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不了解、不重視氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)。3.山東省高級(jí)中學(xué)具有充足專(zhuān)業(yè)體育教師和排球教師,具有一定數(shù)量的排球場(chǎng)地和羽毛球場(chǎng)地等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備,具備了開(kāi)設(shè)氣排球的人才資源和物質(zhì)條件。4.校園“陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)計(jì)劃”的實(shí)施,為高中校園開(kāi)設(shè)氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)提供了最好的鍥機(jī)。5.氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)入高中校園,是校園體育課程發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果;是氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)本身的特點(diǎn)和價(jià)值的最終要求;是“全民健身計(jì)劃”和“終身體育”運(yùn)動(dòng)的必然體現(xiàn)。6.影響山東省高級(jí)中學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)氣排球課程的因素主要有:缺少相關(guān)的教材和教學(xué)大綱;各級(jí)教育主管部門(mén)和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不重視體育學(xué)科、沒(méi)有積極宣傳氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目;缺少必要的經(jīng)費(fèi)支持;在校園體育中受到傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的壓制;學(xué)校缺少專(zhuān)業(yè)的氣排球教師和專(zhuān)業(yè)場(chǎng)地;天氣和氣候地影響。建議:1.教育主管部門(mén)編寫(xiě)適合高中學(xué)校體育課程的氣排球教材,把氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)納入到高中學(xué)校的體育課程教學(xué)計(jì)劃。2.山東省教育部門(mén)和體育部門(mén)重視校園體育運(yùn)動(dòng),增加必要的體育活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi);多渠道的宣傳氣排球,開(kāi)展多樣式氣排球比賽,把氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目列入山東省各級(jí)中學(xué)體育聯(lián)賽。3.組織多種形式的氣排球內(nèi)容的培訓(xùn),重視體育教師的培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí),鼓勵(lì)體育教師特別是青年教師參加氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí)。4.學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視體育課程和氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng),積極推動(dòng)氣排球的開(kāi)展和普及;組織教師編寫(xiě)校本教材。5.山東省內(nèi)各師范大學(xué)的體育學(xué)院、體育系等體育專(zhuān)業(yè)高等院校開(kāi)設(shè)氣排球課程,培養(yǎng)一批高素質(zhì)的氣排球?qū)I(yè)的人才后備力量。6.學(xué)習(xí)、借鑒氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展較好省市的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合山東省氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀,選擇部分高級(jí)中學(xué)試點(diǎn)開(kāi)設(shè)氣排球,然后在全省高中學(xué)校普及。
