原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球技術(shù)動(dòng)作分析與技術(shù)訓(xùn)練手段研究

【摘要】:自2006年起,原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球被列為廣西體育高考項(xiàng)目。在此之前,該項(xiàng)目沒(méi)有作為一項(xiàng)競(jìng)技體育項(xiàng)目出現(xiàn)在大型比賽中,一般只是作為一項(xiàng)素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目在被引入體育高考后越來(lái)越受到廣西體育教師和體育高考生的重視。作為一項(xiàng)比較新的體育項(xiàng)目,其總分在我區(qū)體育高考總分中占25分(體育高考總分為100分)。但由于該項(xiàng)目缺少較為完善的技術(shù)原理分析,沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的教學(xué)方法和訓(xùn)練手段,中學(xué)體育教師對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球的訓(xùn)練時(shí)基本上都是采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)法。根據(jù)原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球的特點(diǎn),再結(jié)合其它投擲項(xiàng)目,總結(jié)出自己在該項(xiàng)目上一套獨(dú)特的訓(xùn)練手段,因此,體育教師在該項(xiàng)目的訓(xùn)練手段上可以說(shuō)是各有千秋,每一位體育教師在該項(xiàng)目的訓(xùn)練手段上都有自己的特色與不足。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,收集以前有關(guān)原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球的技術(shù)動(dòng)作分析與技術(shù)訓(xùn)練手段研究的資料、并運(yùn)用對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、歸納總結(jié)法、計(jì)算法、邏輯分析法,總結(jié)出之前研究中所存在的不足之處,并對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)原理和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,提出一些該項(xiàng)目的訓(xùn)練手段,采用對(duì)比試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。旨在更好地發(fā)展學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),完善該項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)理論體系和訓(xùn)練方法體系,更科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)體育高考生對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,有著一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。研究表明:1、原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球技術(shù)分析存在的不足:對(duì)原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球投擲技術(shù)原理分析不夠深入,雖然有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行技術(shù)分析,但是漏考慮一些因素,即手臂長(zhǎng)度對(duì)該項(xiàng)目成績(jī)的影響;出手角度方面沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的說(shuō)法,而且在所有提出的出手角度取值范圍中,沒(méi)有解釋出手角度值范圍是怎樣的出來(lái)的;大多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)缺少“器械出手后維持身體平衡”階段的分析;握球方法沒(méi)有結(jié)合在加速預(yù)擺階段的特點(diǎn);最后用力階段提出的要領(lǐng)和方法缺少運(yùn)動(dòng)解剖學(xué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)生物力學(xué)的深入分析。2、原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球訓(xùn)練手段存在的不足:在握持器械階段的訓(xùn)練,沒(méi)有充分考慮到為學(xué)生降低器械出手時(shí)的失誤率有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練。在提高器械出手速度的訓(xùn)練手段中,手臂力量的訓(xùn)練手段不完全是原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)力量訓(xùn)練手段,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的手臂主動(dòng)肌和被動(dòng)肌都不明確;在控制出手角度的訓(xùn)練手段中基本都是采用語(yǔ)言提示,沒(méi)有采用其他器械進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)的輔助訓(xùn)練。3、經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算和推導(dǎo),得出原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球的實(shí)際成績(jī)和出手高度、出手速度、出手角度、手臂長(zhǎng)度之間的關(guān)系為:出手角度大約為36-41°;握持器械的方法要始終結(jié)合學(xué)生預(yù)擺階段的特點(diǎn),有效防止器械脫手;在最后用力過(guò)程中,要做到蹬伸速度快、上身抬起和手臂向上擺動(dòng)也要快。平時(shí)在訓(xùn)練主動(dòng)肌的過(guò)程中,不能忽視對(duì)抗肌的訓(xùn)練,防止投擲者腰部和腿部肌肉拉傷。4、原地雙手后拋實(shí)心球訓(xùn)練手段:握持器械階段可采用雙手互換抓鉛球、手指俯臥撐、站立連續(xù)握拳、小啞鈴?fù)夥褪褂闷渌嚓P(guān)器材的訓(xùn)練手段(例如:握力器、握力圈)。最后用力階段結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的動(dòng)作特點(diǎn),找準(zhǔn)主動(dòng)肌和對(duì)抗肌,可采用杠鈴深蹲或者半蹲、連續(xù)跳臺(tái)階練習(xí)、原地起跳摸高練習(xí)等手段加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的腿部力量;采用背屈伸、俯臥兩頭起、屈腿躬身等訓(xùn)練手段加強(qiáng)學(xué)生腰部力量;采用雙手前屈提杠鈴、原地后甩杠鈴片、拉橡皮筋練習(xí)提高學(xué)生的手臂力量。在控制出手角度方面,可采用直接控制法、參照物控制法、攝像法三種方法,更有效控制學(xué)生的出手角度。
