洛陽(yáng)市初中校園足球開展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:為了全面推動(dòng)中國(guó)足球發(fā)展,最近幾年來,我國(guó)加大對(duì)中國(guó)足球發(fā)展的支持,大力發(fā)展青少年足球。2009年校園足球的工作會(huì)議在北京召開,強(qiáng)化中小學(xué)體育事業(yè),促進(jìn)青少年足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展[1]。如今,校園足球已經(jīng)在中國(guó)各地展開,參加者數(shù)量呈上升趨勢(shì),足以顯示其影響力也在逐漸加大[2]。河南省洛陽(yáng)市足球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展走全國(guó)前列,洛陽(yáng)市被評(píng)為全國(guó)校園足球試點(diǎn)城市,澗西區(qū)也被評(píng)為全國(guó)校園足球示范區(qū)。2013年,洛陽(yáng)市東方高中在第17屆“全國(guó)足球?qū)W校杯”榮獲冠軍,洛陽(yáng)市西工區(qū)第二小學(xué)在2015年第三十屆“連云港體彩·新春杯”全國(guó)少年足球賽獲得冠軍,然而只有初中階段沒有在全國(guó)性的比賽中獲得冠軍成績(jī)。這引起極大的思考,本文將依托洛陽(yáng)市初中學(xué)校開展校園足球的現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)對(duì)校園足球?qū)<�、教育局和體育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及各學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行走訪、調(diào)研,旨在讓更多的孩子能夠參與到足球活動(dòng)中去,提高洛陽(yáng)市初中學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)他們團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作能力,同時(shí)選拔出優(yōu)秀隊(duì)員進(jìn)行專業(yè)訓(xùn)練,提高學(xué)生的足球運(yùn)動(dòng)水平,為洛陽(yáng)市初中學(xué)生足球技術(shù)水平提升提供一些理論依據(jù)。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,將洛陽(yáng)市初中學(xué)校校園足球活動(dòng)的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了調(diào)研分析,得出幾個(gè)主要結(jié)果:1、洛陽(yáng)市初中學(xué)校足球場(chǎng)地有限,多數(shù)為250米和300米塑膠跑道,對(duì)于大面積校園足球活動(dòng)的開展明顯吃力。2、洛陽(yáng)市初中學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持力度不夠,僅有足球傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校的足球開展受到重視。3、洛陽(yáng)市初中學(xué)校教師足球教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,有足球教練證的教師很少。4、家長(zhǎng)并不支持孩子參與足球活動(dòng)。5、學(xué)生非常喜歡足球,但是學(xué)習(xí)和踢球時(shí)間沖突,導(dǎo)致了許多孩子放棄踢球。當(dāng)今國(guó)家國(guó)務(wù)院對(duì)校園足球的開展非常重視,國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人習(xí)近平主席在公開的場(chǎng)合也不止一次的提出要提高中國(guó)足球隊(duì)的成績(jī)。通過上述研究結(jié)論分析,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策:1、加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的思想認(rèn)識(shí)程度。2、改善場(chǎng)地條件,加大資金投入。3、加強(qiáng)足球教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)。4、改變家長(zhǎng)觀念,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身體和心理共同發(fā)展。5、重視校園足球活動(dòng)的宣傳。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of Chinese football in an all-round way, in recent years, China has increased its support for the development of Chinese football and vigorously developed juvenile football. In 2009, a working conference on campus football was held in Beijing to strengthen the sports cause of primary and secondary schools. Promoting the Development of Youth Football [1]. Nowadays, campus football has been carried out in various parts of China, and the number of participants is on the rise, which shows that its influence is gradually increasing [2] .Henan Province Luoyang City has taken the lead in the development of football in the country. Luoyang City was named National Campus Football pilot City, Jianxi District was also named National Campus Football demonstration District. In 2013, Dongfang High School in Luoyang City won the championship in the 17th National Football School Cup. In 2015, the No. 2 Primary School in Luoyang Xigong District won the championship in the 30th Lianyungang Sports Lottery 路Spring Cup. However, only junior high school did not win the championship in the national competition. This caused great thinking. This article will rely on Luoyang junior high school to carry out the present situation of campus football, at the same time to the campus football experts, the education bureau and the sports leaders as well as each school leader carries on the interview, the investigation, the goal is to let more children participate in the soccer activity. Improve the physical quality of middle school students in Luoyang, cultivate their ability of unity and cooperation, select excellent players for professional training, and improve the students' football level. This paper provides some theoretical basis for the improvement of football skill level of junior high school students in Luoyang. The research methods of this paper are literature, interview, questionnaire, field observation, mathematical statistics and so on. Based on the investigation and analysis of the implementation of campus football activities in Luoyang junior high schools, several main results were drawn: 1. The football field of Luoyang junior high school is limited, most of which are 250 meters and 300 meters plastic runways. For the large area of campus football activities, it is obviously difficult to carry out. 2, Luoyang junior high school leadership support is not enough, only football traditional school football development attention. 3, Luoyang junior high school teachers football teaching experience is not enough. There are very few teachers with football coaching certificates, and parents don't support their children's participation in football. 5. Students like football very much, but the learning and playing times conflict. This has led many children to give up playing football. Today, the State Council attaches great importance to the development of campus football. President Xi Jinping, the national leader, on more than one public occasion, has also proposed to improve the performance of the Chinese football team. Through the analysis of the above research conclusions, the author has put forward corresponding countermeasures: 1, strengthening the ideological understanding of the leadership, and improving the conditions of the site. Increase the investment of. 3, strengthen the construction of football teachers. 4, change the idea of parents, promote the common development of students' body and psychology, attach importance to the propaganda of campus football activities.
