中學德育生活化的實效性研究

【摘要】:學校教育中的德育工作一直以來都占據(jù)著至關(guān)重要的地位,其工作的開展效果對于青少年學生的身心健康成長至關(guān)重要,決定了在其成長過程中是否能夠形成良好的道德品質(zhì),可以說學校德育工作對于青少年的思想品德的教育與培養(yǎng)至關(guān)重要。傳統(tǒng)德育工作中明顯存在著“重知識、輕實踐”的問題,這種德育思路直接造成了當今中學德育中存在的實效性低下的問題,專家、學者們呼吁德育應回歸中學生的實際生活,體現(xiàn)和反映中學生的實際生活需求,并為他們的生活提供科學的指導,最終讓學生更好的生活。因此,德育生活化理論是學校德育在傳統(tǒng)德育基礎(chǔ)上的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,它摒棄了傳統(tǒng)德育中知識化、成人化等不合理成分,倡導學校德育與學生的實際生活相結(jié)合,更加關(guān)注中學生作為獨立個體的主體性,主張在生活中對學生進行道德教育,避免德育理論與學生生活實際脫節(jié)的問題,促使德育落實到中學生的生活中去,最終目的就是為了提高學校德育的實效性讓學生過有道德的、更好的生活。中學生的思想道德素養(yǎng)直接影響到整個國民素質(zhì),關(guān)系到國家的命運以及未來的發(fā)展,而中學生良好的道德素養(yǎng)的形成又離不開中學德育工作的支持。中學生正處于心理、生理成長發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵時期,尤其是在心理上正處于一個由不成熟向成熟的過渡期。中學生的世界觀、人生觀以及價值觀也尚未形成,對于周邊的事物存在的強烈的好奇心以及求知欲,這一階段的中學生因生活經(jīng)驗以及相關(guān)知識的欠缺,加之這一階段特有的心理特點影響,如果任由其自行發(fā)展,很容易導致德育方面的問題,因此,學校、家庭以及社會就有責任在中學生的這一階段作出指引,幫助形成正確的認知觀念,提升道德素養(yǎng),而這恰恰就是需要推進并強化在學生中推進德育工作的原因。德育生活化的理論來自學生生活,也需要回到學生的生活之中。德育理念作為一種持續(xù)完善,不斷發(fā)展的觀念,在當前中學德育實施過程中還是出現(xiàn)了一些問題,迫切地需要得到解決。所以,有必要通過相關(guān)調(diào)研尋找發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題,分析影響德育實效性的原因之所在,這對于尋找對應問題解決方案,繼而推進德育生活化實效性水平至關(guān)重要。本文共包括導言和正文三個部分。導言主要包括三個方面:本論文選題的現(xiàn)實意義和理論意義,對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述,最后闡述了本論文采用的研究方法與創(chuàng)新之處。第一部分為中學德育生活化實效性的基本要求,主要集中闡釋了兩點內(nèi)容。首先是就德育化的實效性概念進行界定,就此主要是從德育生活化、德育實效性以及德育生活化的實效性三個概念進行界定。其次,從國外理論依據(jù)及中學生生活現(xiàn)實依據(jù)兩個方面闡述了論文的確立依據(jù),闡述了中學德育生活化的確立基礎(chǔ),從而為接下來的問卷設(shè)計及數(shù)據(jù)分析奠定下理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分主要是就中學德育生活化實施現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查以及分析,主要著眼以下幾個層面,首先,交代本論文調(diào)查問卷的背景,包括科學地選取調(diào)查對象,合理發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,如實統(tǒng)計、描述德育生活化的實施現(xiàn)狀等;其次,對調(diào)查問卷進行進行具體分析,從學校管理情況、德育工作實施者情況、學校與家庭和社會的互動情況、家庭與學校及社會中德育落實情況四個方面,綜合數(shù)據(jù)資料展開調(diào)查問卷的分析解讀,最后針對目前中學德育生活化所體現(xiàn)出來的問題做深入分析,以調(diào)查問卷的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),立足理論、目標、內(nèi)容、方式以及評價幾個層面就中學德育生活化所存在的問題進行分析解讀,為接下來提出解決德育實效性問題的策略提供了事實依據(jù)和對策選擇方向。第三部分是論文的重點部分,在立足于前兩部分的理論分析和調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了中學德育生活化實效性提升的對策。就德育生活化理念的更新、德育生活化目標的優(yōu)化、德育內(nèi)容的豐富與更新、德育生活化方式的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、細化德育生活化組織過程及完善德育生活化評價體系六個方面提出了提高德育生活化實效性的相應對策。這部分是在理論闡述和調(diào)查分析問題后得出的結(jié)論,也是本論文試圖為解決中學德育生活化實效性問題而提出的解決策略。德育生活化的實效性問題是目前德育工作開展所面臨的最主要的問題,目前在生活化理論的影響下,國內(nèi)的中學德育基本上已經(jīng)衍生出較為完善的學校德育形式。特別是在社會主義核心價值觀的引導下,隨著人們生活意識的改變和生活方式的逐步提升,學生也會逐漸感受到周圍社會生活的變化,在學校、家庭及社會的共同努力下,構(gòu)建中學生的美好生活。

Students' Ideological and moral qualities directly affect the quality of the entire nation, related to the country's fate and future development, and the formation of good moral quality of students also cannot do without the support of moral education in middle school students. Is in a critical period of growth and development of psychology, physiology, especially in psychology is in a transition period from immature to mature students. Family and society have the responsibility to guide students at this stage, help to form a correct concept of cognition, improve moral quality, and this is precisely the need to promote and strengthen the moral education work in advancing the cause of the students. The theory of moral education of life from the life of the students, but also need to return to their lives. As a moral idea continuous improvement, continuous development of the concept, in the implementation of the current middle school moral education process or some problems urgently need to be solved. Therefore, it is necessary to The relevant research to find the existing problems, analysis of why the effectiveness of moral education, which to find the corresponding solution, it is essential to promote the moral education effectiveness level. This paper includes three parts: introduction and text. The introduction mainly includes three aspects: the topic of this paper is of practical significance and theoretical significance, reviews the research status at home and abroad, finally expounds the innovation and research methods of this paper. The first part is the basic requirements for the effectiveness of moral education of high school life, mainly explains the contents of two points. The first is the concept of the effectiveness of moral education are defined. Firstly, this paper explained the questionnaire survey including the background, scientific selection the object, reasonable questionnaires, truthfully statistics, description of the status of implementation of moral education of life; secondly, the questionnaires were analyzed, from the school of management, the situation of the implementation of the school moral education work, interaction with family and society, family and school and social moral education in the implementation of four aspects, analysis and interpretation comprehensive data investigation questionnaire, finally make a deep analysis in the present middle school moral education reflected the problems with the questionnaire data. Fruit as the foundation, based on theory, goal, content, way of interpretation and analysis of several problems to evaluate the level of middle school moral education exists, provides the direction of facts and Countermeasures for the following proposals to solve the problems of moral education strategy. The third part is the key part of the thesis, based on theoretical analysis and investigation the data before the two part of the analysis, put forward the countermeasure of middle school moral education to elevate the effectiveness of moral education. Life idea renewal, the optimization goal of life oriented moral education, enrich and update the content of moral education, the development of innovative ways of life oriented moral education, refine the organization moral life process and the six aspects are put forward to improve the corresponding countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of moral education moral education evaluation system. This part is the theoretical explanation and investigation analysis after the conclusion of this paper is to try. To put forward to solve the high school effectiveness of life moral education solutions. The effectiveness of the moral education of life moral education is currently the main problem faced by the current impact on the theory of life, the middle school moral education basically has been derived from a perfect moral education especially form. In the socialist core values under the guidance with the change of people's life consciousness and life style gradually, students will gradually feel the changes around the social life in the school, family and society to work together, to build students a better life.
