菏澤市高級中學體育與健康課田徑教學現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:田徑是運動之母,具有提高人的走、跑、跳、投等基本生存能力的重要作用,同時亦具有健身、健心、健智、健行等功能,F(xiàn)代社會物質(zhì)生活水平逐漸提高,人們體力勞動減少,一定程度上導致了人的生理功能的退化和心理意識的異化,因此,加強田徑運動的學習和鍛煉對人的身心發(fā)展就顯得尤為重要。學校體育健康課程是學生進行田徑學習和鍛煉的重要途徑,學校體育課質(zhì)量的好壞影響學生的身心健康水平。菏澤市田徑教學水平居山東省前列,但近年來,由于深受應試教育觀念影響,部分學校領導和教師對新課標的認識存在偏差等因素嚴重影響該市田徑教學的發(fā)展。本文以菏澤市七縣25所高級中學的田徑教學現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等,對學校田徑教學內(nèi)容、教學方法、評價方法、教師的素質(zhì)、田徑文化的開展、教師對新課程改革的認識以及場地器材等現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查和分析,得出結(jié)論,并針對存在問題提出相應發(fā)展對策。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,得出結(jié)論:(1)新課程改革對菏澤市的田徑教學產(chǎn)生了重要影響,并取得了顯著成績;體育師資力量充足但田徑專業(yè)的體育教師較少,研究生及以上學歷的人員較少,田徑專業(yè)女教師較少;場地不能完全滿足教學和業(yè)余鍛煉的需求,人均擁有器材率較低。(2)在教學內(nèi)容上大多以考試內(nèi)容為主;教學方法還是以傳統(tǒng)教學為主;在評價過程中大多教師以技能達標、成績測量、課堂出勤來評價學生的成績,在市屬學校能夠按照新課程標準綜合全面的對學生進行評價。發(fā)展對策:(1)堅持“健康第一”的指導思想,要注重學生的全面發(fā)展。(2)加強體育教師師資隊伍的建設,提高體育教師的田徑素養(yǎng)。(3)重視田徑理論教學,加大田徑教材內(nèi)容的開發(fā)。(4)改革田徑教學方法,注重學生的主體地位。(5)豐富教學內(nèi)容,加強學生對田徑功能的認識。(6)合理運用田徑教學評價的多方位性和多元性。(7)加強校園體育文化中田徑運動項目的開展。(8)加大對田徑場地器材的經(jīng)費投入,優(yōu)化器材配置。
[Abstract]:Track and field is the mother of sports, which plays an important role in improving the basic survival ability of people, such as walking, running, jumping and throwing. At the same time, it also has the functions of fitness, mental health, intelligence and walking. The material living standard of modern society is gradually improved. The reduction of physical labor, to some extent, leads to the degradation of human physiological function and the alienation of psychological consciousness. Strengthening the study and exercise of track and field sports is particularly important for the physical and mental development of people. The physical health course of school is an important way for students to study and exercise track and field. The quality of physical education in schools affects the physical and mental health of students. Heze City has the highest level of track and field teaching in Shandong Province, but in recent years it has been deeply influenced by the idea of examination-oriented education. Some school leaders and teachers' misunderstandings of the new curriculum standard seriously affect the development of track and field teaching in Heze City. This paper takes the present situation of track and field teaching in 25 senior middle schools in seven counties of Heze City as the research object and adopts the method of literature and materials. Questionnaire survey, expert interview and mathematical statistics, etc., to the teaching contents, teaching methods, evaluation methods, teachers' qualities, track and field culture development of the school track and field, The teachers' understanding of the new curriculum reform and the present situation of the site and equipment are investigated and analyzed, and the conclusions are drawn, and the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward in view of the existing problems. The conclusion is that the new curriculum reform has an important influence on track and field teaching in Heze city, and has made remarkable achievements, the physical education teachers are abundant, but the physical education teachers of track and field major are fewer, and the number of graduate students and above are fewer, the new curriculum reform has a great influence on track and field teaching in Heze city. There are fewer female teachers in track and field, the field can not fully meet the needs of teaching and amateur exercise, and the per capita equipment rate is low. 2) in the teaching content, the examination content is the main content, the teaching method is mainly traditional teaching; In the process of evaluation, most teachers evaluate students' performance by skills, performance measurement and classroom attendance. In municipal schools, students can be comprehensively evaluated in accordance with the new curriculum standard. Development countermeasures: 1) adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first", pay attention to the overall development of students. 2) strengthen the construction of physical education teachers. Improve the track and field accomplishment of physical education teachers. 3) attach importance to the theory teaching of track and field, increase the development of track and field teaching materials. 4) reform the teaching methods of track and field, pay attention to the main position of the students, and enrich the teaching contents. Strengthening students' understanding of track and field function. 6) making rational use of the multi-orientation and pluralism of track and field teaching evaluation. 7) strengthening the development of track and field sports events in campus sports culture.
