【摘要】：高中階段的學校德育對青少年健康身心的發(fā)展和良好道德的培養(yǎng)十分重要,而高中思想政治課是高中階段的學校德育的最重要途徑,高中生的道德品質(zhì)、政治素質(zhì)和世界觀、人生觀、價值觀以及健全人格的培養(yǎng)方面都離不開高中思想政治課。但受到德育目標、德育內(nèi)容、德育意識、德育評價、社會風氣等各方面因素的影響,高中思想政治課的德育功能呈現(xiàn)弱化趨勢,實際德育效果并不太理想。因此,分析高中思想政治課的教學現(xiàn)狀,分析高中思想政治課德育功能弱化問題,探索加強高中思想政治課的德育功能的有效途徑已經(jīng)成為當今學術(shù)界的一個重要研究課題。本文以高中思想政治課德育的現(xiàn)實情況為起點,通過多種研究方法找出高中思想政治課德育功能弱化的實際成因,并且根據(jù)我國的教育教學實際提出了一些相應對策。本文共五個部分,首先,在引言部分,筆者闡明了本文的選題目的、研究意義,分析了這一課題的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,敘述了本文的研究思路和研究方法,說明了在研究這一問題的過程中需要注意的重點難點。其次,在高中思想政治課德育功能概述這一章節(jié)中,筆者參考了廣義德育的概念,解釋了高中思想政治課德育功能的內(nèi)涵,明確了高中思想政治課在高中德育中的地位和作用,并且從德育的個體功能出發(fā),分析和闡述了高中思想政治課的主要德育功能。再次,在高中思想政治課德育的現(xiàn)狀及問題探究這一章節(jié)中,筆者對當前我國高中思想政治課德育的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查研究,通過對高中思想政治課德育功能的四個重要方面的實踐調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,指出高中思想政治課德育功能弱化這一現(xiàn)實問題,點明解決這個問題的的必要性和緊迫性,并找出高中思想政治課德育功能弱化的德育內(nèi)容、德育評價等方面的主要原因。之后,在強化高中思想政治課德育功能的策略研究這一章節(jié)中,筆者全面分析了高中思想政治課的實際教學實踐情況,并提出了一些有針對性的建議。筆者認為,要強化高中思想政治課德育功能,就要綜合考慮到學校德育中的各個方面。本文主要從教師自身努力和德育評價機制改革兩個方面來探究加強高中思想政治課德育功能的對應策略。在教師自身努力方面,思想政治課教師要確立并堅持以人為本的德育觀念,注重培養(yǎng)學生的主體性,尊重學生的個性發(fā)展;教師要堅持終身學習的理念,不斷提高自身的德育素養(yǎng)和專業(yè)素養(yǎng),靈活把握教材內(nèi)容和深入開發(fā)課內(nèi)外教材資源,自覺學習和靈活利用高中新課程改革的寶貴成果來改進教學;教師要注重活躍課堂氛圍,改善師生關(guān)系,擴充教學內(nèi)容,更新教學方式,優(yōu)化課堂教學,增強德育效果。在德育評價機制改革方面,教育工作者要一改往日陳舊單一的、以考試為主的終結(jié)性教學評價體制,將自評、他評、互評等結(jié)合起來,將終結(jié)性評價與形成性評價結(jié)合起來,靈活運用學習型評價,盡量做到評價主體多元化、評價方式多樣化,使德育評價真正成為促進德育教學,增強高中思想政治課德育效果的有效動力。最后,在結(jié)語部分,筆者對本文的主要研究內(nèi)容做了簡單概括,并建議高中思想政治課教師以及其他教育工作者面對著現(xiàn)階段高中思想政治課德育功能弱化這一困境,要端正自身教育態(tài)度,不怕困難,敢于挑戰(zhàn)和創(chuàng)新,努力為高中思想政治課德育功能的有效強化,和高中生的身心全面發(fā)展而努力奮斗,做出自己的貢獻。
[Abstract]:Cultivation of school moral education in senior high school the development of youth physical and mental health and good morality is very important, and the ideological and political course in high school is the most important way of moral education in senior high school, senior high school students' moral quality, political quality and world outlook, outlook on life, values and personality cultivation ways cannot do without high school thought the political class. But by the goal of moral education, moral content, moral consciousness, moral evaluation, the influence of various factors such as society, the moral education function of Ideological and political course in high school is weakened, the actual effect of moral education is not ideal. Therefore, analysis of the current teaching situation of high school ideological and political course, analyze problems weaken the moral education function of Ideological and political course of high school and explore effective ways to strengthen the moral education function of Ideological and political course in high school has become an important research topic in the academic circle. This paper takes the high school ideological and political course in Germany The reality of education as the starting point, through a variety of research methods to find out the real causes of the weakening of moral education function of Ideological and political course of high school, and according to our country's education and teaching practice and put forward some corresponding countermeasures. This paper consists of five parts, first of all, in the introduction, the author expounds the purpose, significance, research the status of this subject at home and abroad, describes the research ideas and research methods, illustrates the key points needing attention in the course of study of this issue. Secondly, the function of moral education in the high school thought political lesson summary in this chapter, the author made reference to the generalized concept of moral education, explains the meaning and function of moral education in political lesson the high school thought, clear the status and function of high school ideological and political course in high school moral education, and starting from the individual function of moral education, analyzes and expounds the main moral education of Ideological and political course in high school Function. Again, the status quo and problems in the ideological and political course of high school moral education research in this chapter, the author conducted the investigation and Study on the current situation of China's ideological and political course of high school moral education, through the four important aspects of the moral education function of Ideological and Political Course of high school of practical investigation and data analysis, pointed out that the moral education function of Ideological and political course high school weakening the problem, pointing out the necessity and urgency of solving this problem, and find out the content of moral education is the weakening of the moral education function of Ideological and political course of high school, the main reasons of moral evaluation. After that, in the strategy of strengthening moral education in high school ideological and political course of this chapter, the author analyzed the high school thought the political lesson teaching practice, and puts forward some suggestions. The author believes that to strengthen the moral education function of Ideological and political course of high school, will be considered to the school All aspects of moral education in two aspects. The main effort from the teachers themselves and strengthen the moral education evaluation system reform to explore the corresponding strategies of moral education function of Ideological and political course of high school. Teachers' efforts in moral education, ideological and political teachers should establish and adhere to the people-oriented concept, pay attention to the cultivation of students' subjectivity, respect students' personality development; teachers should adhere to the concept of lifelong learning, constantly improve their moral qualities and professional qualities, grasp the content of teaching materials and further development of class teaching resources, conscious learning and flexible use of valuable achievements of high school new curriculum reform to improve teaching; teachers should pay attention to active classroom atmosphere, improving the relationship between teachers and students, expand the teaching content, update the teaching mode, optimize classroom teaching, enhance the effect of moral education. In the reform of moral education evaluation system, educators should change the past the old single Summative assessment system, based on the examinations, the self-assessment, assessment of his mutual evaluation will combine the summative assessment combined with formative assessment, flexible use of learning evaluation, make evaluation diversification, diversification of evaluation method, the evaluation of moral education really become the promotion of moral education, enhance the effective power effect of moral education in ideological and political course of high school. Finally, in the epilogue, the author of this paper the main research contents are briefly introduced, and suggestions for ideological and political course of high school teachers and other education workers facing the function of Ideological and political education at the present stage of high weaken this dilemma, to correct their own educational attitude, not afraid of difficulties, dare to challenge and innovation, efforts to effectively strengthen the moral education function of Ideological and political course of high school, and high school students' all-round development and strive to make their own contribution.
