【摘要】：基于對(duì)人教版高中生物學(xué)必修1對(duì)還原糖、脂肪和蛋白質(zhì)鑒定實(shí)驗(yàn)的啟發(fā),嘗試用全脂奶粉作為材料,以鑒定其中是否有還原糖、脂肪和蛋白質(zhì)的存在。
[Abstract]:Based on the inspiration of a pair of reductive sugar, fat and protein identification experiment, we try to use whole milk powder as material to identify the existence of reducing sugar, fat and protein.
