【摘要】：田徑素有運(yùn)動(dòng)之母之稱。對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)技能及身體素質(zhì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。近年來,隨著陽光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)、快樂體育、校園足球、校園籃球等運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及與推廣,從事田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)生越來越少。本研究通過對(duì)教育學(xué)、訓(xùn)練學(xué)等體育綜合學(xué)科知識(shí)的運(yùn)用,以實(shí)地觀察、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等常用的體育科研方法為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)在濟(jì)南市初級(jí)中學(xué)的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。研究結(jié)果表明:體育教師隊(duì)伍以中青年為骨干,年齡結(jié)構(gòu)較為合理;女教師相對(duì)較少,性別結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理;多數(shù)教師存在著缺乏創(chuàng)新能力、科研能力薄弱、對(duì)新知識(shí)的更新不夠及時(shí)以及體育教學(xué)方法科學(xué)化程度不高等方面的問題;田徑場(chǎng)地、器材能夠滿足教學(xué)需要,但應(yīng)對(duì)課外活動(dòng)和訓(xùn)練競(jìng)賽尚且存在差距;田徑課教學(xué)缺乏趣味性,內(nèi)容枯燥、陳舊,不能讓學(xué)生對(duì)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱情得到有效激發(fā);田徑教練員對(duì)專業(yè)知識(shí)理論和運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)能力有一定的缺失,訓(xùn)練水平參次不齊,訓(xùn)練思想急功近利;室內(nèi)場(chǎng)地的缺乏使得課外田徑活動(dòng)的開展受場(chǎng)地和氣候等方面因素的影響較為嚴(yán)重。進(jìn)一步的研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)濟(jì)南市中學(xué)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)開展有所制約的主要因素包含:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度、教師認(rèn)知問題、場(chǎng)地和器材、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、經(jīng)費(fèi)和管理以及訓(xùn)練競(jìng)賽因素這幾個(gè)方面。最后,針對(duì)濟(jì)南市中學(xué)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)開展中所出現(xiàn)的主要問題,提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展應(yīng)對(duì)策略,主要包括:強(qiáng)化組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),落實(shí)主體責(zé)任;建章立制,規(guī)范發(fā)展,早日形成科學(xué)、規(guī)范且完善的管理體系;嚴(yán)抓文化課學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)體育教師綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)的能力和創(chuàng)新能力,加大體育教師進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)的力度,使其學(xué)歷層次得到進(jìn)一步提升;加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,拓寬經(jīng)費(fèi)來源,使訓(xùn)練的進(jìn)行能夠擁有更好的條件;重視團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),加大對(duì)體育教師和田徑教練員綜合能力的培養(yǎng),教學(xué)與科研并重。以及通過這些方式來讓田徑訓(xùn)練的訓(xùn)練、比賽制度日趨完善,讓教師和學(xué)生參與田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)的信心和積極性得到提高。
[Abstract]:Track and field has been known as the mother of sports. It is of great significance for the development of sports skills and physical fitness. In recent years, with the sunshine sports, happy sports, campus football, campus basketball and other sports popularization and promotion. The students engaged in track and field sports are fewer and fewer. This study through the use of comprehensive knowledge of physical education, training and other physical education, to field observation, questionnaire survey. On the basis of expert interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of track and field sports in junior middle schools in Jinan. The results show that the middle and young people are the backbone of PE teachers. The age structure is reasonable; The female teachers are relatively few and the gender structure is not reasonable; Most teachers lack innovation ability, scientific research ability is weak, the renewal of new knowledge is not timely and the scientific degree of physical education teaching method is not high. Track and field, equipment can meet the teaching needs, but there are gaps in dealing with extracurricular activities and training competitions; Track and field teaching lack of interest, content boring, old, can not let the enthusiasm of students to track and field sports to be effectively stimulated; Track and field coaches have a certain lack of professional knowledge theory and sports technical ability, the training level is not uniform, the training thought is eager for quick success and quick profit; The lack of indoor venues makes the development of extracurricular track and field activities more seriously affected by the venue and climate factors. Further research also found. The main factors that restrict the development of track and field sports in Jinan City include: the degree of leadership attention, teachers' cognitive problems, venues and equipment, teaching content. Funds and management as well as training competition factors these aspects. Finally, in view of the main problems in the development of track and field sports in Jinan City, put forward the corresponding development strategies, including: strengthening organizational leadership. Implementing the responsibility of the subject; Establish rules and regulations, standardize development, and form a scientific, standardized and perfect management system at an early date; Strictly grasp the study of culture, train PE teachers' ability of comprehensive application of knowledge and innovative ability, increase the strength of physical education teachers' further study, so as to further enhance their educational level; Increase the investment of funds, broaden the sources of funds, so that the training can have better conditions; Attach importance to team building, increase the training of physical education teachers and track and field coaches comprehensive ability, teaching and scientific research. And through these ways to train track and field training, the competition system is becoming more and more perfect. Teachers and students to participate in track and field sports confidence and enthusiasm has been improved.
