【摘要】：足球最早起源于我國古代的一種球類游戲“蹴鞠”,后經(jīng)阿拉伯人傳到歐洲,發(fā)展成現(xiàn)代足球。當今世界,足球是影響力最廣泛的團隊體育項目,擁有上億人關(guān)注,各國人民都非常喜歡這一運動,被譽為當之無愧的”世界第一運動”。足球水平也是一個國家的實力重要體現(xiàn)�？v觀世界,足球強國在世界的各種比賽中都一直表現(xiàn)著極強的運動水平和競爭力,原因多在于對足球后備人才培養(yǎng)的普遍重視�，F(xiàn)在,我國足球運動的發(fā)展處于低谷期,自從足球?qū)W校、俱樂部等模式培養(yǎng)足球后備人才失敗之后,使我國足球失去了群眾的支持,缺乏群眾基礎(chǔ)的任何運動,都勢必成為無源之水無本之木。青少年足球后備人才的培養(yǎng)是壯大我國足球?qū)嵙_頂世界足壇的重要根基,為我國足球在前進道路上提供源源不斷的動力。2015年3月16日國家正式公布了《中國足球改革發(fā)展總體方案》,方案增加了全國各地中小學(xué)校園足球特色學(xué)校的數(shù)量,加大特色足球?qū)W校的扶持力度。本人通過文獻資料法、實地考察法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、層次分析法,對長春市初中校園足球開展現(xiàn)狀以及學(xué)生的需求與資源供給進行分析研究,得出以下結(jié)論:1.大多數(shù)學(xué)生認為教師的教學(xué)水平已經(jīng)不能滿足學(xué)生的足球運動需求了。訓(xùn)練和課余活動器材數(shù)量也已經(jīng)滿足不了學(xué)生的需求。2.大多數(shù)學(xué)生對學(xué)校校園足球的氛圍和對校園足球的宣傳力度持不滿意態(tài)度,認為學(xué)校應(yīng)該加強校園足球宣傳力度和氛圍的培養(yǎng)。在不同年級和不同性別的學(xué)生對提供運動前后的便利設(shè)施、提高活動獎勵、豐富活動內(nèi)容、增加活動數(shù)量和其它需求調(diào)查中,更多學(xué)生選擇增加活動數(shù)量,其次是豐富活動形式和內(nèi)容。在不同性別和不同年級的學(xué)生中,大多數(shù)學(xué)生認為應(yīng)該增加足球課程數(shù)量,以滿足他們對更多足球運動時間的需求。3.在不同性別和不同年級的學(xué)生中大多數(shù)學(xué)生支持校隊由班級隊、年級隊逐級選拔組成的形式。大多數(shù)男生渴望能夠參加校隊的足球訓(xùn)練,女生卻對五個態(tài)度的選擇比較平均。初一年級的學(xué)生對參加足球訓(xùn)練的需求相比初二、初三年級的學(xué)生的人數(shù)更多、更加渴望。
[Abstract]:Football originated in ancient China's ancient ball game "Cuju", after the Arab spread to Europe, developed into modern football. Today, football is the most influential team sports. With the attention of hundreds of millions of people, people all over the world are very fond of this sport, which is praised as "the first sport in the world". The level of football is also an important embodiment of the strength of a country. Football powers in the world in all kinds of competitions have been showing a strong level of sports and competitiveness, mostly due to the general attention to the training of football reserve talent. Now, the development of football in China is at a low point. Since the failure of football school, club and other modes to train football reserve talents, football in our country has lost the support of the masses and lacks any sports based on the masses. The training of reserve talents of young football is the important foundation to strengthen the strength of Chinese football to reach the top of the world football world. In March 16th 2015, the country officially announced the "General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football". The program increases the number of schools with football characteristics in primary and secondary schools all over the country, and increases the support of football schools with characteristics. I use the methods of literature, field investigation, questionnaire, and expert interviews. Mathematical statistics, analytic hierarchy process, Changchun junior high school campus football development status, as well as the demand of students and resource supply are analyzed and studied. Draw the following conclusions:. 1. Most students think that the teaching level of teachers can no longer meet the needs of students in football. The number of training and extracurricular activities equipment can no longer meet the needs of students. The atmosphere of the ball and the propaganda of campus football are not satisfied. The school should strengthen the campus football propaganda and atmosphere cultivation. In different grades and different gender students to provide the facilities before and after the sports, improve the activity reward, enrich the content of the activities. In the survey of increasing the number of activities and other needs, more students chose to increase the number of activities, followed by enriching the form and content of activities. Most students believe that the number of football courses should be increased to meet their demand for more football sports time. Most of the students of different gender and grade support the school team by class team. The form of grade team selection. Most boys are eager to participate in the school team of football training, but girls to the five attitudes of the choice is more average. Grade one students to participate in football training needs compared to the second year. The number of students in grade 3 is larger and more eager.
