Z市農(nóng)村初中生英語學(xué)業(yè)不良的成因與轉(zhuǎn)化對策研究

【摘要】:素質(zhì)教育要求教育要面向全體學(xué)生,使每位學(xué)生都能得到適合的發(fā)展,然而,當(dāng)前我國各中小學(xué)校都存在一定數(shù)量的學(xué)業(yè)不良學(xué)生,難以真正體現(xiàn)教育的全體性。在各學(xué)科學(xué)業(yè)不良問題中,英語學(xué)科的學(xué)業(yè)不良問題尤其突出。目前,我國農(nóng)村初中生學(xué)業(yè)不良(也包含學(xué)困生)的研究極少有關(guān)廣東珠三角地區(qū)農(nóng)村初中生英語學(xué)業(yè)不良的研究。因此,很有必要對該地區(qū)的農(nóng)村初中生英語學(xué)業(yè)不良問題進(jìn)行研究。本研究選取筆者所在的Z市一偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村中學(xué)的英語學(xué)業(yè)不良學(xué)生為研究對象,以日本北尾倫彥的三層級說理論中的相關(guān)因素作為指導(dǎo),主要從教師和學(xué)生兩方面著手分析造成農(nóng)村初中生英語學(xué)業(yè)不良的原因。筆者通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談、課堂觀察的方法展開調(diào)查,經(jīng)分析得出,造成學(xué)生英語學(xué)業(yè)不良的原因有:1.英語教師方面的教學(xué)專業(yè)能力不足、教學(xué)方法單一及師德修養(yǎng)欠缺;2.學(xué)生方面主要表現(xiàn)在對英語學(xué)習(xí)缺乏學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)興趣不強(qiáng)、學(xué)習(xí)方法欠缺、沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)意志力薄弱等。因此,本文最后通過運(yùn)用心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、教育心理學(xué),以及英語學(xué)科中的相關(guān)理論,提出四種轉(zhuǎn)化英語學(xué)業(yè)不良學(xué)生的策略,即:缺乏學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)型的轉(zhuǎn)化策略;缺乏學(xué)習(xí)自信、知識欠缺型的轉(zhuǎn)化策略;缺乏學(xué)習(xí)自信、知識欠缺型的轉(zhuǎn)化策略;缺乏學(xué)習(xí)持久性、意志薄弱型的轉(zhuǎn)化策略。以期可望改變筆者所在學(xué)校英語學(xué)科現(xiàn)狀,幫助農(nóng)村初中生提高英語學(xué)業(yè)成績,同時也希望為解決本地區(qū)農(nóng)村初中英語學(xué)業(yè)不良問題提供相關(guān)參考。
[Abstract]:Quality education requires that education should be geared to all students so that each student can get a suitable development. However, at present, there are a certain number of students with learning disabilities in all primary and secondary schools in our country. It is difficult to truly embody the whole nature of education. Among all the problems in science and learning, the problem of learning in English is especially prominent. The study of rural junior high school students' learning disability (including students with learning difficulties) is rarely related to the study of poor English of rural junior high school students in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province. It is necessary to study the problem of English learning disability of rural junior high school students in this area. This study selects the students with English learning disabilities in a remote rural middle school in Z city as the research object. Under the guidance of the relevant factors in the theory of the three-level theory of Toshihiko Toshihiko, the author analyzes the causes of poor English learning in rural junior high school students from two aspects: teachers and students. The author conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews. By analyzing the methods of classroom observation, it is concluded that the causes of students' English learning disability are: 1. Lack of English teachers' professional ability in teaching, single teaching method and lack of teachers' moral accomplishment; 2.The students mainly show lack of motivation for English learning, lack of interest in learning, lack of learning methods, lack of good learning habits and weak learning willpower and so on. In the end, by applying the theories of psychology, pedagogy, educational psychology and English, this paper puts forward four strategies to transform students with English learning disabilities, that is, lack of interest in learning. The transformation strategy of learning motivation; Lack of learning self-confidence, lack of knowledge of the transformation strategy; Lack of learning self-confidence, lack of knowledge of the transformation strategy; It is expected to change the present situation of English subject in my school and help rural junior high school students to improve their English academic achievement. At the same time, I hope to provide some reference for solving the problem of poor English in rural junior middle school.
