【摘要】:足球運(yùn)動(dòng)是世界第一大運(yùn)動(dòng),深受世界人民的喜愛,尤其是中學(xué)生特別喜愛足球運(yùn)動(dòng)。廣泛開展足球運(yùn)動(dòng),對于提高人們的身體素質(zhì)具有積極的促進(jìn)作用。校園足球作為發(fā)展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要組成部分也日益受到國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的高度重視,在2015年頒布的《中國足球改革總體方案》中多處涉及到校園足球方面的政策,使得我國校園足球改革發(fā)展迎來翻天覆地的變化。這些政策改革推動(dòng)了我國校園足球的發(fā)展,促使更多的學(xué)生享受到了足球帶給他們的快樂。同時(shí),也為國家提供了大量的足球后備人才。校足球隊(duì)作為校園足球的中堅(jiān)力量,它的良性發(fā)展對于校園足球的發(fā)展起著十分重要的作用。本研究以沈陽市朝鮮族第二中學(xué)校足球隊(duì)現(xiàn)狀作為研究對象,采取文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、個(gè)案分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法對該校足球隊(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)查研究與分析,經(jīng)研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.沈陽市朝鮮族第二中學(xué)校足球隊(duì)在1989年成立至今已走過27個(gè)年頭,有著較長的發(fā)展歷史,該校足球的發(fā)展氛圍十分濃厚,學(xué)校逐步將足球作為體育特色發(fā)展項(xiàng)目。2.校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視球隊(duì)發(fā)展體現(xiàn)在為增加經(jīng)費(fèi)來源,積極向上級教育、體育系統(tǒng)申請撥款;為有效緩解教練員專業(yè)化較低的問題,學(xué)校與沈陽體育學(xué)院進(jìn)行合作,成為沈陽體育學(xué)院足球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生的定點(diǎn)實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校,但未從根本上改變較少專業(yè)化水平低的發(fā)展困境。3.沈陽市朝鮮族第二中學(xué)場地與器材情況基本滿足訓(xùn)練的需要,基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練設(shè)施比較完善,這給予了校足球隊(duì)在訓(xùn)練過程中大力的支持與幫助。4.足球隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員有著較好的發(fā)展前景較好,多數(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)員通過足球特長順利升學(xué),還有部分優(yōu)秀隊(duì)員成為職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員。5.為緩解隊(duì)員學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾,校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)定期召開任課教師動(dòng)員會(huì)議,提高各科教師對隊(duì)員的關(guān)注度,促使各科教師能夠自覺為學(xué)生義務(wù)補(bǔ)習(xí)功課,增強(qiáng)其對足球項(xiàng)目的認(rèn)識,提升各科教師對學(xué)生參與校足球隊(duì)的支持度,但仍無法從根本上解決運(yùn)動(dòng)員學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾。6.在校足球隊(duì)經(jīng)費(fèi)方面,2009年以前,主要由學(xué)校出資,隨著校園足球活動(dòng)的推進(jìn)近年來該校足球隊(duì)經(jīng)費(fèi)主要來源于四個(gè)部分,包含體教系統(tǒng)的撥款,民營企業(yè)家的贊助及學(xué)校自籌,這些費(fèi)用可以基本滿足校足球隊(duì)日常訓(xùn)練的需求。
