【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快,武漢市作為華中地區(qū)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心的名城,在發(fā)展中涌現(xiàn)了大量外來務(wù)工人員,其子女到市內(nèi)各級(jí)學(xué)校就讀。中小學(xué)是培養(yǎng)體育后備人才的啟蒙訓(xùn)練基地,通過有計(jì)劃、有目的課余訓(xùn)練,培養(yǎng)及輸送高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員,是我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略點(diǎn)。近年來,外來務(wù)工人員子女參與體育,特別是參與課余訓(xùn)練的問題愈顯突出�；诖�,本研究以武漢市不同城區(qū)代表學(xué)校的378名在訓(xùn)外來務(wù)工人員子女為調(diào)查對(duì)象,主要采用問卷調(diào)查等方法,在社會(huì)運(yùn)行動(dòng)力機(jī)制理論框架下嘗試構(gòu)建了外來務(wù)工人員子女課余訓(xùn)練發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,以期促進(jìn)武漢市外來務(wù)工人員子女課余訓(xùn)練的發(fā)展。本研究結(jié)果表明:1.武漢市外來務(wù)工人員子女參加課余訓(xùn)練的經(jīng)歷有所不同,相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生在進(jìn)入本校訓(xùn)練隊(duì)前存在訓(xùn)練經(jīng)歷缺失的情況。他們的文化成績(jī)處在中等及偏下水平,但在學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練的時(shí)間安排方面較為合理。另外,還有部分學(xué)生表示接下來不會(huì)繼續(xù)從事課余訓(xùn)練。2.武漢市外來務(wù)工人員子女課余訓(xùn)練的動(dòng)力因素至少包括以下九個(gè)方面:體育的社會(huì)地位、家庭支持、訓(xùn)練功能需求觀、大眾傳媒、自身運(yùn)動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)、家長(zhǎng)體育習(xí)慣、體育教師、班主任及校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、設(shè)施及時(shí)間保障。且各個(gè)因素之間并非孤立存在而是相互作用,緊密聯(lián)系的。3.武漢市外來務(wù)工人員子女課余訓(xùn)練的動(dòng)力機(jī)制存在于上述動(dòng)力因素中,即以外來務(wù)工人員子女個(gè)體、家庭、學(xué)校為主的動(dòng)力主體,以及以利益、文化和信息傳導(dǎo)為主的動(dòng)力傳導(dǎo)媒介。4.在動(dòng)力主體方面,外來務(wù)工人員子女自身占據(jù)最關(guān)鍵的地位,注重培養(yǎng)外來務(wù)工人員子女自身訓(xùn)練興趣和意志力,樹立正確的訓(xùn)練功能觀;家庭是引導(dǎo)子女最好的方式,要發(fā)揮家長(zhǎng)的支持和示范作用,樹立正確的教育觀,培養(yǎng)家長(zhǎng)尤其是母親的體育習(xí)慣;學(xué)校在外來務(wù)工人員子女課余訓(xùn)練當(dāng)中起著整合作用,培養(yǎng)體育教師組織能力,加強(qiáng)體育設(shè)施建設(shè)。在動(dòng)力傳導(dǎo)媒介方面,利益?zhèn)鲗?dǎo)應(yīng)建立合乎外來務(wù)工人員子女內(nèi)在訓(xùn)練需要的利益導(dǎo)向,要調(diào)動(dòng)外來務(wù)工人員子女、家長(zhǎng)及學(xué)校的積極性;通過體育文化傳播,提高體育社會(huì)地位;創(chuàng)新信息傳導(dǎo)形式,重視大眾傳媒信息的傳播。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, Wuhan, as a famous city in the political, economic and cultural centers of Central China, has emerged a large number of migrant workers in its development. Their children attend schools at all levels in the city. Primary and secondary schools are the enlightenment training base for training sports reserve talents. Through planned and purposeful after-school training, high level athletes are trained and transported. It is an important strategic point for the development of competitive sports in China. In recent years, the problem of migrant workers' children participating in sports, especially in after-school training, has become more and more prominent. In this study, 378 children of migrant workers in different urban areas of Wuhan were investigated, mainly by means of questionnaire survey. In the framework of the theory of social operation power mechanism, this paper tries to build a dynamic mechanism for the development of after-school training of migrant workers' children. In order to promote the development of after-school training of migrant workers' children in Wuhan. The results of this study show that the children of migrant workers in Wuhan have different experiences in taking part in after-school training. A considerable number of students in the school before entering the training team there is a lack of training experience. Their cultural performance in the medium and lower levels, but in the study and training time is more reasonable. In addition. Some students said that they will not continue to engage in after-school training. Wuhan migrant workers' children after-school training motivation factors include at least the following nine aspects: sports social status, family support. Training functional needs, mass media, the basis of their own sports, parents' sports habits, physical education teachers, class teachers and school leaders, facilities and time security. The motive mechanism of extracurricular training of migrant workers' children in Wuhan city exists in the above dynamic factors, that is, the main motive force is the children of migrant workers' individual, family and school. As well as the interest, culture and information transmission of the main power transmission media. 4. In the power of the main body, migrant workers' children themselves occupy the most critical position. Pay attention to cultivate the children of migrant workers to train their own interest and willpower, set up the correct training function view; The family is the best way to guide the children, it is necessary to give play to the support and demonstration role of the parents, to establish a correct view of education, and to cultivate the sports habits of parents, especially mothers; The school plays an integrated role in the extracurricular training of migrant workers' children, training the organizing ability of physical education teachers, strengthening the construction of sports facilities, and in the aspect of power transmission media. The interest transmission should establish the benefit orientation that conforms to the inner training needs of the children of migrant workers, and arouse the enthusiasm of the children, parents and schools of migrant workers; Improve the social status of sports through the spread of sports culture; Innovate the form of information transmission and attach importance to the dissemination of mass media information.
