【摘要】：農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育是中國基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),全面提高農(nóng)村教育質(zhì)量,不僅是新時(shí)期國家和社會發(fā)展對教育的新要求,更是廣大人民群眾對教育寄予的新希望。隨著農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校的興建,如何完善農(nóng)村寄宿制初中學(xué)生的管理,如何讓農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校更好地適應(yīng)社會的發(fā)展,就顯得迫為需要。本研究以本人所在的肥鄉(xiāng)縣M中學(xué)為研究對象,利用調(diào)查問卷、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等方法,調(diào)查了農(nóng)村寄宿制初中學(xué)生的管理狀況,一一分析農(nóng)村寄宿制初中學(xué)生管理所存在的問題,剖析了農(nóng)村寄宿制初中學(xué)生管理問題所產(chǎn)生的原因,并一一提出了實(shí)際有針對性的措施。本研究共分為以下四部分:第一部分緒論。由自己的切身感受提出為什么要研究“農(nóng)村寄宿制初中學(xué)生管理”、文獻(xiàn)綜述、以及有關(guān)概念的界定、研究的方法和思路等。第二部分?jǐn)⑹隽宿r(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校學(xué)生管理的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過“學(xué)生管理與農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校學(xué)生管理的基本含義”和“學(xué)生管理對于農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校發(fā)展的重要意義”的一一闡釋,為農(nóng)村寄宿制初中學(xué)生管理問題的研究提供相應(yīng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分以本人所在的農(nóng)村寄宿制初中M中學(xué)為個(gè)案的調(diào)查研究。本人已在M中學(xué)工作了十幾年,親眼目睹了M中學(xué)寄宿制的發(fā)展。本研究包括學(xué)生的基本情況、學(xué)生管理所存在的問題及原因分析。先從農(nóng)村寄宿制初中學(xué)生的安全衛(wèi)生管理、飲食管理、宿舍管理、教育教學(xué)管理、心理健康管理和家校聯(lián)盟管理六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查,然后根據(jù)結(jié)果,剖析所產(chǎn)生問題的原因。第四部分提出農(nóng)村寄宿制學(xué)校學(xué)生管理問題的對策與建議,主要包括把“安全第一”的思想落實(shí)到實(shí)處,加強(qiáng)飲食管理和監(jiān)管的力度,全方位、多途徑加強(qiáng)初中生的宿舍管理,轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)思想,促使學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步提升學(xué)生的心理健康教育水平和加強(qiáng)家校聯(lián)盟的建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:Rural basic education is the key to develop Chinese of basic education, and comprehensively improve the quality of rural education, is not only a new era of national and social development of the new requirements of education, is the new hope that the broad masses of people places on the education. With the rural boarding school construction, how to improve the rural boarding junior high school students' management, how to let the rural boarding schools to better adapt to social development, it is urgent needed. In this study, I is located in Feixiang County M middle school as the research object, using the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and other methods, the rural boarding junior high school student management situation, analyzes existing rural boarding junior high school student management analysis of the causes of the problem of rural boarding junior high school student management problems, and put forward practical targeted measures. This research is divided into the following four parts: the first part Exordium. By their own personal feelings of "why to study rural boarding junior high school student management, literature review, and the definition of relevant concepts, research methods and ideas. The second part describes the theoretical basis of student management in rural boarding schools. Through learning the basic meaning of" health management and rural boarding schools student management and student management is important for the development of "rural boarding schools of interpretation, provide the theoretical basis for the study of rural boarding junior high school student management problems. In my research in the rural boarding junior middle school as a case of the M third parts. I have been working in the M middle school ten years, witnessed the development of M boarding school. This study includes the basic situation of the students, analyzed the problems and the reasons of students' management. From the first rural boarding junior middle school Safety and health management, student dormitory management, catering management, education management, six aspects of mental health management and home school alliance management survey, then according to the results, analysis of the causes of the problems. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the students ask questions management of boarding schools in rural areas, including the "safety first" the idea of implement, strengthen diet management and supervision, the full range, strengthen the dormitory management of junior high school students, changing teaching ideas, promote the all-round development of students, improve students' psychological health education and strengthen the construction of the home school alliance.
