【摘要】：本文以上海市常住學齡人口空間分布為研究對象,分三個階段重點分析了幼兒、小學和初中學齡人口空間分布變化,探求學齡人口空間分布變化的特征,并在此基礎上進一步分析空間分布轉變背后的原因和由此帶來的影響。在綜合分析與學齡人口空間分布相關的研究文獻的基礎上,利用上海市人口普查數據、上海教育年鑒和上海統(tǒng)計年鑒,對改革開放以來上海市常住學齡人口空間分布進行實證研究。全文分為五部分,第一章,主要介紹研究背景、研究意義、研究方法、數據來源、相關研究綜述和相關說明。第二、三、四章分別對“三普”和“四普”、“四普”和“五普”、“五普”和“六普”期間上海幼兒、小學、初中學齡人口空間分布變化以及分布變化的原因和影響進行分析。第五章通過對上述三個階段(1982-1990年、1990-2000年、2000-2010年)的分析和總結,得出相應的研究結論,并就如何更好地促進上�；A教育資源均衡配置提出針對性建議。本文得出的主要結論包括:1.1982-2010年間上海常住學齡人口不斷向郊區(qū)聚集；2.郊區(qū)學齡人口的大量導入,給郊區(qū)教育造成壓力也帶來發(fā)展機遇；3.外來常住學齡人口空間分布變動是學齡人口變動的首要因素；4.全面二孩政策的實施可能會進一步加劇郊區(qū)教育資源不足的現(xiàn)狀。因此要依托大數據,建立學齡人口動態(tài)變化數據庫,為相關部門科學決策提供依據；加大對民工子弟學校的監(jiān)管,鼓勵民辦教育的發(fā)展；推進教師區(qū)域間合理流動,為均衡教育資源提供人力保障；利用名校的輻射作用,在郊區(qū)大力推行名校建分校的舉措,推進優(yōu)質資源均衡化；加強郊區(qū)中小學與高校的合作,增強學校的自我提升能力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the spatial distribution of resident population in Shanghai city as the research object, is divided into three stages analyzed the distribution changes of primary school and junior high school children, school-age population space, explore the distribution changes of school-age population spatial characteristic, effect and on the basis of further analysis of the reasons behind the change of spatial distribution and the resulting. Based on comprehensive analysis and the school-age population spatial distribution of related literatures, using census data of Shanghai City, the Shanghai Education Yearbook and Shanghai statistical yearbook, since the reform and opening up space in Shanghai city resident school-age population distribution for empirical research. This thesis is divided into five parts, the first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research methods, data sources and related research and related instructions. Second, third, the four chapter of "general" and "four", "four" and "Five", "five general" and "general six "During the Shanghai primary school, junior high school children, analyzed changes in the distribution of school-age population space and the change in the distribution of causes and effects. The main conclusions of this paper include: 1.1982-2010 Shanghai resident school-age population to the suburbs continue to gather; 2. suburbs to import a large number of school-age population, the pressure also bring development opportunities to the rural education cause; 3. foreign resident school-age population spatial distribution change is the primary factor of school-age population change; 4. overall implementation of the two child policy may further aggravate the situation in education resources. Therefore, to rely on big data, the establishment of the school-age population dynamic change data base for phase Provide the basis for the relevant departments to increase scientific decision-making; migrant school supervision, encourage the development of private education; promote teachers' regional rational flow, to provide manpower for the equalization of educational resources; the use of radiation in suburban schools, vigorously build schools, measures, promote the quality of resources equalization; strengthen the suburban schools and the cooperation of universities, strengthen the school self promotion ability.
