【摘要】:2010和2011先后兩年國(guó)家發(fā)布《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》(2010-2020年)和《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于當(dāng)前發(fā)展學(xué)前教育的若干意見(jiàn)》兩個(gè)文件。文件明確提出,要大力發(fā)展學(xué)前教育,破解老百姓“入園難”的問(wèn)題。2016年年初,全面二孩政策實(shí)施,幼兒教師缺口會(huì)加大,直接催生了“幼師熱”這一現(xiàn)象。幼教專業(yè)迎來(lái)了蓬勃發(fā)展的春天,報(bào)考幼教專業(yè)的人數(shù)很多,從近幾年幼師招生場(chǎng)面火爆可見(jiàn)一斑。同時(shí)幼教專業(yè)也面臨著專業(yè)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化和前瞻化發(fā)展的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。一方面國(guó)民對(duì)幼兒教育越來(lái)越重視,對(duì)幼兒教師的文化素質(zhì)要求越來(lái)越高;另一方面,幼師專業(yè)的準(zhǔn)入門檻太低,有些都是零門檻進(jìn)入,幼師畢業(yè)生好多不能滿足市場(chǎng)需求,尤其是文化素養(yǎng)普遍不高。我們中職學(xué)校幼教專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)既要滿足當(dāng)前幼教事業(yè)快速發(fā)展對(duì)幼兒師資的需求,還要確保人才培養(yǎng)的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、嚴(yán)要求以及幼兒教師職后教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展;語(yǔ)文教學(xué)無(wú)疑是幼師生文化素質(zhì)提高的基礎(chǔ)。本文關(guān)注中職學(xué)校幼教專業(yè)的語(yǔ)文教學(xué),以宣化職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校為例,針對(duì)幼教專業(yè)語(yǔ)文教學(xué)困境分析,研究改革的策略和具體的實(shí)施方法,探索更加有效的教學(xué)模式,目的是使中職幼教專業(yè)的學(xué)生得到更好的培訓(xùn),以提高綜合文化素質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ),以能力為本位,培養(yǎng)新時(shí)期具有較高綜合職業(yè)能力的幼兒教師。本論文共分三個(gè)章節(jié)。緒論闡述了研究現(xiàn)狀,強(qiáng)調(diào)了研究的意義和方法,并介紹了研究涉及的相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第一章以筆者所在的宣化職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校幼教專業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,探析現(xiàn)在幼師語(yǔ)文教學(xué)中存在困境的原因,從教與學(xué)及幼兒園需求方面分析原因,指出中職幼教語(yǔ)文改革勢(shì)在必行。第二章提出幼教專業(yè)語(yǔ)文改革需要遵循的原則并細(xì)化了幼教專業(yè)語(yǔ)文在聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫方面的各項(xiàng)能力和目標(biāo)。第三章結(jié)合我校幼教語(yǔ)文的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,針對(duì)第一章中揭示的問(wèn)題,探索符合幼教生學(xué)情的課堂內(nèi)外教學(xué)模式,將提高學(xué)生語(yǔ)文應(yīng)用能力和文化素養(yǎng)作為課程教學(xué)的核心目標(biāo),讓幼師語(yǔ)文教學(xué)融入職業(yè)元素,全面增強(qiáng)幼教生綜合運(yùn)用語(yǔ)文的能力。
[Abstract]:In 2010 and 2011 years, the state issued the two outline of the national medium and long term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020 years) and the State Council's opinions on the current development of preschool education. It is clear that it is necessary to develop preschool education and solve the problem of "difficulty in entering the garden". At the beginning of 2016, the full two - child policy was implemented, and the gap between preschool teachers would be increased and the phenomenon of "young teacher fever" was directly induced. The young education profession has welcomed the flourishing spring, and the number of young education majors is a lot. At the same time, the preschool education also faces the opportunities and challenges of professionalization, standardization, standardization and forward-looking development. On the one hand, national pay more and more attention to preschool education, preschool teachers' requirements for increasingly high quality of culture; on the other hand, teachers of professional access threshold is too low, there are zero threshold, a lot of young graduates can not meet the market demand, especially the cultural literacy is not high. Our school preschool education professional training should not only meet the current rapid development of preschool education for preschool teachers needs, but also to ensure that the sustainable development of personnel training of high standards and strict requirements and in-service kindergarten teacher education; Chinese teaching is undoubtedly the cultural quality of young teachers and students of higher base. This paper focus on Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school preschool education, occupation technical school in Xuanhua as an example, according to the analysis of the plight of Chinese preschool education professional teaching reform, research methods and specific implementation methods, to explore more effective teaching mode, the purpose is to make the secondary vocational preschool education major students get better training, to improve the comprehensive cultural quality as the basis and take ability as the standard, preschool teachers with higher comprehensive occupation ability training in the new era. This paper is divided into three chapters. The introduction describes the status of the research, emphasizes the significance and methods of the study, and introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the study. The first chapter takes the kindergarten education major in Xuanhua vocational and technical school as the research object, analyzes the reasons for the predicament in Chinese language teaching, and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of teaching and learning and kindergarten needs, and points out that it is imperative to reform Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools. The second chapter puts forward the principles that should be followed in the reform of the professional language of preschool education and refine all the abilities and goals of the professional language of preschool teaching in the aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing. The third chapter combines the teaching practice of our school Chinese preschool education, to reveal the problems in the first chapter, to explore with the learning situation of classroom teaching mode of preschool education students, will improve students' language proficiency and cultural literacy as the core goal of the curriculum teaching, teachers make language teaching integrate occupation elements, enhance the students' comprehensive ability of applying Chinese preschool education.
