【摘要】：體育教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練大多在室外進(jìn)行,受場地、器材、天氣、影響大,加之有些體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目難度大、對(duì)抗強(qiáng)烈等不確定因素使得體育課堂的教學(xué)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較其他學(xué)科大。雖然體育教學(xué)事故對(duì)于整個(gè)社會(huì)或者整個(gè)學(xué)校有影響,但是體育不僅僅具有強(qiáng)身健體的功能還具有增強(qiáng)安全意識(shí)和防范能力、培養(yǎng)心理健康與社會(huì)適應(yīng)的能力等功能。因此不會(huì)因?yàn)轶w育存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和發(fā)生了體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事故而停止體育教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練�？墒菍�(duì)于這個(gè)體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事故的家庭卻影響是非常大的,學(xué)生的監(jiān)護(hù)人會(huì)找學(xué)校校長和當(dāng)堂課的教師,加之整個(gè)社會(huì)對(duì)體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)識(shí)不足、現(xiàn)在媒體報(bào)道方式的多樣化,社會(huì)輿論往往會(huì)偏向于相對(duì)弱勢和受傷害的一方、教育行政主管部門對(duì)學(xué)校安全事故實(shí)行安全一票否決的考評(píng)機(jī)制。導(dǎo)致校長和當(dāng)事的體育教師的壓力倍增,因此出現(xiàn)了有一些體育教師開始回避部分難度較大且風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的運(yùn)功項(xiàng)目或者是降低項(xiàng)目難度,一些校方管理層也心照不宣。最終導(dǎo)致體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀與課標(biāo)的要求差之甚遠(yuǎn),進(jìn)而引發(fā)青少年體質(zhì)健康下降、安全意識(shí)差、防范能力弱等系列問題,并成為全國上下人民熱議的沉重話題。針對(duì)這一嚴(yán)峻的社會(huì)問題,對(duì)于一名體育教師來說,應(yīng)該肩負(fù)起自己的社會(huì)責(zé)任,不應(yīng)該采取消極措施,而應(yīng)該積極主動(dòng)的應(yīng)對(duì)體育教學(xué)中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。該文章通過問卷調(diào)查了解了目前成都市部分中小學(xué)校體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生、影響、認(rèn)識(shí)及應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀,通過文獻(xiàn)資料法查閱了大量相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)文獻(xiàn),把風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論遷移到體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)管理當(dāng)中進(jìn)行管理分析,并通過具體的案例分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、法律引進(jìn)探討了構(gòu)建全員參與、共同防御的體育教學(xué)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)模式,把教育主管部門、學(xué)校、教學(xué)組織管理者、學(xué)生及學(xué)生監(jiān)護(hù)人都納入到體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系當(dāng)中。并逐漸引導(dǎo)社會(huì)各界正確認(rèn)識(shí)體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、積極參與學(xué)校體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范。并充分利用體育的功能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)災(zāi)害及預(yù)防突發(fā)事件的能力,提出了實(shí)用的、具體的合理化的中小學(xué)體育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略,從而提升中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理成效,以期為中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)的順利開展提供可參考的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Physical education and training are mostly carried out outside the field, and the risk of physical education classroom teaching is bigger than other disciplines, due to the uncertainty of venues, equipment, weather and influence. Although sports teaching accidents affect the whole society or the whole school, sports not only have the function of physical fitness, but also have the functions of enhancing safety awareness and prevention ability, cultivating mental health and social adaptability. Therefore, sports teaching and training will not be stopped because of the risk of sports and the occurrence of sports risk accidents. But for this sport accident but the family influence is very large, the guardians of students will find the school principal and when the class teacher, and the whole social understanding of sports risk, now the diversification of media reports, public opinion tend to be biased in phase to the weak and the injured party, the education administrative departments Department of school safety accidents mechanism of safety evaluation of the implementation of a veto. The pressure of principals and physical education teachers is increasing. Therefore, some physical education teachers began to avoid some difficult or risky transportation projects or reduce the difficulty of the project, and some school administrators also had a tacit understanding. The present situation and eventually lead to lacking of physical education curriculum requirements, and thus lead to adolescent physical health decline, poor safety awareness and ability to guard against a series of problems such as weak, and become a heavy topic on the hot people. In view of this serious social problem, for a physical education teacher, he should shoulder his social responsibilities, and should not take negative measures. He should take the initiative to deal with the risks in physical education. The understanding of the current Chengdu city middle and primary school sports risk, influence, cognition and coping situation through questionnaire survey, through literature reading a lot of related risk literature, applying the theory of risk management to risk management of sports migration management analysis, and through case analysis, experience summary, introduction of the law the construction of full participation, the common defense sports teaching mode to deal with the risk, the departments of education, schools and teaching managers, students and guardians are incorporated into the sports risk management system. And gradually guide the community to correctly understand the risk of sports, actively participate in the school sports risk prevention. Ability and make full use of the function of sports training students' response to the disaster prevention and emergency, proposed the strategy of primary and middle school sports risk rational practical and concrete, so as to enhance the effectiveness of risk management of the sports teaching in primary and secondary schools, in order to elementary and Middle Schools Sports Teaching smoothly and provides a basis for reference.
