【摘要】：中小學(xué)教師國(guó)家級(jí)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,簡(jiǎn)稱"國(guó)培計(jì)劃",由教育部、財(cái)政部于2010年全面實(shí)施,是提高中小學(xué)教師特別是農(nóng)村教師隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)的重要舉措。有研究者通過對(duì)現(xiàn)行"國(guó)培計(jì)劃"實(shí)施的調(diào)查,立足于"國(guó)培計(jì)劃"實(shí)施的初衷,在肯定"國(guó)培計(jì)劃"對(duì)教師教育積極性的基礎(chǔ)上,指出在"國(guó)培計(jì)劃"實(shí)施中存在的問題,并著重從中小學(xué)科學(xué)"國(guó)培計(jì)劃"質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系制定的科學(xué)性、合理性、可行性方面提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The national training program for primary and secondary school teachers, referred to as "national training plan", is implemented by the Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance in 2010. It is an important measure to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers, especially the rural teachers. Investigation on the current implementation of the "national training plan" by researchers, based on the "national training plan" implementation of the original intention, based on that the "national training plan" of teacher education initiative, are pointed out in the "national training plan" in the implementation of the problem, and focus on the primary and secondary science "of China. Plan quality index system of the science, rationality and feasibility suggestions.
