高中階段普職溝通的問題反思與政策建議

文章摘要:普通教育與職業(yè)教育的相互溝通,是世界高中教育改革的普遍趨勢,也是當前我國高中教育改革的重要走向。但目前我國高中階段普職溝通還存在一些問題:地方規(guī)劃缺乏政策分解和本土創(chuàng)新;普高主動與中職溝通的意愿不強;普職課程深度融通不足;普職溝通模式上有盲目跟風現(xiàn)象等。深入推進高中的普職溝通,需要加強頂層設計、搭建教育立交橋、推進制度創(chuàng)新、建立合作機制,以靈活多樣的形式,因地制宜、梯度實施、穩(wěn)步推進。
Abstr:Integrating general education with vocational education is not only a universal trend of high school education reform in the world, but also the main direction of. education reform in our high school today. However, there are some problems on the communication between general education and vocational education in our high school: local education plans are lack of decomposition of policy and local innovation; the willingness of the general high school to communicate with vocational school is not positive; the integration of vocational course and academic course is not enough ; and the mode of the communication is usually a simple copy and so on. All in all, it is necessary to strengthen top-level design, build education overpass bridge, promote institutional innovation and establish cooperation mechanisms according to local conditions with flexible and diverse forms to steadily push the depth integration between general education and vocational education in high school.
