【摘要】：正專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱評聘作為學(xué)院人力資源管理的重要組織部分,已成為促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、彰顯學(xué)院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的主要方式。建立起科學(xué)合理的職稱評聘機制,將職稱評價考核有效地嵌入到崗位設(shè)置中,關(guān)系到學(xué)院和個人兩個層面的發(fā)展,即是調(diào)動教師工作積極性的需要,更是學(xué)院教育發(fā)展的需要。本文對技工院校目前職稱評價考核體系中存在的問題,以及職稱評聘與崗位設(shè)置的有效結(jié)合進(jìn)行了探討與思考。一職稱評價體系現(xiàn)狀及問題對于培養(yǎng)中高級技能人才的技工院校來說,辦學(xué)模式多
[Abstract]:As an important part of human resource management, the evaluation of professional technical titles has become the main way to promote the professional development of teachers and highlight the development strategy of the college. The establishment of a scientific and reasonable job title evaluation and employment mechanism and the effective embedding of the title evaluation and assessment into the post setting are related to the development of both the college and the individual, that is, the need to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers' work, and the need of the development of college education. This paper probes into the problems existing in the present professional title evaluation and examination system in technical colleges and discusses the effective combination of job title evaluation and post setting.
