自然與禮法的正義之爭——安提豐《論真理》殘篇44繹讀

【摘要】:智術師安提豐的殘篇《論真理》一經發(fā)現(xiàn),就受到西方學界的廣泛關注,因為它對理解古希臘思想中的自然與禮法之爭問題意義重大,但國內學界對此殘篇卻鮮有討論。有鑒于此,筆者通過對此殘篇的翻譯和繹讀,在按照文本的脈絡細致梳理安提豐基本思想的基礎上,深入探討殘篇中的核心問題,即自然與禮法之間的緊張與爭執(zhí),進而表明,安提豐旗幟鮮明地站在自然的立場上反對禮法,并最終將有利視為正義。
[Abstract]:The remains of Antiphon, an intellectual master, were widely concerned by western scholars once they were discovered, because it was of great significance to understand the dispute between nature and etiquette in ancient Greek thought, but there was little discussion about this remnant in domestic scholars. In view of this, the author through the translation and interpretation of this remnant, on the basis of carefully combing Antiphon's basic ideas according to the text's context, deeply discusses the core issues in the remnant, that is, the tension and dispute between nature and ritual law, and then shows that, Antiphon took a stand against propriety in a natural position, and eventually regarded advantage as justice.
