【摘要】：儒家思想作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的主流,特別是其中的先秦儒家思想蘊(yùn)含著十分豐富的管理思想。自孔子開創(chuàng)“儒學(xué)”開始,經(jīng)孟子和荀子的發(fā)展,形成了具有中國傳統(tǒng)特色的管理思想,通過已有先秦儒家管理思想的研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn),其中蘊(yùn)含著豐富的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想,目前學(xué)界對于先秦儒家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想的研究尚顯不足。對于先秦儒家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想的深入分析和研究,既是對先秦儒家管理思想的豐富和補(bǔ)充,具有重要的理論意義,也將對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理實(shí)踐有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)借鑒意義。在梳理國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于先秦儒家管理思想研究基礎(chǔ)上,分析了先秦儒家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想的歷史背景,對孔子、孟子、荀子三人的經(jīng)典管理思想進(jìn)行了原典梳理,對三位集大成者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了深入分析,孔子主張“仁愛”思想,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理中實(shí)行“仁德”。在孔子“仁愛”思想的基礎(chǔ)上,孟子提出“民為貴”的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想,認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)當(dāng)以人民利益為重。荀子其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想主張領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要“善群”,知人善任并對人才的選拔與任用提出了要求。以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理本體觀、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理人性觀、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理行為觀、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理目標(biāo)觀為理論基礎(chǔ)。堅(jiān)持以和為貴的原則、通權(quán)達(dá)變的理論方法、仁政德治的管理策略為方法論,并確定社會組織結(jié)構(gòu)、制定為政的方針和政策、選拔和任用人才為職能觀,分析領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的道德素質(zhì)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能為其素質(zhì)觀,從四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了先秦儒家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想的體系。并從“選賢任能”的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人才觀、“義利之辯”的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀、“天人合一”現(xiàn)代企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生態(tài)觀等六個(gè)方面論證了先秦儒家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理思想對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理具有啟示的作用。
[Abstract]:Confucianism as the mainstream of Chinese traditional culture, especially the pre-Qin Confucian thought contains very rich management thoughts. Since Confucius started Confucianism, through the development of Mencius and Xunzi, Has formed the management thought which has the Chinese tradition characteristic, through the existing pre-Qin Confucianist management thought research may discover, which contains the rich leadership management thought, At present, the academic circles still lack the research on the leading management thought of the pre-Qin Confucian school. The in-depth analysis and research on the leading management thought of the pre-Qin Confucian school is not only the enrichment and supplement of the pre-Qin Confucian management thought, but also has important theoretical significance. On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the pre-Qin Confucian management thought, this paper analyzes the historical background of the pre-Qin Confucian leadership management thought, to Confucius, Mencius, The classical management thought of Xunzi three people is combed in the original code, and the contents of the leading management thought of the three collectivists are deeply analyzed. Confucius advocates the idea of "benevolence". On the basis of Confucius'"benevolence" thought, Mencius put forward the leadership management thought of "the people are the most valuable". Xunzi's thought of leadership management advocates that leaders should be "good people", know people's good duties and make demands on the selection and appointment of talents. Leadership management behavior view, leadership management goal view as the theoretical foundation, adhere to the principle of harmony as the first priority, the theory method of the change of general power, the management strategy of benevolent government by virtue as the methodology, and determine the social organization structure, formulate the principles and policies for the administration. Selecting and appointing talents as the function view, analyzing the moral quality and the leadership ability of the leadership as its quality view, The system of leading management thought of pre-Qin Confucian school is constructed from four aspects, and from the view of modern enterprise leadership talent, the value of modern enterprise leadership, the integration of nature and man, and the ecology of modern enterprise leadership. The view and other six aspects demonstrate that the leading management thought of Confucianism in pre-Qin period has enlightening effect on modern enterprise management.
