人力資本與人的發(fā)展

【摘要】:知識和技能可以在未來取得巨大收益,它們是人自身的一部分,因此被稱為"人力資本"。在資本主義生產(chǎn)關(guān)系中,人力資本投資的目的是資本增殖而不是人的發(fā)展。因此,人力資本作為資本增殖的一種方式,只會不斷加深勞動對資本的從屬性。不過,勞動對資本的從屬也并不意味勞動者面對資本時是徹底無力的。人力資本是通過人本身發(fā)揮作用的,這就決定了勞動者不可能完全受資本的控制。人力資本能塑造出適合更高社會形態(tài)的勞動者:一方面勞動者能夠超越資本控制實現(xiàn)自我管理;另一方面人力資本的增殖性驅(qū)使人不斷培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展自身的創(chuàng)造力。
[Abstract]:Knowledge and skills can make great gains in the future. They are part of human beings and are therefore called "human capital." in capitalist relations of production, the purpose of human capital investment is capital growth, not human development. As a way of capital multiplication, human capital will only deepen the subordinate attribute of labor to capital. However, The subordination of labor to capital does not mean that workers are completely powerless in the face of capital. Human capital works through human beings. This determines that workers can not be completely controlled by capital. Human capital can create workers suitable for a higher social form: on the one hand, workers can transcend capital control to achieve self-management; On the other hand, the proliferation of human capital drives people to cultivate and develop their own creativity.
